Abstract

During the Covid-19 Pandemic, educational institutions carried out distance learning online. For areas that are included in the green zone, face-to-face learning can be carried out with a limited time and comply with health protocols. One of the learning innovations that can be carried out by educational institutions is blended learning-based learning, including at the Yogyakarta Administrative Management Academy. This study aims to determine learning planning, implementation of learning, and evaluation of learning based on blended learning at the Yogyakarta Administrative Management Academy. The study used a qualitative approach with descriptive methods. Data were obtained through observation, interviews, and documentation studies. The results showed that at the planning stage, the two Yogyakarta AMA with the blended learning model during the Covid-19 pandemic were supported by existing facilities and infrastructure. In the implementation phase, AMA Yogyakarta applies a group division system. Some groups are offline and some are online learning. However, conditions changed very quickly, Yogyakarta became a red zone so it was not allowed to carry out face-to-face learning. At the evaluation stage, AMA Yogyakarta conducted a website-based online evaluation.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of work discipline and work environment on employee performance. This study obtained data from 88 respondents who are employees of the Yogyakarta Special Region Health Service. The results showed that there was an effect of work discipline on employee performance. And the work environment is not empirically proven to have an effect on employee performance, this shows that DIY Provincial Health Office employees can work well without being affected by the conditions of the work environment according to the provisions and regulations that have been set by the organization supported by good communication and cooperation between individuals and departments.

Abstract

ABSTRAK Dalam pengabdian masyarakat ini yang ingin digali dan dikembangkan adalah sistem kewirausahaan di kalangan santri, khususnya di PP. Al Anwar Sleman Yogyakarta. Santri PP. Al Anwar selama ini sudah mendapatkan pelatihan tentang dasar kewirausahaan akan tetapi kurang maksimal. Salah satu penyebabnya adalah kurangnya pengetahuan tentang cara pengembangan hasil wirausaha dan manajemen pemasarannya. Dari alasan inilah penulis mengangkat materi ini dalam sebuah tema cara memberdayakan jiwa kewirausahaan pada santri PP. AL Anwar Sleman Yogyakarta serta sistem yang dipakai untuk memasarkan hasil dari wirausaha santri PP Al Anwar Sleman Yogyakarta. Metode yang dipakai dalam abdimas ini adalah observasi, wawancara, ceramah, praktek dan dokumentasi. Dari hasil pengabdian ini didapatkan bahwa pemberdayaan jiwa kewirausaan santri PP Al Anwar sudah dijalankan, salah satunya melalui pelatihan pembuatan printing mug. Mulai dari desain, produksi sampai pemasaran.  Dari pelatihan ini didapatkan bahwa keahlihan kewirausahaan di kalangan santri Al Anwar Sleman sudah berjalan dengan baik, namun perlu untuk ditingkatkan lagi melalui pelatihan-pelatihan pendukung lainnya seperti pelatihan pengemasan produk, pemasaran produk hingga teknik penjualan produk. Kata kunci : pemberdayaan, pelatihan, kewirausahaan, santri  ABSTRACT In this community service what you want to explore and develop is the entrepreneurial system among students, especially in PP. Al Anwar Sleman Yogyakarta. PP students. Al Anwar has received training on the basics of entrepreneurship, but it is not optimal. One of the reasons is the lack of knowledge about how to develop entrepreneurial outcomes and marketing management. From this reason, the author formulates a problem: 1. How to empower the entrepreneurial spirit of PP students. AL Anwar Sleman Yogyakarta?,2. What is the system used to market the results of the student entrepreneurs of PP Al Anwar Sleman Yogyakarta? The methods used in this service are observation, interviews, lectures, practice and documentation. From the results of this service, it was found that the empowerment of the entrepreneurial spirit of PP Al Anwar students had been carried out, one of which was through training in making mug printing. Starting from design, production to marketing. From this training, it was found that entrepreneurship skills among Al Anwar Sleman students have been going well, but need to be improved through other supporting trainings. Keywords: empowerment, training, entrepreneurship, students

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of the quality of public services on community satisfaction in the field of labor placement services at the Manpower and Transmigration Office of Bantul Regency, Special Region of Yogyakarta. Sampling in this population uses a non-probability sampling technique with the type of accidental sampling. The population of people who visited the Manpower and Transmigration Office of Bantul Regency, D.I.Yogyakarta, was 50. The sample taken was 44. Data was collected by distributing questionnaires to respondents. The collection technique using SPSS.17. Based on the results of the study, it was stated that the Public Service Quality variable had a positive and significant effect on community satisfaction, having a significant value of 0.000 <0.05.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of motivation on employee performance at the Wonosari Regional General Hospital, Yogyakarta Special Region. The population taken is all employees of the Wonosari Regional General Hospital, totaling 50 people as a sample. Data was collected by distributing questionnaires to respondents. The collection technique using SPSS.17. based on the results of the study it was stated that the motivation variable had a positive and significant effect on employee performance having a significant value of 0.000 <0.05.

Abstract

Covid-19 has been declared a world pandemic by WHO and has been designated by the Government as a non-natural disaster in the form of a disease outbreak that requires integrated countermeasures including the involvement of all components of society. The purpose of this community service activity is to find out the efforts made to prevent the spread of Covid -19 in RT. 004 RW 029 Padukuhan Jomblang, Sendangadi Village, Mlati district, Sleman Regency, DI Yogyakarta. The implementation of this Community Service activity is packaged using cooperative learning methods including lectures, discussions and practice. Efforts to prevent the spread of Covid -19 include: 1) Applying how to prevent the spread of Covid-19 in daily life; 2) Avoid direct contact with other people, and try not to leave the house except in critical times; 3) covid-19 is a virus that damages the respiratory system and can cause several complications from infection to death; and 4) Don't feel too stressed and burdened during this pandemic, because what is needed is a strong immune system or body metabolism and can increase immunity by exercising and eating healthy foods.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of the work environment on employee performance at the Secretariat of the Environment and Forestry Service of D.I.Yogyakarta. The sample used in this study was to use the total sampling method or all employees at the Secretariat of the D.I.Yogyakarta Environment and Forestry Service with a population of 35 employees. The data collection technique is to distribute questionnaires. Data analysis using simple linear regression, based on the results of the study, the conclusion is that the work environment has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at the Secretariat of the Environment and Forestry Service, D.I.Yogyakarta.

Abstract

Pengabdian kepada masyarat ini bertujuan untuk membahas mengenai kewirausahan dengan konsep dan ide baru serta peluang dan tantangan dalam pemasaran menggunakan teknologi digital.Setelah dilakukan pembahasan didapat bahwa pemasaran digital memiliki hubungan yang sangat erat dengan kewirausahaan, dimana kedua item tersebut memiliki target yang sama. Pemasaran digital merupakan bagian dari aktifitas kewirausahaan. Pemasaran digital memiliki peluang yang sangat besar dalam pengembangan dunia usaha mulai saat ini hingga dimasa depan dimana target pasar sudah bertransformasi ke platform digital. Sedangkan tantangan yang harus dihadapi oleh dunia usaha ketika melaksanakan pemasaran digital yaitu kesiapan dari segi sumber daya manusia dan sumber daya keuangan dalam mendukung kegiatan pemasaran secara digital

Abstract

This study aims to analyze patient satisfaction at Rajawali Citra Hospital, Bantul. This study uses the variables of service quality and physical facilities as independent variables to analyze their effect on patient satisfaction as the dependent variable. Respondents in this study were patients who visited the Rajawali Citra Hospital, Bantul, with a sampling technique using this technique Random Sampling namely as many as 104 samples. The data analysis technique in this study used multiple linear regression analysis which was processed using the SPSS 17.0 program. The results showed that there was a positive and significant influence of service quality and physical facilities partially or simultaneously on patient satisfaction at Rajawali Citra Hospital, Bantul. Services that are fast, precise and supported by officers who are reliable in providing services and the ability to provide reliable explanations as well as physical facilities in hospitals that are complete, clean, well-maintained and safe can give satisfaction to patients. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganilisis kepuasan pengunjung Pasar Seni dan Wisata Gabusan, Timbulharjo, Sewon, Bantul, DIY. Penelitian ini menggunakan variabel Kualitas Pelayanan yang terdiri dari reliability, responsiveness, assurance, emphaty dan tangible sebagai variabel bebas untuk menganalisis pengaruhnya terhadap kepuasan pengunjung sebagai variabel terikat. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah pengunjung Pasar Seni dan Wisata Gabusan, Timbulharjo, Sewon, Bantul, DIY. Teknik pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah menggunakan teknik Populative Random Sampling dengan sampel yaitu sebanyak 103 sampel. Teknik analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan analisis Regresi Linear Berganda yang diolah dengan program SPSS 17.0. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa tidak ada pengaruh reliability (kehandalan) terhadap kepuasan pengunjung yang ditunjukkan thitung sebesar -0,220. Tidak ada pengaruh responsiveness (daya tanggap)terhadap kepuasan pengunjung yang ditunjukkan dengan nilai thitung sebesar 0,986. Tidak ada pengaruh assurance (jaminan) terhadap kepuasan pengunjung yang ditunjukkan dengan nilai nilai thitung sebesar 1,906. Ada pengaruh emphaty (empati) terhadap kepuasan pengunjung yang ditunjukkan dengan nilai thitung sebesar 2,388. Tidak ada pengaruh variabel tangibles (berwujud) terhadap kepuasan pengunjung yang ditunjukkan dengan nilai nilai thitung sebesar 0,654. Hasil Uji F (ANOVA) membuktikan bahwa kualitas pelayanan yang tangibles (berwujud), reliability (kehandalan), responsiveness (respon/ ketanggapan), assurance (jaminan), dan emphaty (empati) berpengaruh secara simultan terhadap kepuasan pengunjung yang ditunjukkan nilai Fhitung = 7,704 dan tingkat signifikansi 0,000 tersebut lebih kecil dari 0,05.
