Abstract

The objectives of this research are to understand, explain and improve Madrasah based Management Program (Islamic Concept). The research used qualitative approach which used evaluation model of CIPP (Context, Input, Process and Outcome). It was conducted at Islamic High School Jonggat sub-district. Instruments used were observation and deep interview technique. The results were that some weaknesses of programs in the effort of increasing teacher’s human resources that were not mastering learning model media (coul not operate the laptop and in focus), increasing the facilities need and low cost. Recommendations; it is suggested to those who are in the stakeholders to pay attention to this issue. So, the implementation of the program could be done successfully later.

Abstract

Analisis hasil belajar agama islam di SMKN 5 Kabupaten Tangerang. “Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk” menganalisis hubungan antara kreativitas dengan hasil belajar agama islam.” Penelitian ini dilakukan kepada siswa SMKN 5 Kabupaten Tangerang. sampel diambil secara acak sederhana (sample random sampling) dengan mengambil 30 orang siswa yang berasal dari 3 kelas XI yang berjumlah 90. “Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode deskriptif kualitatif dengan teknik” korelasi. Variabel bebas (X) adalah kreativitas dan variabel terikat “(Y) adalah hasil belajar agama islam. “Data yang diperoleh dianalisis terlebih dahulu dengan uji normalitas memakai uji lilliefors, kemudian uji koefisien korelasi dan uji keberartian koefisien korelasi.”Dari hasil pengujian normalitas untuk variabel bebas didapat Koefisien korelasi variabel X dan Y yang dihitung dengan analisis korelasi product moment, dan diperoleh rxy = 0,40. Selanjutnya menghitung keberartian koefesien dengan uji t-student diperoleh thit = 2,52 (ttab= 2,05) sehingga kesimpulannya adalah terdapat hubungan antara kreativitas dengan hasil belajar agama islam.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the perceptions of English language education students towards applications that are used effectively and the most effective applications for online learning in the era of the Covid-19 pandemic. This research uses the SEM (Structural Equation Modeling) method. The subjects of this study were 105 sixth-semester students of English Language Education at UIN Sultan Maulana Hasanudin Banten. The instrument used in this study was a questionnaire. Analyze data using descriptive statistics and structural equation modeling in inferential statistics. The findings showed that students had a positive or positive perception of effective applications for online learning during the Covid-19 pandemic. Based on the findings, it can be seen that the application used by students in online learning in this pandemic era is very effective because the distance learning process has become easier with the application. Then 77% of respondents said that the most efficient application used in online learning is Google Meet because, technically, Google Meet is easier to use, does not require much internet costs, does not interfere when online learning, and is convenient to use.
