Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui hubungan iklim organisasi dan efektivitas kepemimpinan terhadap prestasi kerja guru SMP di Kabupaten Jonggat, Jakarta Utara. Metodologi penelitian adalah survei yang dipilih dengan teknik simple random sampling. Analisis dan interpretasi data menunjukkan bahwa (1) iklim organisasi memiliki hubungan langsung positif dalam kinerja pekerjaan, (2) efektivitas memiliki efek hubungan positif dalam kinerja pekerjaan, (3) iklim organisasi memiliki hubungan langsung positif dalam kepemimpinan efektivitas.

Abstract

This article presents the cognitive load in choosing answers to conceptual understandingtest of the human regulatory system. The purpose of this study is to find the influence ofcognitive load directly and indirectly on the variables that are identified. The research methodused was survey research and analyzed based on the path coefficient with the 8.72 Lisrelprogram. The population in this study are students of class XI science from three schools inKabupaten Serang a numbers of 463 students and the sample taken a numbers of 215 students.The results of this study indicate that there is a direct influence of cognitive load on heuristicjudgment. The effect directly have a significant positive effect directly, namely cognitive loadon working memory, and working memory on heuristic judgment. One hypothesis had asignificant indirect effect, namely cognitive load on heuristic judgment through workingmemory.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze the effect of organizational justice on the trust of Tangerang Regency private junior high school teachers. In the analysis will get more detailed results related to organizational justice variables with the indicators and trust with the indicators. This research used SEM (Structural Equition Model) method. Data collection technique used a questionnaire. The sample of this study involved 273 people through random proportional selection. Data were analyzed using descriptive statistics and structural equation modeling in inferential statistics. The results of this study indicate that there was a direct effect of organizational justice on the confidence of Tangerang regency private junior high school teachers. The dominant indicators of organizational justice variables which contributed was neutrality at 18.26%, while the dominant trust variable which contributed was consistency at 23.71%.

Abstract

The purpose of the study was to find the effect of adversity quotient, time management, and communication management of madrasah principals on the effectiveness of the management of Madrasah Ibtidaiyah (MI) in Lombok, West Nusa Tenggara for the academic year 2020/2021. This research method is quantitative with the sampling method in the form of a survey. Data analysis was carried out using path analysis techniques. The results showed that 1) adversity quotient, time management, and communication management of the madrasah principal had a direct positive effect on the effectiveness of madrasah ibtidaiyah management; 2) the adversity quotient has a direct positive effect on the time management and communication management of the head of Madrasah Ibtidaiyah. In conclusion, there is an effect of Adversity Quotient, Time Management, and Communication Management of Madrasah Principals on the Effectiveness of Management of Islamic Madrasahs in Lombok, West Nusa Tenggara Province for the 2020/2021 Academic Year. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan dan kepuasan kerja terhadap kemangkiran (Absenteeism) guru madrasah di bawah binaan yayasan Pondok Pesantren Addinul Qoyyum tahun ajaran 2021/2022. Penelitian ini dilakukan kepada seluruh guru di lingkungan yayasan Pondok Pesantren Addinul Qoyyum Gunung Sari dengan menggunakan metode survei dengan analisis jalur yang diterapkan dalam pengujian hipotesis. Jumlah 57 guru sebagai sampel dipilih dengan menggunakan rumus Slovin. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan: terdapat pengaruh langsung gaya kepemimpinan terhadap absensi; terdapat pengaruh langsung kepuasan kerja terhadap absensi; terdapat pengaruh langsung gaya kepemimpinan terhadap kepuasan kerja. Simpulan setiap perubahan atau variasi yang terjadi pada absensi guru di lingkungan yayasan Pondok Pesantren Addinul Qoyyum Gunung Sari dipengaruhi oleh gaya kepemimpinan dan kepuasan kerja. Abstract

The objectives of this research are to understand, explain and improve Madrasah based Management Program (Islamic Concept). The research used qualitative approach which used evaluation model of CIPP (Context, Input, Process and Outcome). It was conducted at Islamic High School Jonggat sub-district. Instruments used were observation and deep interview technique. The results were that some weaknesses of programs in the effort of increasing teacher’s human resources that were not mastering learning model media (coul not operate the laptop and in focus), increasing the facilities need and low cost. Recommendations; it is suggested to those who are in the stakeholders to pay attention to this issue. So, the implementation of the program could be done successfully later.

Abstract

Abstract: This study aims to obtain information about the effect of communication and teamwork through ethics on lecturers and employees (academic community) in the Faculty of Education and Psychology (FIPP) of Mandalika Education University for the period 2021/2022. This research was conducted on all lecturers and employees of the Mandalika Education University for the period 2021/2022 using a survey method with path analysis used in hypothesis testing. A sample of 35 lecturers and employees was selected using the Slovin formula. The results of the study conclude: (1) there is a direct effect of communication on ethics. (2) There is a direct effect of teamwork on ethics. (3) There is a direct effect of communication on teamwork. Therefore, to implement the ethics of lecturers and employees can be done by improving communication and teamwork. Keywords: Communication, Teamwork, Ethics Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memperoleh informasi tentang pengaruh komunikasi dan kerjasama tim melalui etika pada dosen dan pegawai (civitas akdemika) di lingkungan Fakultas Ilmu Pendidikan dan Psikologi (FIPP) Universitas Pendidikan Mandalika periode 2021/2022. Penelitian ini dilakukan kepada seluruh dosen dan pegawai Universitas Pendidikan Mandalika periode 2021/2022 dengan menggunakan metode survei dengan analisis jalur yang digunakan dalam pengujian hipotesis. Sampel sebanyak 35dosen dan pegawai dipilih dengan menggunakan rumus Slovin. Hasil penelitian menyimpulkan: (1) ada pengaruh langsung komunikasi terhadap etika. (2) Ada pengaruh langsung kerja sama tim terhadap etika. (3) Ada pengaruh langsung komunikasi terhadap kerja sama tim. Abstract

Abstract: This study aims to evaluate the Community Development Program of the Student Executive Board (BEM) of the Mandalika University (UNDIKMA) for the 2021/2022 term of service by using the Kirckpatrick Four Level evaluation model. The Community Development Program of the Student Executive Board (BEM) of the Mandalika Education University (UNDIKMA) in the form of the Community Development program was carried out in Dasan Agung Village, Selaparang District, Mataram City. This program focuses on education, such as a course for students called Smart School which is held every Sunday from 10.00 WITA to 12.00, and recitation for housewives every Tuesday at 13.00 WITA until 15.00 WITA. UNDIKMA students have several obstacles caused by the relocation of residents who take part in this program as a result of the Mataram City government's policy in regulating urban planning. The UNDIKMA Student Executive Board chose to provide consistency to continue the Community Development program by developing a new strategic plan with the aim of creating participant independence and enabling them to improve their standard of living. Program Community Development Badan Eksekutif Mahasiswa (BEM) Universitas Pendidikan Mandalika (UNDIKMA) dalam bentuk program Bina Lingkungan dilaksanakan di Kelurahan Dasan Agung Kecamatan Selaparang Kota Mataram. Program ini fokus pada bidang pendidikan, seperti kursus untuk siswa yang diberi nama Sekolah Cerdas yang diadakan setiap hari Minggu pukul 10.00 WITA hingga pukul 12.00, dan pengajian bagi ibu-ibu rumah tangga pada setiap Selasa pukul 13.00 WITA hingga pukul 15.00 WITA Bina Lingkungan Badan Eksekutif Mahasiswa UNDIKMA memiliki beberapa kendala yang disebabkan oleh relokasi warga yang mengikuti program ini sebagai dampak dari kebijakan pemerintah Kota Mataram dalam mengatur tata kota. Badan Eksekutif Mahasiswa UNDIKMA memilih untuk memberikan konsistensi untuk melanjutkan program Bina Lingkungan dengan menyusun rencana strategis baru dengan tujuan untuk menciptakan kemandirian peserta dan membuat mereka dapat meningkatkan taraf hidup mereka.Kata Kunci: Evaluasi Program, Community Development, BEM

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of organizational culture and work ethics on the work productivity of private high school (SMA) teachers in Mataram City in the 2021/2022 academic year. This research was conducted in the odd semester period of the 2021/2022 academic year. The research method used is a survey. The research population is all teachers in private high schools in the city of Mataram. Respondents were selected by simple random sampling technique totaling 125 teachers. The results of the study, based on the analysis obtained data that; 1) The results of a simple correlation analysis obtained a correlation coefficient of 0.575 and a path coefficient value of 0.422. This value indicates that organizational culture has a strong effect on teacher productivity; 2) The results of a simple correlation analysis between work ethics and teacher productivity obtained a correlation coefficient of 0.541 and a path coefficient value of 0.363. In conclusion, based on the results of research and data analysis, it shows that work ethic on teacher productivity has a strong effect. Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of Organizational Culture and Quality of Work Life on the Work Motivation of Madrasah Ibtidaiyah (MI) teachers, Gunung Sari District, West Lombok Regency, for the 2021/2022 Academic Year. This research is a quantitative study in madrasas organized under the Ministry of Religion, Gunung Sari District, West Lombok Regency, West Nusa Tenggara. This study uses a survey method with path analysis applied in hypothesis testing. The study was conducted on 179 teachers as respondents who were selected at simple random. The results of this study are: (1). There is a positive direct influence of organizational culture (Organizational Culture) on work motivation. (2). There is a positive direct influence on the quality of work life (Quality of Work Life) on work motivation, and (3). There is a direct positive influence of organizational culture (Organizational Culture) on the quality of work life (Quality of Work Life).
