Abstract

Compensation and work experience are things that need to be done to increase employee morale in achieving organizational goals. This study aims to determine the effect of compensation and work experience on employee morale at PT. Dipo International Pahala Otomotif Banda Aceh. This research uses quantitative methods . The sample size in this study amounted to 47 people with a total sampling technique of sampling. Data collection techniques were carried out by observation and interviews. Data analysis was performed using linear regression. The results showed that the provision of compensation and work experience had a significant effect on work morale were 0.448. The results of the regression coefficient of 0.478 for compensation and work experience of 0.283. Meanwhile, for hypothesis testing (t count > t table), the results of the t test in this study were compensation (6.855 > 2.015) with a significance of 0.000 and work experience (9.151 > 2.015) with a significance of 0.003. Abstract

Performance is the result of a job that has a strong relationship with the organization's strategic goals, customer satisfaction and contributes to the economy. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of compensation and work discipline on the performance of employees of the Social Service of Nagan Raya Regency. Location The research was conducted at the Social Service Office of Nagan Raya Regency, where there were 35 civil servants. The sampling method in this study used saturated sampling. In this study, the number of samples was 35 people, meaning that the entire population was used as a sample or saturated sample, while the analysis method used was multiple linear regression. The results showed that the compensation variable (X1) obtained a tcount of 2,340, for the work discipline variable (X2), the tcount was obtained. Amounted to 2,415. This shows that tcount > ttable is 2.03693, thus accepting Ha rejects Ho. While the Simultaneous F test of 5.728 with R2 of 56.90% employee performance is influenced by compensation (X1), and work discipline (X2). compensation and work discipline of employees at the Social Service of Nagan Raya Regency, the higher the employee's performance will be.

Abstract

Motivation and work discipline are an important part of achieving good performance. This study aims to analyze the influence of work motivation and discipline on employee performance at the Language Center of Aceh Province. This research is a survey, the number of respondents is 31 people. Data analysis using statistical analysis models of correlation and multiple regression. The partial test results show that work motivation influences employee performance with a value of 0.429 or 42.9%. Work discipline affects employee performance with a value of 0.556 or 55.6%. After the t test shows that work motivation has an effect on employee performance of tcount2,151 > ttable1.645 and p value 0.040 < 0.05 means significant. Work discipline affects employee performance with a value of tcount2,552 > ttable1.645 and p value 0.016 < 0.05. The results of the analysis show that simultaneously there is an influence between work motivation and work discipline on performance of 0.798 or 79.8% and 0.637 or 63.7% is influenced by other variables. After doing the F test, the number F is obtainedcount(24,537) > Ftable(3.070) and test the significance that the p value is 0.000 < p which is set at 0.05. The conclusion of the study is that motivation and discipline partially and simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on employee performance at the Aceh Province Language Center.

The purpose of this study was to determine the magnitude of the influence of recruitment, placement and training of employees on the performance of PT. Darussalam Berlian Motors either simultaneously or partially. This study used quantitative methods with a population of 70 employees. The sampling technique is a saturated sample (census method), where all employees are used as a sample. Data collection was carried out by distributing questionnaires to respondents and processed using the SPSS statistical tool version 26.0. Testing the hypothesis using multiple linear regression analysis, F test (simultaneous) and t test (partial) is intended to determine the effect of the independent variables on the dependent variable at the 95% confidence level. The results showed that partially the recruitment variable had a significant and significant effect on employee performance with t count (7.682) greater than t table (1.997). Placement variable has significant impact on employee performance with t count (2.381) greater than t table (1.997). and Job training has a significant effect on employee performance with t count (3.505) greater than t table (1.997). Simultaneously the variables Recruitment, Placement, and job training have a significant influence on Employee Performance with an F count (33.867) greater than F tabe1 (2.511). It can be concluded that both partially and simultaneously the Recruitment, Placement, and Job Training variables have a significant and significant effect on Employee Performance at PT Darussalam Berlian Motor.
