Abstract

Penelitian menganalisis pengaruh variabel motivasi kerja, dan lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja melalui disiplin Kerja di PT Kiyokuni High Precision Automotive Indonesia. Data penelitian berupa data primer yang diperoleh dari kuesioner. Metode sampling yang digunakan yaitu sampling jenuh. Populasi penelitian adalah karyawan bagian produksi 100 orang sekaligus sebagai sampel penelitian. Metode analisis SEM pada Smart PLS 3. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan motivasi dan lingkungan kerja positif berpengaruh terhadap disiplin tetapi tidak terhadap kinerja karyawan. Disiplin kerja memediasi secara positif lingkungan dan motivasi terhadap kinerja.The study analyzed the influence of variables of work motivation, and work environment on performance through work discipline at PT Kiyokuni High Precision Automotive Indonesia. The research data is in the form of primary data obtained from the questionnaire. The sampling method used is saturated sampling. The study population is an employee of the production department of 100 people at the same time as a research sample. SEM analysis methods on Smart PLS 3. The results showed that motivation and a positive work environment affect discipline but not on employee performance. Work discipline positively mediates the environment and motivation towards performance.
