Abstract

Arrogant and takabbur is behavior of rejecting the truth and belitting others with the greatest expression and the highest degree or rank of others. Arragant can be classified into three types, namely arrogant to Allah SWT. Arrogant to Apostle and Arrogant to fellow humans. There are several factors that can lead to arrogant attitudes, inducling know ledge, charity, worship, ancestry, beaty, good looks, power and strength and family. Arragont can result in punisment from Allah SWT.

Abstract

Abstract: Israilliat existence in the interpretation of the Koran is a reality that can not be denied either since tadwin period and until now. The majority of history Israilliat raised by Jews and Christians are not known for certain purpose periwayatannya, whether Islamic or otherwise support the existence. Therefore this Israilliat history certainly noteworthy presence by doing research on Israilliat narration.Keywords  : Israiliat, Tafsir, Al-Qur?an. Abstrak : Israilliat keberadaan dalam penafsiran al-Qur'an adalah realitas yang tidak bisa dipungkiri baik sejak periode tadwin dan sampai sekarang. Sebagian sejarah Israiliyat yang diajukan oleh orang-orang Yahudi dan Kristen tidak dikenal untuk periwayatan tujuan tertentu, apakah Islam atau mendukung keberadaan. Oleh karena itu sejarah Israilliat ini tentu penting kehadiran dengan melakukan penelitian tentang Israilliat narasi.Kata Kunci : Israiliat, Tafsir, Al-Qur?an.

Abstract

Sex in the view of Islam is an instinctive need that must be met. Only resoluting and stricting implementation regulated by religion so strictly can prohibite to do without any clear rules. Anticipation is not the deviation of sex as a way to implement sex education in the community, especially to children under age and adolescents.

Abstract

The purpose of this study are: 1) Knowing the nature of the veil, 2) Knowing the history of the emergence of veils in the culture of Islamic society, 3) Knowing the perspective of Islamic law on the use of veils. This type of research is a literature study (Library Research), the object in this study is the concept of veil in the perspective of sharia based on the Qur'an and hadith, the veil controversy in the culture of society. Data is collected by quoting, analyzing using the legal and historical approach methods that occur regarding the use of veils in people's lives.So the veil is a part of sharia after Islam came which was brought by the Prophet Muhammad. And it is also a culture that has occurred for generations before the existence of Islam (jahiliyah period).

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the duties and authorities of the village government which is the leading government organization in the delivery of public services. Village government public services must be based on the minimum service standards as stated in the Regulation of the Minister of Home Affairs of the Republic of Indonesia Number 2 of 2017 concerning Village Minimum Service Standards that the Village Government must bring services closer to the community, facilitate services to the community, open service to the community and the effectiveness of services to the community. Public. This study uses a qualitative field research method with an empirical juridical approach. The results of the study concluded that there are still deficiencies in the implementation of the duties and authority of the village government in serving the community in Rantau Panjang. This is indicated by the fact that there are still people who do not have population data, there are concurrent positions in the Kasi and Kaur departments, and still not implemented regarding village determination regarding the village minimum service standard
