Various factors causing premarital sexual behavior are loosening of supervision from parents and schools, lack of faith in God, low education in religious values, social influences, easy to absorb western cultures that are currently rife in Indonesia, mass media as well as the internet that provides a variety of positive and negative information. This type of research is a descriptive-analytic study with a cross-sectional approach, which was conducted in February 2017. The population of this study was students of class XII Natural Sciences and Social Sciences of Kartini High School in Batam City, totaling 111 people. Sampling with random sampling technique, as many as 84 people. Data obtained from filling out the questionnaire to respondents, then the data were analyzed univariately and bivariate by computer using the Chi-Square Statistical Test. The results showed that students who had good knowledge about premarital sex were 32 students (38.1%), students who had sufficient knowledge about premarital sex were 24 students (28.6d%) and students who had less knowledge about premarital sex as many as 28 students (33.3%). The results showed that students who had good attitudes about premarital sex were 44 students (52.4%), students who had sufficient attitudes about premarital sex were 21 (25.0%) and students who had fewer attitudes about premarital sex were 19 students (22.6%). Statistical test results show (P = 0,000) meaning that there is a relationship between knowledge and attitudes of adolescents about premarital sex in Batam City Kartini High School in 2018. From the results of the study it can be concluded that there is a significant relationship between Premarital Sex Knowledge and Premarital Sexual Attitudes in Kartini High School students in Batam City in 2018.

Â Latar Belakang : Tekanan darah merupakan bahan ukur untuk melihat seberapa kuatnya jantung memompa darah keseluruh tubuh. Tekanan darah normal berkisar 90/60 mmHg hingga 120/80 mmHg, hipertensi bila tekanan darahnya >140/90 mmHg dan tekanan darah rendah atau hipotensi jika tekanan darah <90/60 mmHg. Kualitas tidur adalah kemampuan individu untuk dapat tetap tidur, tidak hanya mencapai jumlah atau lamanya tidur, kualitas tidur juga merupakan tolak ukur seseorang agar mendapatkan kemudahan dalam memulai tidur, dan untuk mempertahankan tidur, kualitas tidur seseorang dapat digambarkan dengan lama waktu tidur dan keluhanâ€“keluhan yang dirasakan saat tidur ataupun sehabis tidur.Metode : Penelitian ini menggunakan survey analitik dengan pendekatan Cross Sectional. Â Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh manula di panti jompo annisa ummul khairat kota batam tahun 2019. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan Total sampling, dengan sampel berjumlah 71 orang. Pengumpulan data dengan menggunakan alat ukur tekanan darah sphygmomanometer, dan kuesioner secara langsung, teknik analisa data yang digunakan adalah uji statistik chi square.Hasil : Penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa manula di panti Jompo Annisa Ummul Khairat Batam dari 71 orang diperoleh hasil yang kualitas tidur baik sebanyak 41 orang (57,7%), dan kualitas tidur buruk sebanyak 30 orang (42,3%). Manula yang memiliki tekanan darah normal sebanyak 29 orang (40,8%), tekanan darah prehipertensi sebanyak 18 orang (25,4%), dan tekanan darah hipertensi sebanyak 24 orang (33,8%). Hasil uji hubungan antara kualitas tidur dengan tekanan darah pada manula memiliki hubungan yang signifikan diantranya diproleh hasil uji chi-square diperoleh nilai p value = 0,000, dimana p < 0,05.Kesimpulan : Terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara kualitas tidur dengan tekanan darah pada manula di Panti Jompo Annisa Ummul Khairat Kota Batam Tahun 2019.

The breast milk production of newbornâ€™s mother is influenced by various factors for instance the frequency of breastfeeding, infants birth weight, gestational age, and maternal nutritional status. Hence, this study aims to determine the correlation of newborns birth weight and gestational ages on frequency of the mothers in breastfeeding their babies. This study is designed as an analytic survey research with cross sectional approach. For the population, the researchers took 0 to 23 month infantsâ€™ mothers to be investigated, and further, 90 respondents were derived as the sample through simple random sampling technique which conducted in June 2017. As the research instrument, questionnaires were distributed to the respondents. The data gathered was analyzed by Chi Square statistical test. The results expose that most of the newborns, close to 81.1%, were born with normal body weight, on the other hand, 68.9% considered to meet the due-date of the gestational age, and 80.0% mothers experienced high breastfeeding frequency. It was noted the correlation of babies birth weight with p value = 0,005 and gestational age with p value = 0,003 to the mothers breastfeeding frequency. Therefore, it can be concluded that there is a significant correlation of the newborns birth weight and gestational age of the pregnancy on the mothersâ€™ breastfeeding frequency, particularly in the service area of Sei Harapan Integrated Health Post (posyandu) of Sekupang, Batam in 2017.Â Finally, it is hoped the respondents to dig out more information from various sources to enhance their knowledge and understanding on the factors that potentially affect the breastfeeding.Â

Toddler stage is the golden age of children due to their rapid growth of the body weight compared to the otherages. This period only happens once in child's life time, therefore it is called as window of opportunity. In this study, the researchers aim to determine the determination of the mothers' knowledge level on the nourishment status of their children specifically the ones under five years old. This research was designed to be an analytical research with cross sectional study approach. This study was conducted in Posyandu Bogenvil date on May 2017. The population was 98 toddlers and by using accidental sampling technique, 42 of them were taken as the sample. The research instrument used was questionnaire. After the data gathered from the questionnaires, further it was analyzed. The result reveals that the correlation between age and knowledge level is p-value=0,026<0,05, the education level and knowledge level is p-value=0,00<0,05 and information sources and knowledge level is p-value=0,346>0,05. From these findings, it can be inferred that age affects the knowledge level of mothers, in the same line, the education level and knowledge level do so. Meanwhile, there is no correlation between the sources of information and the knowledge level of the mothers. As the suggestion, the researchers encourage the mothers to accomplish their minimum 9 years of basic education hoping to develop their knowledge about nutrition status of children and to be able to implement their understanding in daily life.

The fine motor nerves development of the children is a characteristic related to the ability of children to perform movements which involves specific body parts with the motion of muscles and at the same time require rapid coordination to the brain. It is tremendously crucial matter for the mothers to be able to recognize the growth of their infantsâ€™ motor system. In this study, the researchers aim to examine the correlation of the 4 to 6 years old children mothersâ€™ knowledge levels and their attitude in relation to the development of their children motor system particularly in Tiban Indah IV Pre-school of Sekupang in 2017. This study applied a descriptive analytic method of cross-sectional approach design. As the data instrument, the researchers spread the questionnaires which were completed by 40 respondents through total sampling technique. This study took a place as one month observation which was dated on June 2017. The result of the study reveals that 55% of mothers have good knowledge level on the development of their children motor system, conversely, 60% of motherâ€™s have good attitude toward the development of their children motor system. This findings are strengthen by the result of the Chi-Square statistical test that indicates a significant correlation of the mother knowledge levels shown by (p = 0.001) as well as motherâ€™s attitude noted by (p = 0.001).To conclude, there is a significant correlation between knowledge levels of 4 to 6 years old children motherâ€™s and their attitude toward the development of the children motor systemin Tiban Indah IV Pre-school, Sekupang in 2017. Finally, it is expected that the mothers are able to improve their knowledge and awareness on the growth of their children, specifically on the development of their motoric system to perform movements of their body.

This outbreak was caused by the emergence of a new virus finding called the corona virus or it could also be called Corona Virus Disease 2019 (COVID-19) which is an outbreak of a disease that is transmitted through the respiratory tract caused by severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus 2 (SARS-CoV- 2). This disease outbreak spreads widely throughout the world in just a short time, this can happen because when someone touches items that have been contaminated by other people, after that the virus can move to the nose, eyes, mouth through contaminated items.Therefore, during the current corona virus pandemic, it is very necessary to have the most basic physical examination, namely the examination of vital signs or also called vital signs that must be carried out on every individual.The basic physical examination aims to determine the patient's health condition and when carrying out a physical examination in the midst of the Covid-19 disease outbreak, it must be carried out according to the procedure in the midst of the Covid-19 virus pandemic because during this pandemic period it takes a long time to serve patients, this is due to the number of patients.
