Abstract

Abstrak. Bullying masih menjadi permasalahan yang dialami oleh banyak siswa di sekolah. Dalam hal ini, korban bullying selalu menjadi orang yang dirugikan, hingga dikhawatirkan akan muncul hasrat ingin melukai diri sendiri, perasaan takut, trauma, depresi hingga merasa tidak berdaya. Berdasarkan permasalahan yang ada, diperlukan penanganan lebih lanjut oleh Guru BK dalam mencegah dan mengatasi permasalahan bullying yang terjadi di sekolah. Adanya guru BK di sekolah diharapkan mampu memberikan kontribusi bagi sekolah dan memperkecil terjadinya permasalahan-permasalahan yang ada di sekolah. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini ialah metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif melalui observasi dan wawancara. Adapun subjek wawancara ialah guru BK di MTs Cerdas Murni. Hasil yang diperoleh ialah, guru BK telah melakukan kegiatan BK yang bersifat preventif dalam mencegah dan mengatasi permasalahan bullying, hingga saat ini permasalahan bullying di sekolah MTs Cerdas Murni telah berkurang dan siswa dapat melaksanakan pembelajaran yang baik sehingga siswa dapat mengembangkan potensi dirinya dan menyelesaikan tugas-tugas perkembangan diri dengan baik di sekolah MTs Cerdas Murni. Kata Kunci. Pelayanan; Bimbingan Konseling; Penanganan Masalah; Bullying   Abstract. Bullying is still a problem experienced by many students at school. In this case, the victim of bullying is always the one who is harmed, so it is feared that there will be a desire to hurt oneself, feelings of fear, trauma, depression and feeling helpless. Based on the existing problems, further handling is needed by counseling guidance teachers in preventing and overcoming bullying problems that occur in schools. The existence of counseling guidance teachers in schools is expected to be able to contribute to the school and minimize the occurrence of problems that exist in schools. The research method used in this study is a qualitative method with a descriptive approach through observation and interviews. The subject of the interview is the guidance and counseling teacher at Madrasah Tsanawiyah Cerdas Murni. The results obtained are, counseling guidance teachers have carried out preventive counseling guidance activities in preventing and overcoming the problem of bullying, until now the problem of bullying in the Madrasah Tsanawiyah Cerdas Murni school has been reduced and students can carry out good learning so that students can develop their potential and complete self-development tasks well at the Madrasah Tsanawiyah Cerdas Murni school. Abstract

One of the learning models that can be applied in the 2013 curriculum is the inquiry learning model. By using the inquiry learning model which can build student activity in participating in mathematics learning, it is very necessary in inquiry learning so that mathematics can become a fun lesson. The same thing is also based on observations at the Mawaridussalam Islamic boarding school Batang Kuis showing that educators have carried out for one semester using the Inquiry Based Learning model. However, students experience difficulties in learning Mathematics. This is caused by differences in student learning outcomes with students' understanding abilities. The method used in this research is qualitative method. In this study, the subjects were all VII-C class students at the Mawaridussalam Islamic Boarding School for the 2022/2023 academic year with a total of 25 students. This research uses a descriptive method by describing students' difficulties in learning mathematics using the Inquiry Based Learning model in class VII-C of the Mawaridussalam Islamic Boarding School in the 2022/2023 academic year. The results of the study indicate that there are several difficulties faced by students in learning mathematics in using the inquiry learning model at the Mawaridussalam Islamic boarding school, namely: (1) technical difficulties, including the learning process which is carried out in a long way (2) students' adaptation difficulties, including feeling bored, embarrassed to ask friends, and difficult to understand learning (3) difficulties in the condition of the teacher, including the lack of preparation in lesson planning.
