Abstract

Along with the increasing growth of technology and the development of science, business competition is also getting faster and therefore we are required to always develop the business in order to always survive in the competition. Family Gypsum is a store whose sales system is the same as a supermarket, namely the buyer will take the goods to be purchased himself. From this, data on sales, purchases of goods, and unexpected expenses are not structured properly so that the data only functions as an archive. In this research, data mining is applied using the K-Means calculation process which provides a standard process for using data mining in various fields to be used in clustering because the results of this method are easy to understand and interpret. The results obtained from the K-Means method that has been implemented into Rapid Miner have the same value, which produces 3 clusters, namely clusters that do not sell, clusters that sell, and clusters that sell very well. With red clusters with 2 items, the clusters selling green with 28 items, the clusters selling with blue with 30 items. The results of this study can be entered into the Family Gypsum store Jl. H. Ulakma Sinaga, Red Rambung who is getting more attention on each sale based on the cluster that has been done

Abstract

Computer networks have an important role in teaching and learning activities in schools, but there are also negative impacts. One of them is prone to attack by malware such as viruses and so on, as is the case at the Satria Mandiri Private Vocational School in Bandar Huluan. So far, the computer network at the school is very easy to attack by malware. The negative impact of malware on the network is bandwidth traffic overload, causing bandwidth constraints to run out quickly or data transfer traffic to be slower than usual. The reliability of a network can be determined from the security factor of the network itself. Some routers have firewall settings that are quite capable but need to be managed more specifically based on the needs of the 1500 Kbps network scale and available bandwidth. Creating good rules in the firewall will make it easier to filter network traffic and bandwidth so that it can create security and convenience for network and bandwidth users. Port blocking allows users or users to interact with the proxy server on the local network, where the connected user has gone through verification that can filter malware activity with embedded rules

Abstract

Currently, there are still many weaknesses and shortcomings in public services carried out by government officials, so that they have not been able to meet the quality expected by the community. This is indicated by the lack of good public services delivered through the mass media. Given that the main function of the government is to serve the community, the government must strive to improve the quality of service for the better. In this study, an analysis of the level of community service satisfaction at the Pematangsiantar environmental service will be carried out using the Fuzzy Mamdani method. Data was collected by means of observation, literature study and interviews with the Pematangsiantar Environmental Service Office. The data used consists of several variables: Number of Respondents (Variable 1), Total Response Results (Variable 2) and Output Results (Variable 3). Based on 45 respondents with a total of 43 responses, the satisfaction output obtained is 560. Based on 50 respondents, 49 responses are obtained, so the service satisfaction output is 578. The conclusion is based on the calculation of the Mamdani Fuzzy model in 2021, the community is satisfied for the services provided by the Pematangsiantar environmental service based on the range of values that have been generated.

Abstract

The traditional Back-propagation algorithm has several weaknesses, including long training times and significant iterations to achieve convergence. This study aims to optimize traditional Back-propagation using the cyclical rule method to cover these weaknesses. Optimization is done by changing the training function and standard Back-propagation parameters using the training function and cyclical rule parameters. After that, a comparison of the two results will be carried out. This study uses quantitative method of time-series data on coronavirus cases sourced from the Worldometer website, then analyzed using three forecasting models with five input layers, one hidden layer (5, 10, and 15 neurons) and one output layer. The results showed that the 5-10-1 model with the training function and cyclical rule parameters and the tansig and purelin activation functions could perform well in optimization, including faster training time and smaller iterations (epochs), MSE training performance, and better tests. Low and high accuracy (92%) with an error rate of 0.01. So it was concluded that the training function and cyclical rule parameters with the tansig and purelin activation functions were able to optimize the traditional Back-propagation method, and the 5-10-1 model could be used for forecasting active cases of the coronavirus in Asia

Abstract

Community Temporary Direct Assistance (BLSM) is a Government Program. The process of assessing and making decisions in BLSM is usually subjective, especially if there are prospective BLSM recipients who have criteria that are not much different. The application made in this study is a Decision Support System for Community Temporary Direct Assistance (BLSM) in the Panguluh Nagori Gunung Bayu Office with the Profile Matching method. This application is used to assist in assessing the competence of prospective BLSM recipients and providing recommendations in decision making. The assessment criteria used include aspects of the condition of the house and economic aspects. This Profile Matching method will compare participant profiles with the ideal profile of prospective BLSM recipients. The smaller the gap, the greater the chance to pass the assessment. This system was built using the WEB programming language and MySQL as the database. It is hoped that the decision support system for receiving community temporary direct assistance (BLSM) at the Panguluh Nagori Gunung Bayu Office can assist the Village Head in determining potential beneficiaries who are entitled to be recommended for BLSM with a process of multi-criteria weighting and assessment that is faster, more accurate and more effective.
