Abstract

In building a system can’t be separated from an error where for a company that works in Building a software this will be very dangerous if not quickly Handled, certainly beside with quickly also need to be handled accurately. Expert systems can be a solution where the expert system is capable of recording a person's ability to think or reason. Thought or reasoning of an expert will be used to diagnose from some of the symptoms that exist to conclude error with expert's specified weight while the belief to symptoms that are not certain will be determined by the user and determined using Certainty Factor method that can calculate the value of uncertainty so that error fixed can be concluded. The results of the implementation is 2 diagnosis with the highest level of confidence and the step to handling. Other results is the system accuracy by performing a comparison between the results of the diagnosis system to the actual event so that the accuracy is 91.667%

Abstract

The Covid-19 pandemic that has hit the world, especially Indonesia, has greatly disturbed the stability of the inflation rate. Inflation that continues to increase will disrupt the economy in this country. Therefore this study aims to analyze the ability of ANN backpropagation which will be applied to predict the development of the inflation in Indonesia during the Covid-19 pandemic so that later it can be useful information for the government and society. The research data used is inflation data according to expenditure groups obtained from CBS (Central Statistics Agency) in January-May 2020. Prediction is done using the backpropagation neural network algorithm. This paper uses four network architectures, namely: 3-5-1, 3-10-1, 3-25-1 and 3-50-1. Based on the training and testing of the four models, the 3-10-1 model is the best architectural model that is suitable for predicting the development of the inflation in Indonesia with an accuracy of 75%. Also, this model performs an iteration of 25303 and an MSE test of 0.0362820326. Based on the prediction results in June-August 2020 and real data obtained from the Central Statistics Agency, ANN using the backpropagation method is highly recommended to be used to predict the development of Indonesian Inflation according to the Expenditure Group.

Abstract

Batik motifs are the base or the blueprint of batik patterns which serve as the core of the batik image design, and therefore the meaning of a sign, symbol or logo in a batik work can be revealed through its motifs. Visual identification requires visual skills and knowledge in classifying patterns formed in a batik image. Lack of media providing information on batik motifs makes the public unable to have sufficient information about batik motifs. Looking at this phenomenon, this study is conducted in order to perform visual identification using a computer that can assist and facilitate in identifying the types of batik. The methods used for batik image recognition are the Co-occurrence Matrix method to provide extraction of batik texture features, and the Geometric Moment Invariant method, while K Nearest Neighbor is used to classify batik images. The results on the accuracy values obtained reveal that the of 80%, compared to the accuracy value result using the Co-occurrence Matrix method that is 70%.

Abstract

The technology of buying and selling goods in managing goods in and out will provide convenience for the management in managing stock data, financial control and profit calculation that will be immediately known by stakeholders. Forecasting method is a method that is able to analyze several factors that are known to influence the occurrence of an event with a long grace period between the need for knowledge of an event to occur in the future and the time the event has occurred in the past. In a retail company, if this forecasting method is applied in the planning of goods management, the company will be assisted in the process of planning the sale of goods which is currently still being done by predicting the amount of sales of goods that will come without any calculation, causing excessive purchases of goods that can affect the stock of goods. Single exponential smoothing method is a development of the single moving averages method where the forecasting method is done by repeating calculations continuously using the latest data and each data is weighted. The single exponential smoothing method considers the weight of the previous data by giving weight to each data period to distinguish the priority of data. The single exponential smoothing method is a method used in short-term forecasting that is usually only 1 month ahead which assumes that the data fluctuates around a fixed mean value without consistent trends or growth patterns. The accuracy of the application of the single exponential method in forecasting sales of goods in this study with an alpha value of 0.1 on the MAPE calculation average is 2%.

Abstract

Ari Canti Hospital selectively conducts selection in the company environment that is by selecting one by one application then do some test on applicants with several criteria. With a large number of applicants making the selection process takes a lot of time and effort, as well as applicant data and the outcomes of the applicants are not well archived. Based on the above problems, need a solution to problem-solving by making a Decision Support System to determine the appropriate applicants to become new employees by facilitating the selection of employees by predetermined criteria. The TOPSIS method is chosen because this method is a form of decision support method based on the concept that the best alternative not only has the shortest distance from the ideal solution but also has the longest distance Of the ideal solution. The result of the design of this Decision Support System is the system has been able to generate reports from the applicant rank calculation by the values that have been obtained on the criteria that have been determined. The calculation results of the Decision Support System is already by the calculations performed manually.

Abstract

Guru saat ini dituntut untuk menjadi guru yang professional. Disamping menjalankan tugas pokoknya, seorang guru dituntut untuk memiliki ketrampilan menulis karya ilmiah sebagai salah satu syarat kenaikan pangkat. Akan tetapi pada kenyataannya masih banyak guru yang memiliki ketrampilan yang minim dalam menulis karya ilmiah. Salah satu ketrampilan yang masih jarang mereka miliki adalah ketrampilan dalam membuat daftar pustaka dan sitasi. Kegiatan pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk memberikan pelatihan penggunaan software Mendeley untuk referensi dalam menulis karya ilmiah di SMK Dwijendra Denpasar. Metoda yang digunakan pada kegiatan pengabdian ini adalah ceramah, diskusi, tanya jawab, pendampingan selama pelatihan dan praktek langsung menggunakan software Mendeley. Hasil dari kegiatan pengabdian ini menunjukkan bahwa peserta memiliki pemahaman materi dan kemampuan untuk membuat referensi dengan baik dengan bantuan software Mendeley

Abstract

Balinese handicrafts are also a worldwide attraction. For example, handicrafts from wood carvings, paintings, endek fabrics, keris, gamelan, copper, gold, silver, and many more. Keris and gambelan in Bali are generally made by the Pande people or you can say Soroh Pande and the manufacturing process is done in a Prapen. Prapen is always identified with cheer pande, apart from being a place for people to do their swadharma, namely memande. Prapen itself is very important for the Pande people not only as their identity as a Pande but also as a livelihood for Pande residents to work which has been passed down by their ancestors from generation to generation. In Kedisan Kaja Village, Tegalalang District, Gianyar Regency, there is a Small and Medium Enterprise (UKM) group that is engaged in memande. The business that has been going on for years only uses a pre-order system (making when there is an order). Based on the results of the interview, the main problems experienced by the partners, namely (1) their knowledge of product marketing is still very limited, and (2) they do not have a storage place for memande completeness. The purpose of this PKM is to increase the understanding and skills of partners in the form of product marketing techniques. The method used in achieving this goal is the use of technology by holding training on the use of Instagram and Facebook social media to improve marketing so that craftsmen can market their handicrafts on social media independently and be able to increase sales

Abstract

STMIK STIKOM Indonesia is one of Information Technology University of Bachelor Degree's in Bali. It is concerned on providing the ultimate service for the students. The comfortable of students can be achieved through the information services of lecturing and student activities are provided by campus. Student activity is the most important activity in order to support student soft skills, and to fulfill graduation requirements of participation credit Score, it is shortened by SKP. Problems that occur at this time recording student activities and the use of space is still done manually by using the blackboard, when it is carried out during the lecturing schedules, so that there are constraints on the use of room activities. The results of this study is an application that can provide kemudahaan in managing activities and use of space and facilitate students to obtain information on student affairs activities on campus

Abstract

Salah satu cara untuk menjaga kualitas karya ilmiah di Indonesia adalah dengan memeriksa artikel sebelum dipublikasikan. Pengecekan sebelum publikasi dilakukan agar tingkat kesamaan tidak tinggi karena makalah yang diterbitkan dapat dikutip untuk menyebabkan tingkat kesamaan yang tinggi. Masalah selanjutnya adalah pentingnya pengelompokkan makalah topik, dimana makalah yang akan diperiksa harus memiliki kategori yang sama dengan makalah yang dibandingkan. Dalam penelitian ini, untuk mengklasifikasikan topik jurnal menggunakan algoritma Naive Bayes dan untuk mengukur kesamaan makalah menggunakan metoda Vector Space Model. Algoritma Naive Bayes tidak dapat mengklasifikasikan ke dalam satu topik jurnal dengan tepat tetapi mengklasifikasikan menjadi beberapa topik jurnal sehingga mempengaruhi kinerja metoda Vector Space Model. Hasil perhitungan deteksi kesamaan teks oleh Vector Space Model dapat mencapai 90% ke atas untuk data uji tertentu. Hasil perhitungan deteksi kesamaan teks dengan metoda Vector Space Model juga sangat dipengaruhi oleh data pelatihan. Semakin lengkap dan kompleks data pelatihan, maka semakin valid hasil pengujian kinerja Vector Space Model
