<![CDATA[Abstract Roads are infrastructure that connects one area to another which is very important in the community service system. (Wirahadikusumah, 2007). The pavement layer functions to receive traffic loads and spread it to the layer below it, then forward it to the subgrade.As we all know that to build a means of transportation requires a correct and precise method. Therefore it is necessary to plan road construction and planning road works that are optimal and meet the technical requirements according to the function, volume and nature of traffic so that the construction of these constructions can be of immoral use for the development of the surrounding area.The observations made on Malik Raya I Street Kota Kendari with a length of 550 meters aim to evaluate the implementation of the road using the 2018 Bina Marga method to find out the results in the field and the specifications of Bina Marga 2018 whether it is in accordance with the implementation.From the results of field observations on Malk Raya I Street Kendari City, there are several work items that have not met specifications in the form of field compaction and sand cone testing processes Abstrak Jalan merupakan infrastruktur yang menghubungkan satu daerah dengan daerah yang lain yang sangat penting dalam sistem pelayanan masyarakat. Lapis perkerasan jalan berfungsi untuk menerima beban lalu lintas dan menyebarkan ke lapis dibawahnya kemudian diteruskan ke tanah dasar.Seperti kita ketahui bersama bahwa untuk membangun suatu sarana transportasi memerlukan metode yang benar dan tepat. Oleh sebab itu diperlukan perencanaan kontruksi jalan dan perencanaan pekerjaan jalan yang optimal dan memenuhi syarat teknis menurut fungsi, volume maupun sifat lalu lintas sehingga pembangunan kontruksi tersebut dapat berguna maksiat bagi perkembangan daerah sekitarnya. Pengamatan yang dilakukan pada jalan Malik Raya I Kota Kendari dengan panjang 550 meter bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi pelaksanaan jalan menggunakan metode Bina Marga 2018 untuk mengetahui hasil dilapangan dan di Spesifikasi Bina Marga 2018 apakah sudah sesuai pelaksanaannya.Dari hasil pengamatan dilapangan di jalan Malik Raya I Kota Kendari terdapat beberapa item pekerjaan yang belum sesuai spesifikasi berupa proses pemadatan dilapangan dan proses pengujian sand cone. ]]>
