The purpose of this research is to describe the impact of leadership with Christian integrity and work motivation as employees on the quality of service to customers at Permata Bank Batam. The scope of this research are motivation and leadership variable where in an organization the impact of a leader greatly affects the work that is the target of the achievement of the business process. This research method uses library analysis to explore some of the lives of Christian integrity characters and a quantitative approach using multiple regression analysis to measure the influence between variables partially and the Anova test to measure the percentage of impact strength between variables, while the data analysis instrument uses SPSS. The results of this study from the R coefficient that the independent variables of Christian integration and work motivation contribute to the improvement of service quality to customers at Permata Bank Batam by 43.1%. The role of leadership with Christian integrity and motivation is proven to be able to improve staff services to customers at Permata Bank. A successful leader must have real Integrity in every leadership he carries out. Leaders with Christian integrity have proven to be needed and able to motivate the running of qualified operational activities and improve services to customers at Bank Permata Batam.

Discipleship teenager’s is very essential for the growth of teenager’s attendance which does not affect the spiritual life but also outwardly, the phenomenon of declining discipleship is feared to also have a negative impact on the growth of teenager’s attendance in worship. This study aims to determine how much influence discipleship teenager’s directly have on the growth of church attendance. This study uses quantitative methods based on quantification in data collection and analysis to test the established hypotheses. Conducted at the Junior Church of Bethel Church Indonesia Tabgha Batam, from October 2021 to May 2022. The results of the research prove that the level of (1) understanding of the benefits of discipleship is in the range 176.80-185.375: moderate to high class, (2) the growth rate of attendance is in the range of 144.68-151.36: high class. This study also found (3) The contribution of the influence of discipleship partially to the growth of church attendance was 76.9%. The magnitude of the direct influence of the Discipleship teenager’s aged thirteen to eighteen year’s variable on the growth of church attendance is 24,066, meaning that if the Discipleship teenager’s (X) is 0, then the growth of church attendance (Y) Junior Church of Bethel Church Indonesia Tabgha Batam the value is 24,066 units. The regression coefficient of the Discipleship teenager’s variable (X) is 0.685; This means that if the Discipleship teenager’s is increased by one time, it will increase the growth of church attendance (Y) by 0.685.

Cooperatives based on Christian values need to be present and have an impact to advance the development of the people's economy, the development of cooperatives is aimed at the growth of a positive culture and image as well as strengthening cooperative institutions so that they are able to play a role as a forum for community activities. The COVID-19 pandemic has had an economic impact on the Bethel Church of Indonesia Tabgha Batam Center as the smallest unit in society. The congregation has the risk of not being able to survive to maintain its survival. Family needs that continue to increase and must be met as well as costs for education, health and other operational costs are increasingly limited. If they are unable to survive, the church congregation has the potential to experience a declining level of welfare. The purpose of carrying out this community service is to provide assistance in developing the economic insight of the Indonesian Bethel Church Tabgha Batam Center congregation. This activity has been carried out in 2021 at the Indonesian Bethel Church Tabgha Batam Center. The method used is counseling about the economic development of the congregation through the TCool cooperative, monitoring and involvement of the congregation in the TCool cooperative. All stages have been carried out properly supported by high church participation.

This paper aims to understand the important role of lecturer certification in improving the performance and professionalism of lecturers at the Tabgha Theological College Batam. Lecturer performance is the output of the process carried out by the lecturer through work presentations, work implementation, work achievements, work results and work performance. Lecturer certification is a relevant instrument for assessing the professionalism of lecturers in order to determine the eligibility of lecturers, protect the teaching profession as agents of learning in tertiary institutions, and improve educational processes and outcomes to support the realization of national education goals. Lecturer performance can be seen from his enthusiasm in carrying out the duties of higher education tridarma assigned to him. This research uses qualitative and quantitative approaches by collecting data through surveys, interviews, and document analysis related to preparation for lecturer certification. It is hoped that the results of this research can provide valuable insights for other higher education institutions in an effort to improve the quality and professionalism of lecturers.
