Abstract

During the Covid-19 pandemic, State Junior Highs School 1 Menes implemented a distance learning system or use internet network. The obstacles that occur cause unfavorable behavior for students, such as decreased student motivation, poor relationships between parent and students and decreased student achievement. The purpose of this service activity is to change student behavior for the better by conducting good communication training to parents, providing motivation to learn through games and introducing digital library applications to increase reading interest and as a reference for students learning at home that researchers do face to face. The method used in this study is a mix method, which combines quantitative and qualitative research methods simultaneously. Based on the results of empowerment activities that have been carried out on students in order to help improve the quality of learning and student achievement, we carried out measurement of change through pre-test and post-test where the comparison value between pre-test and post-test was considered to indicate a change in thinking patterns. Students who are expected to change the pattern of student behavior for the better in motivating themselves to students in order to increase their interest in learning and be able to communicate well with their parents in order to meet their needs in online learning.

Abstract

Demanded by the development of the times, which makes education staff and students inevitably, ready or not ready, must face advances in information technology that occur in educational institutions. SPADA Untirta is an Online Learning System developed by Sultan Ageng Tirtayasa University. This study uses the theory of Diffusion of Innovation to determine the effectiveness of the online learning system used by Untirta. Using a quantitative method with a population of Untirta master of communication students batch 2021. The results show that each stage of innovation diffusion in the use of SPADA UNTIRTA for online learning media has been exceeded even though there are still some obstacles. These obstacles include external obstacles but are still considered effective because 39.4% of students stated that they were quite satisfied in using SPADA UNTIRTA

Abstract

Pemetaan Sosial, Konflik dan Komunikasi Stakeholders. Pembangunan Pembangkit Listrik Tenaga Panas Bumi (PLTPB) di Desa Batukuwung, Kabupaten Serang yang dijalankan oleh PT. Sintesa Banten Geothermal merupakan salah satu proyek nasional yang sampai saat ini masih belum berjalan karena masih mendapat penolakan dari masyarakat di lokasi pembangunan dan menciptakan terjadinya konflik kepentingan antar stakeholder yang terlibat. Sehingga untuk memetakan konflik kepentingan yang terjadi dan alur skema komunikasi pada konflik pembangunan PLTPB di Desa Batukuwung menjadi menarik untuk dikaji. Inilah yang kemudian menjadi dasar penelitian ini dilakukan. Waktu penelitian sendiri berlangsung dari bulan Oktober 2022 - Juni 2023. Sedangkan metode yang digunakan adalah metode penelitian kualitatif dengan menggunakan pendekatan studi kasus dan teknik pemetaan sosial.Berdasarkan hasil kajian setiap stakeholders yang terlibat dalam konflik yang terjadi saling terhubung antara satu sama lain dan saling mempengaruhi yang ditandai dengan adanya garis koordinasi untuk stakeholders yang menolak pembangunan PLTPB dan ditandai dengan adanya skema komunikasi yang bersifat konvergen. Sedangkan untuk stakeholders yang menerima pembangunan PLTPB hubungan antar stakeholders ini selain ditunjukan dengan garis koordinasi juga lebih bersifat vertikal (perintah dari atas kebawah), dimana skema komunikasi yang dijalankan lebih bersifat divergen.
