Abstract

Website is a need to be very important to create an online presence for individuals, businesses, companies, and education. By using website, everyone can be better to known and widely known on the internet. However, some users still think that having a website should prepare many things, ranging from cost to good coding skills. The presence of the Google company in the world of technology provides convenience through its products. Google Sites is one of the platforms that provides services to make it easier to create the websites that are used as objects of training activities with workshop activity partners by Master Program of Informatics Universitas Ahmad Dahlan and SMK Muhammadiyah Banjar. The purpose of this community service activity is to carry out training on the use of Google Sites in creating portfolios and learning media. The audience of service is teachers and students with a total of 27 participants from SMK Muhammadiyah Banjar West Java Province. The activity was carried out on August 24, 2022. The stages of the activity were preparation, implementation, and evaluation. Preparation is carried out by conducting a pre-test survey of trainees. The implementation is carried out with training and hands on implementation of website creation for each participant. Evaluation of activities is carried out for each stage by collecting post-test from each trainee. The result of the activity is to increase the knowledge of training participants, both students and teaching staff in overcoming problems in the world of technology so as to make it easier to adapt to the industrial world. The training carried out received a very good response with the score of 79.13% stating that they strongly agreed with the advantages of this training.concept of healthy elderly people related to the pandemic.

Abstract

Universitas Muhammadiyah Tasikmalaya merupakan salah satu perguruan tinggi yang mendapatkan bantuan biaya pendidikan untuk mahasiswa penerima program Kartu Indonesia Pintar Kuliah (KIP-Kuliah) disetiap tahunnya. Program ini diperuntukan bagi lulusan SMA/SMK/sederajat dari keluarga miskin/rentan miskin/afirmasi yang memiliki keinginan untuk melanjutkan belajar ke jenjang yang lebih tinggi. Hasil dari evaluasi pelaksanaan dalam penetapan data penerimaannya terdapat masalah karena data pendaftar masih banyak yang berasal dari keluarga mampu, disamping itu jumlah kuota yang diberikan oleh pemerintah sebanyak 30 kuota, jauh lebih sedikit daripada jumlah pendaftar yang berjumlah 191, sehingga harus ada metode yang dapat mengoptimalkan pengelompokan data pendaftar terlebih dahulu agar penetapan penerima bantuan biaya pendidikan KIP-Kuliah tepat sasaran. dalam penelitian ini penulis menggunakan metode Kmeans untuk pengelompokan data pendaftar dengan jumlah klaster sebanyak 3 (K=3). Hasil dari penelitian ini yaitu klaster C0 sebanyak 109 data (57,1%), klaster C1 sebanyak 52 data (27,2%), dan klaster C2 sebanyak 30 data (15,7%). Hasil dari sebaran data pada masing-masing kelompok, penulis merekomendasikan klaster C0 sebagai data kelompok yang dipertimbangkan, klaster C1 sebagai kelompok yang tidak layak dan klaster C2 sebagai kelompok yang layak mendapatkan bantuan biaya pendidikan / KIP-Kuliah.

Abstract

Every year, UMTAS gets a quota for KIP tuition fee assistance provided by KEMDIKBUD. This program is intended for high school / vocational/equivalent graduates from poor and vulnerable families. The evaluation results of its implementation have problems, including the number of applicants exceeding the quota given by KEMDIKBUD and some applicants coming from well-off families. This research uses the fuzzy c-means method for data clustering and the SAW method for ranking. The results of data grouping using the fuzzy c-means method obtained the first cluster (C1) of 72 data and the second cluster (C2) of 119 data. Group C1 is closer to the provisions of aid recipients (eligible) compared to data group C2 (ineligible) because Data C1 consists of 100% DTKS recipients, 50% KIP and KKS card owners, 100% parental income <750,000, 40.28% parental dependents >=2 people and 29.17% applicants with achievements. 72 registrant data included in Data C1 are then ranked using the SAW technique to get weights, and 30 data with the highest weight will be used as a decision on recipients of KIP-Kuliah Education fee assistance according to the quota provided. The optimization of Fuzzy C-Means with SAW methods in selecting recipients of education fee assistance is objective and right on target.
