Abstract

Indonesia with the largest Muslim community, may take a dominant role in the global halal industry. In order for industry halal can grow and develop rapidly so as to offset the Internasional economy, it is necessary to work hard to encourage the rise of Indonesian halal industry. We can use the halal industry with all its potential to encourage an increase in the value of foreign exchange reserves. Industrial halal are acceptable and desirable community itself and become a mainstay so as to move the real sector and the national economy it is necessary to foster a proper strategy for the development of halal industry in Indonesia. Abstract

Crackers have become a product that is characteristic of a region, now crackers are not only a complement to food, in Sarirogo village, Sidoarjo sub-district, the district has the potential for a cracker puli household business, the cracker puli business in Sarirogo village has problems with drying crackers which are hampered came the rainy season, which caused production to drop very drastically, almost 60% of total production which fell compared to summer and normal days before the rainy season came, the next problem was the lack of human resource management, product marketing that was not yet widespread in the digital world, not yet structured bookkeeping and recording.
