Abstract

This study aims tol determinated the effect of Net Profit Margin (NPM), Earning Per Share (ElPS), and Return on Asset to stock price. The population in this research are 40 banking companiess listed on Indonesian Stock Exchange (IDX) from 2018-2022. This research using purposive sampling and obtained a sample of 27 companies using the method of documentation, thel uses of data derived from documents that already axist and publish in Indonesian Stock Exchanges website. Data analysis using multiple regression. Result of the analysis indicated that net profit margin has no significant positive effect on stock price, earning per share has a positive significant effect on stock price, return on asset has a no significant negative elffect on stock price. the adjusted R2 value is 0,338, it means that 33,8% of the variation in the stock prices of banking companies listeld on thel Indonesian Stolck Exchange can be explained by the three independent and dependent variables. While the remaining 66,2% is explained by other variables not elxamined in this research model. Keywords: Net Profit Margin, Earning Per Share, Return on Asset and stock price.

Abstract

Firm value is the company's performance as reflected by the share price formed by the supply and demand of the capital market. The research conducted aims to examine the effect of profitability, liquidity and company size on firm value in mining companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX). The population used in the research conducted are mining companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange(IDX) for the 2020-2022 period. Data collection techniques in research conducted using documentation data with the sampling method, namely purposive sampling method. The research samples were thirteen companies for three years, so the number of observations was 36. The data used in the research was secondary data. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis techniques. The results showed that profitability had a significant positive effect on firm value, liquidity had an insignificant negative effect on firm value, and similarly company size had a non-significant negative effect on firm value. Abstract

This study aims to prove the effect of leverage, liquidity, and asset growth on systematic risk in companies that are members of the LQ-45 index on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The population used in this study is companies that are members of the LQ-45 index on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2017-2021. The sample selection technique uses purposive sampling. Data analysis technique using multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that leverage has a significant positive effect on systematic risk, liquidity has an insignificant positive effect and asset growth has an insignificant negative effect on systematic risk of companies listed on the LQ-45 index on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The value of Adjusted R² is 0.210, which means that 21% of the variation in the systematic risk of companies listed on the LQ-45 index on the Indonesia Stock Exchange can be explained by the three independent variables, namely leverage, liquidity and asset growth. While the remaining 79% is explained by other variables not examined in this study.

Abstract

The development of natural tourism in Rembang Regency is famous for its beaches, because Rembang Regency has a coastline of 60 km, this makes it worthy of being a coastal tourism icon. Through situation analysis, partner problems can be formulated: 1) Marketing that is not optimal, especially packaging of tourism products, 2) Tourism HR Management that lacks tourism-based knowledge. In connection with the above problems, the solution to overcome problems related to education-based tourism products is to provide training and assistance with tour package products, so that one of the outputs of this service program activity is a brochure for educational tour packages in the Balong Mulyo beach tourist area which includes four tourist attractions in the area. It is hoped that HR training activities for tourist attraction managers will increase HR knowledge regarding basic tourism knowledge. It is hoped that the implementation of this community service program will be able to support the increase in the number of visitors and partners' income as well as increase the economic value and welfare of the community in the Balong Mulyo Beach tourist area, Kragan.

Abstract

This community service program is carried out in the Balongan Kragan beach area in Rembang Regency. One of the problems or weaknesses faced by Partners is the low level of knowledge about marketing management and the limited application of marketing management in developing tourist attractions. So the team formulated a program to develop the Balongan beach tourist area through destination branding. Holding marketing management training, one of which is discussion and mentoring for partners, namely managers of the Balongan Beach tourist area. The material provided in tourism marketing and development training includes: 1) Marketing Management, 2) Destination Branding of Tourist Attractions, 3) Advertising communication strategies and 4) Creative Strategies in Tourist Attraction Development. It is hoped that this service activity can increase the economic value of the Balongan beach area. Keyword: marketing, development, tourism, and destination branding.

Abstract

MSMEs Krupuk Rambak Bawang Tumbar has an address in Soditan Village, RT.01/ RW.02, Lasem District, Rembang Regency, Central Java. MSMEs Krupuk Rambak Bawang Tumbar is one of the MSMEs in Rembang engaged in food production. The problems faced by Partners are: 1). Erratic weather makes crackers unable to be dried, 2). The product is not yet known by the wider community, 3). Unattractive packaging, 4). Many consumers do not know their location, 5). Lack of variations in the shape of MSMEs Krupuk Rambak Bawang Tumbar product. The service team carried out several programs including: 1). Making a Google Map, 2). Facebook Account Creation, 3). Sticker Making, 4). Making notes and stamps, 5). Making Directions, and 6). Product marketing with another variant in the form of raw crackers. Through this community service activity, it is hoped that MSMEs will be able to compete, increase sales, income and welfare of MSME owners. Keyword: Business Development, MSMEs and Marketing Strategy

Abstract

AbstractThis research aims to prove the influence of product quality, service quality and pricing on purchasing decisions for Alfamart consumers in Rembang District. The population in this study were consumers who had purchased and consumed Alfamart products in Rembang District, Rembang Regency, Central Java. The sample technique uses accidental sampling. The number of samples used in this research was 100 respondents. The data analysis technique uses multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this research show that: product quality and pricing variables have a significant positive effect, while service quality has an insignificant positive effect on purchasing decisions for Alfamart consumers in Rembang District. The Adjusted R Square value is 0.386 percent as is the dependent variable, namely purchasing decisions can be explained by independent variables which include product quality, service quality and pricing at 38.6 percent while 61.4 percent is explained by variations in other variables not explained in this research.Keywords: Product Quality, Service Quality, Pricing and Purchasing Decisions.AbstrakPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk membuktikan pengaruh kualitas produk, kualitas layanan dan penetapan harga terhadap keputusan pembelian pada konsumen Alfamart di Kecamatan Rembang, Kabupaten Rembang, Jawa Tengah. Populasi dalam penelitian ini konsumen yang pernah membeli dan mengkonsumsi produk Alfamart di Kecamatan Rembang. Teknik sampel menggunakan accidental sampling. Jumlah sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 100 responden. Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa: variabel kualitas produk dan penetapan harga berpengaruh positif signifikan sedangkan kualitas layanan berpengaruh positif tidak signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian pada konsumen Alfamart di Kecamatan Rembang. Nilai Adjusted R Square sebesar 0,386 persen sebagaimana variabel dependen yaitu keputusan pembelian dapat dijelaskan oleh variabel independen yang meliputi kualitas produk, kualitas layanan dan penetapan harga sebesar 38,6 persen sedangkan 61,4 persen dijelaskan oleh variasi variabel lain yang tidak dijelaskan dalam penelitian ini.Kata Kunci:     Kualitas Produk, Kualitas Layanan, Penetapan Harga dan Keputusan Pembelian.

Abstract

Penelitian ini menunjukkan bagaimana profitabilitas, keputusan investasi dan kebijakan utang berpengaruh terhadap nilai perusahaan pada perusahaan yang tergabung dalam Jakarta Islamic Index (JII) di Bursa Efek Indonesia. Perusahaan yang tergabung dalam Jakarta Islamic Index (JII) di Bursa Efek Indonesia tahun 2018-2022 adalah populasi di penelitian ini. Penelitian ini menggunakan samepl 13 perusahaan. Cara pengambilan sampel menggunakan purposive sampling. Metode untuk menganalisis data adalah analisis regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian mengartikan pengaruh profitabilitas serta keputusan investasi positif tidak signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan serta pengaruh kebijakan utang negatif tidak signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan. Nilai adjusted R2 adalah 0,115. Dapat diartikan variabel profitabilitas, keputusan investasi serta kebijakan utang pade model regresi ini bisa mengartikan variabel dependen 11,5%. Sisanya dipengaruhi unsur-unsur tambahan yang tidak dimasukkan pada penelitian.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mendeskripsikan budidaya pekebun swadaya kelapa sawit di perkebunan kelapa sawit di Kecamatan Air Hitam Sarolangun dan menganalisis pendapatan dan keuntungan usahatani pekebun swadaya kelapa sawit di Kecamatan Air Hitam Sarolangun. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di Kecamatan Air Hitam Sarolangun pada bulan Mei 2023 sampai dengan Juni 2023. Hasil penelitian disesuaikan dengan data yang ada dan tujuan yang ingin dicapai. Untuk mencapai tujuan pertama digunakan metode deskriptif dan kedua, data dianalisis dengan metode deskriptif tabulasi. Hasil survei menunjukkan bahwa petani kelapa sawit non pertanian mengeluarkan rata-rata total produksi sebesar 19.188.393 rupiah/tahun, menerima rata-rata 62.418.953 rupiah/tahun, dengan rata-rata total produksi sebesar 51.975 kg/ha/Th. Pendapatan usahatani petani swadaya sawit sebesar 43.230.560 rupiah/tahun. Analisis R/C pada biaya tunai kebun rakyat mandiri adalah sebesar 3,41 artinya untuk setiap rupiah biaya tunai yang dikeluarkan akan diperoleh penerimaan sebesar 3,41 rupiah. Sedangkan R/C total biaya pada lahan non petani sebesar 3,25 yang berarti setiap total biaya yang dikeluarkan akan diperoleh penerimaan sebesar 3,25 rupiah.

Abstract

This study aimed to prove and explain the analysis of the factors affecting the capital structure of mining companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The study used the sampling technique with purposive sampling. It took a sample of mining companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) from 2017 to 2021, with a sample of 15 companies. Furthermore, the technique of data analysis utilized multiple linear regression analysis. The outcomes showed that profitability had no significant negative impact on the capital structure of mining companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange; on the other side, liquidity had a significant negative impact on the capital structure of them. Meanwhile, asset structure and sales growth had no significant positive impact on the capital structure of mining companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. In addition, The adjusted R2 score is 0.339 indicating that the variation of the four independent variables, ROE, CR, AG and SG, can explain 33.9% of the variation, and factors outside this study model explain the remaining 66.1%.
