Abstract

Abstract. Indonesia waqf’s potential is considered huge. Even though there is an imbalance in utilizing land-based waqf in Indonesia. Most of it are [u1] served to religious-based activity rather than productive action. The aim of this research [u2] is to formulate an optimizing strategy on [u3] land-based waqf development in Indonesia. The priority consideration factor affecting nadhir also be inspected as a strategy formulation basis. ANP (Analytic Network Process) method is equipped in this research. Result [u4] shows that management capability is the priority aspect to nadzhir’s decision in utilizing land-based waqf. Lack of competency becomes the most highlighted problem in that aspect. Fortification towards the regulation is the optimizing strategy in development land-based waqf in [u5] Indonesia.Keywords: Strategy, Optimizing, Land-Based Waqf, Productive Waqf, Institutional Nadzhir.Abstrak. Potensi wakaf di Indonesia sangat besar. Meskipun begitu, terdapat ketimpangan terkait penggunaan tanah wakaf di Indonesia. Sebagian besar tanah wakaf diperuntukan bagi kegiatan yang berbasis ritual keagamaan, dibandingkan dengan kegiatan yang bersifat produktif. Penelitian ini bertujuan pada pembentukan strategi yang optimal dalam pengembangan tanah wakaf di Indonesia. Faktor prioritas pertimbangan yang mempengaruhi nazhir institusi dalam pengelolaan tanah wakaf juga dicari tahu sebagai dasar pembentukan strategi. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Analytic Network Process (ANP). Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa yang menjadi prioritas keputusan nazhir dalam pengelolaan tanah wakaf adalah aspek manajemen pengelolaan. Masalah pada aspek manajemen pengelolaan yang menjadi prioritas utama adalah kurangnya kompetensi SDM dengan alternatif solusi peningkatan kompetensi SDM. Abstract

This research attempts to analyze the value chain of Islamic banking business processes and to develop a business processes model on depositors’ funds in order to improve the performance of Islamic banks. Four models of Islamic banking operating in Indonesia are used as the objects of the study. This research applies qualitative study (exploratory) approach and utilizes primary data obtained from questionnaire and interviews. This data are then processed by value stream mapping and process activity mapping. This study shows that the waiting time for services is the sub-stage of business process that does not have value added and categorized as pure waste based on VSM criteria.The reengineering of business process of the third party fundraising may reduce collection time up to 1490 minutes for corporate customer and 22 minutes for individual customer.DOI: 10.15408/aiq.v8i1.2506

Abstract

ABSTRAK Usaha kecil mikro dan menengah (UMKM) yang menjadi obyek dalam kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini berada di wilayah di wilayah Jakarta Barat. Usaha kecil mikro dan menengah (UMKM) perlu diberikan literasi keuangan syariah termasuk produk, jasa serta macam-macam akad pembiayaan di bank syariah dan Lembaga keuangan syariah, agar para pelaku Usaha kecil mikro dan menengah (UMKM) bisa mencari solusi untuk mencari pembiayaan modal kerja dalam rangka pengembangan bisni usahanya. Untuk itu tim Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat dari Universitas Mercu Buana Jakarta akan mengadakan kegiatan ”Literasi keuangan Syariah bagi UMKM, sebuah solusi memperoleh modal usaha.” Kegiatan ini dilakukan secara virtual melalui aplikasi Google Meet. Jumlah peserta UMKM yang ikut dalam kegiatan ini sebanyal 27 pelaku UMKM dan diikuti oleh 8 dosen dari Universitas Mercu Buana. Kata Kunci: Literasi Keuangan Syariah, produk dan jasa bank syariah

Abstract

This study aims to analyze how much influence competence, experience, and placement have on employee performance with motivation as a partially mediating variable in implementing this research using primary data obtained from the distribution of questionnaires. This research was conducted on employees of the agency of agricultural counseling and human resources development (BPPSDM) Ministry of Agriculture Jakarta, with a sample of 100 employees. The data analysis method used a structural equation model-partial least square (SEM-PLS). The study results show that the influence of competence, experience, and placement in the partial test has influenced employee motivation. The impact of competence, placement, and motivation can also encourage and affect employee performance. The results of this study indicate that experience has no significant effect on employee performance. This study shows that competence, experience, and placement affect employee performance mediated by motivation. The magnitude of this influence shows that competence, placement, and motivation are essential elements in improving employee performance BPPSDM Ministry of Agriculture Jakarta.

Abstract

This research has been purposed to discover and analyze the role of leadership, teamwork and business process on the achievement of account manager in selling the VPN products. These research methods used a quantitative approach by multiple linear regression analysis to examine the hypothesis. The research population and research sample were 85 respondents who work as Account Manager of the Manufacturing Segment, Service Business Division at PT. Telkom throughout Indonesia.The results showed if the leadership, teamwork and business process partially had a positive affect on the performance of the account manager in VPN sales. It also simultaneously affects the account manager's performance in VPN sales.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan tujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh budaya organisasi, kepemimpinan, kompensasi dan pelatihan terhadap employee engagement di BPJS kesehatan kantor pusat. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah pegawai BPJS kesehatan kantor pusat yang berjumlah 546 orang. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan purposive sampling dengan rumus slovin diperoleh 231 responden, yang merupakan pegawai tetap dari level pelaksana hingga manajer. Analisis data menggunakan teknik analisis regresi linear berganda menggunakan program SPSS versi 21. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa variabel budaya organisasi, kepemimpinan, kompensasi dan pelatihan baik secara parsial (sendiri) maupun secara simultan (bersama-sama) berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap employee engagement pegawai BPJS Kesehatan Kantor Pusat.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to find out the factors that affecting teacher performance during the era of covid 19 (case study Madrasah Ibtidaiyah South Jakarta). The research method used is a quantitative approach with causal research. The research population is 96 teachers in Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Negeri, Jagakarsa Subdistrict, South Jakarta City. Sampling technique is nonprobability sampling with saturated sampling technique so that the sample number of 96 teachers. Research data is primary data obtained by distributing questionnaires. Quantitative data analysis methods use multiple linear regression methods. The analysis tool used is SPSS version 26.0. The results of the F test showed that competence, communication, creativity and work environment had a positive and significant influence on teacher performance. The results of the t test on each variable showed that competence had no effect on teacher performance, communication had a significant and positive effect on teacher performance, creativity had a significant and positive effect on teacher performance and the work environment had no effect on teacher performance. Based on the results of the analysis, the performance of teachers during the covid 19 era can be maximized through the improvement of the creative process of creativity during the implementation of the learning process.

Abstract

The background of the research is the low market share of Indonesia's sharia insurance compared to its potential and the decline in assets of the Indonesian sharia insurance industry in 2020 and 2021 compared to 2019. The purpose of the study is to analyze the problems faced by the sharia insurance industry and formulate strategies that can be used in dealing with these problems in order to increase market share. This study uses a qualitative paradigm approach with ANP (Analytical Network Process) as an analytical tool. The type of data is primary data obtained through in-depth interviews and filling out questionnaires by sharia insurance experts from industry practitioners, associations, academics and regulators. Software Super Decision 2.10 is used as a data measurement and analysis tool. The result of research shows that the problems faced by the sharia insurance industry in Indonesia can be grouped into four aspects, namely human resources, infrastructure, products, and markets.  The study also found that the right strategy related to the development of the sharia insurance market in Indonesia is to combine four strategies that have been formulated with sequential priorities starting from institutional strengthening, resources strengthening, product development and marketing improvement.

Abstract

This research has purpose to discover the affect of leadership, job satisfaction, organizational citizenship behavior, and competence on employee performance in XYZ Ministry. The research method used quantitative approach with the type of research is included in causal research. The research population was 1,587 permanent employees at Work Units and Technical Implementation Units of XYZ Ministry in Jabodetabek. The sampling technique was proportional stratified random sampling with the number of samples was 94 employees. These research data were obtained by distributing questionnaires. The quantitative data analysis method uses multiple linear regression methods. The results showed if 1) Leadership partially has the strongest and significant impact on employee performance. 2) Job satisfaction partially has a significant impact on employee performance. 3) Organizational citizenship behavior partially has a significant impact on employee performance. 4) Employee competence partially has a significant impact on employee performance. 5) Leadership, job satisfaction, organizational citizenship behavior and employee competence simultaneously have a significant impact on employee performance.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of competence and organizational culture on the performance of employees of the Public Appraiser Service Office Andi Tiffani and Partners (KJPP ATR). This study used a quantitative method with a total sample of 53 employees. Samples were taken from the entire population or using saturated sampling techniques, namely all KJPP ATR employees. The data analysis method uses the Structural Equation Model (SEM) with the SmartPLS analysis tool. The results showed that competence had a significant positive effect on employee performance, organizational culture had a significant positive effect on employee performance, competence had a significant positive effect on work motivation, organizational culture had a significant positive effect on work motivation.
