Abstract

ABSTRACTThe tittle research is The Influence of Leadership Style On Employee Work Ethic at PT. InatelNusantara. Leadership is the most important factor to influencing the achievement oforganization. If in an organization there are good and mature of leadership style, so theemployee work ethic may increase and at the end it will accelerate directly to the process ofachieving the company goals. This research aimed to analyze the influence of the LeadershipStyle On Employee Work Ethic at PT. Inatel Nusantara.. The sample of this research is 60respondents at PT. Inatel Nusantara. The Data sources used in this research are primary andsecondary data. Data is analyzed using path analysis that is assisted with SPSS for Windowsversion 22. Data collection method in this research using interview method, by means ofquestionnaires. The analytical technique used is simple linier regression analysis. Results ofstatistical analysis known that the leadership style influenced on employee work ethic at PT.Inatel Nusantara is 50,1%, based on hypothesis testing with the t test result, it can beconcluded that the leadership style variable (X) significantly influence on employee workethic variable (Y) with value of t-test is 7,637 and sig. 0,000.

Abstract

ABSTRACTThis This study aims to find out the influence of communication and work environmenton employee performance at CV. Denpasar Bread House. This research is a research ofdeskritif analysis using quantitative approach. Data collection using a coesioner. Thesample, in this study numbered 50 people and used census sample methods. Dataanalysis uses multiple linear regressions. The results found that: (1) Communicationhas a positive and significant effect on employee performance obtained Sig value. 0.015< 0.05 identifies that H0 is rejected and H1 is accepted. (2) The Work Environment hasa positive and significant effect on employee performance obtained Sig.t value of 0.000< 0.05 which identifies that H0 is rejected and H1 is accepted. (3) Communication andWork Environment jointly give a positive and significant influence on employeeperformance. The contribution or simultaneous contribution of communicationvariables and work environment to employee performance was 85.3% while 14.7% wasdetermined by other variables not researched in this study. (2) Lingkungan Kerjaberpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan diperoleh nilai Sig.tsebesar 0,000 < 0,000 yang mengidentifikasikan bahwa H0 ditolak dan H1 diterima. (3)Komunikasi dan Lingkungan Kerja secara bersama-sama memberikan pengaruh positifdan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Kontribusi atau sumbangan secara simultanvariabel komunikasi dan lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan adalah 85,3%sedangkan 14,7% ditentukan oleh variabel yang lain yang tidak diteliti dalampenelitian ini. Abstract

ABSTRACTThis study aims to determine: (1) The effect of job satisfaction on employeeperformance at PT PT Cendana Indopearls Buleleng – Bali, (2) The effect of employee loyalty on employee performance at PT Cendana Indopearls Buleleng – Bali, (3) The effect of job satisfaction and employee loyalty on the performance of employees of PT Cendana Indopearls Buleleng – Bali. This research is a descriptive analysis research using a quantitative approach. Data collection usinga questionnaire. The sample in this study amounted to 70 people. The validity test used Alpha Cronbach. Data analysis using multiple linear regression. The results of the study found that: (1) job satisfaction had a positive and significant effect on employee performance, the Sig.t value was 0.001 <0.050, indicating that H0 was rejected and H1 was accepted. (2) employee loyalty has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, the Sig.t value is 0.000 <0.050 indicating thatH0 is rejected and H1 is accepted. (3) job satisfaction and employee loyalty together have a positive and significant impact on employee performance. The contribution of job satisfaction and employee loyalty to explain employee performance was 64.0%, while 36.0% was determined by other variables not examined in this study.Keywords : Job Satisfaction, Employee Loyalty, and Employee Performance ABSTRAKPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui: (1) Pengaruh Kepuasan Kerja terhadap Kinerja Karyawan PT Cendana Indopearls Buleleng - Bali, (2) Pengaruh Loyalitasterhadap Kinerja Karyawan PT Cendana Indopearls Buleleng - Bali, (3) Pengaruh Kepuasan Kerja dan Loyalitas terhadap Kinerja Karyawn PT Cendana Indopearls Buleleng - Bali. Uji validitas menggunakan Alpha Cronbach. Analisis data menggunakan regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian menemukan bahwa: (1) kepuasan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan diperoleh nilai Sig.t sebesar 0,001 < 0,050 mengidentifiikasikan bahwa H0 ditolak dan H1 diterima. (2) loyalitas karyawan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan diperoleh nilai Sig.t sebesar 0,000 < 0,050 mengindikasikan bahwa H0 ditolak dan H1 diterima. (3) kepuasan kerja dan loyalitas karyawan secara bersama-sama memberikan pengaruh positif dan signifkan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Kontribusi kepuasan kerja dan loyalitas karyawan untuk menjelaskan kinerja karyawan adalah 64,0% sedangkan 36,0% ditentukan oleh variabel yang lain yang tidak diteliti dalam penelitian ini.Kata kunci: Kepuasan Kerja, Loyalitas Karyawan, dan Kinerja Karyawan
