Abstract

The Covid-19 pandemic has a major impact on the economic sector, especially the MSME sector which is the largest sector in the economy. Disnakerkumkm provides training for MSME facilitators to increase the capacity and ability of MSME facilitators. This training aims to increase the capacity of MSMEs accompanying MSMEs, they can provide more appropriate solutions based on theory and practice so that they can help MSMEs to rise up in the post-pandemic.

Abstract

The purpose of this research was to analyze the effect of Advertising Spending on brand loyalty with store image, perceived quality, and brand trust as the mediating variables on Yamaha motorcycle on Purwokerto. The random sampling found 125 respondents and data was analyzed by Structural Equation Model (SEM). The result of this research confirmed that advertising spending has positive effect on brand loyalty, and store image, perceived quality, and brand trust mediates the effect between advertising spending and brand loyalty.The result of study shows that advertising spending has a value in building brand loyalty through store image, perceived quality, and brand trust, and sugests to the managers to increase the advertising through mass media and brand community.

Abstract

This article discusses the resolution of disputes experienced by sea freight service users if they experience problems when sending their business goods. This article uses a research method in the form of a literature study by collecting related articles on dispute resolution regarding sea transportation. from the existing conclusions, it can be concluded that the conclusion step taken by a businessman in resolving sea transportation disputes with sea transportation service providers is to use non-litigation channels, but if it is felt that the solution offered is not enough, a businessman can use litigation by bringing the dispute issue to the party. authorized, a businessman must also take into account the use of insurance to secure goods to be shipped using sea freight services.
