Abstract

This research was conducted to find out the case that occurred at PT Garuda Indonesia. PT Garuda Indonesia decided to go public and issue its initial shares, meaning that PT Garuda Indonesia is listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange and should present financial statements as one of the IPO companies in Indonesia. This attracted the attention of researchers to examine whether there were irregularities in the 2018 financial statements of PT Garuda Indonesia Tbk, which at that time was in the spotlight because the company's financial statements did not meet the requirements of the Financial Accounting Standards (PSAK). The method used by researchers in this study is the data analysis method using qualitative approaches.Keywords: Violation; Recording; Financial Statements

Abstract

This article discusses the resolution of disputes experienced by sea freight service users if they experience problems when sending their business goods. This article uses a research method in the form of a literature study by collecting related articles on dispute resolution regarding sea transportation. from the existing conclusions, it can be concluded that the conclusion step taken by a businessman in resolving sea transportation disputes with sea transportation service providers is to use non-litigation channels, but if it is felt that the solution offered is not enough, a businessman can use litigation by bringing the dispute issue to the party. authorized, a businessman must also take into account the use of insurance to secure goods to be shipped using sea freight services.
