Abstract

Background: Sexual behavior among adolescents tends to increase, especially unmarried adolescents due to globalization and technological developments, these two things greatly affect exposure to information and the lifestyle that teenagers want to adopt. It is undeniable that the internet and information technology are often used in the manufacture and distribution of pornography. Lack of knowledge of reproductive health and exposure to pornography has a negative impact on adolescents, such as the number of teenagers who engage in deviant behavior. Objective: The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between knowledge of reproductive health and exposure to pornography on adolescent premarital sexual behavior in SMA X, Magelang Regency. Method: This research is analytic correlative with cross sectional design. This research was conducted in February 2022 with a population of 344 students of class X and class XI SMA X exposed to pornographic content. The sampling method used proportional random sampling totaling 195 respondents. The instrument in this study used an online questionnaire in the form of Google Forms. The instrument used is an adaptation of the reproductive health knowledge questionnaire by Apriany 2014, exposure to pornography using an early detection instrument for pornographic content Puslitjakdikbud 2017, and premarital sexual behavior by Junita 2018. Descriptive data analysis and correlation test using Spearman using SPSS. Results: The results showed that most of the respondents had moderate reproductive health knowledge as many as 122 people (62.6%) most of whom were exposed to degree 1 pornography as many as 180 people (92.3%) with mild risky sexual behavior as many as 111 people (56, 9%).Based on the Spearman correlation test, it showed that there was a significant relationship between knowledge of reproductive health (p-value = 0.0012 <0.05) and exposure to pornography (p-value = 0.0014) on premarital sexual behavior of high school adolescents X in Magelang Regency. Conclusion: There is a relationship between knowledge of reproductive health and exposure to pornography on adolescent premarital sexual behavior.

Abstract

Capacity building for health cadres is needed to achieve the national exclusive breastfeeding target to reach 80%. The application of health counseling techniques with videos, cadre skills training, and mentoring is carried out on cadres. This service activity aims to increase cadres' capacity to improve knowledge and skills as a motivator for exclusive breastfeeding. The implementation method is participatory community empowerment by increasing community participation through empowering health cadres in increasing public awareness of implementing exclusive breastfeeding. Capacity-building activities for cadres are carried out by deepening material and skills for ASI motivator cadres and providing cadre assistance and direct assistance to breastfeeding mothers and their cadres directly through home visits both at posyandu (integrated health services) activities and visiting pregnant women's homes. The result of this activity is an increase in the knowledge and skills of cadres in lactation management, where the average pretest result is a score of 7, and the post-test result is an average score of 9.5. These results indicate an effect of cadre training on lactation management on cadres' knowledge of lactation management. In addition, from home visit activities with cadres, it can be seen that cadres are skilled in lactation skills when assisting breastfeeding mothers. --- Peningkatan kapasitas kader kesehatan diperlukan dalam rangka mencapai target ASI Eksklusif secara nasional agar mencapai 80%. Penerapan teknik penyuluhan kesehatan dengan video, pelatihan ketrampilan kader, dan pendampingan dilakukan pada kader. Tujuan kegiatan pengabdian ini adalah untuk meningkatkan kapasitas kader dalam upaya meningkatkan ilmu dan keterampilan sebagai kesehatan Eksklusif. Metode pelaksanaan yang dilakukan adalah melakukan pemberdayaan masyarakat partisipatif dengan meningkatkan partisipasi masyarakat melalui pemberdayaan kader kesehatan dalam meningkatkan kesadaran masyarakat dalam menjalankan ASI Eksklusif. Kegiatan peningkatan kapasitas kader yang dilakukan dengan cara pendalaman materi, keterampilan pada kader kesehatandan melakukan pendampingan kader dan pendampingan langsung ke ibu menyusui beserta kadernya langsung melalui home visit baik di kegiatan posyandu maupun mendatangi rumah ibu hamil. Hasil kegiatan ini yaitu peningkatan pengetahuan dan keterampilan kader dalam manajemen laktasi, dimana hasil pretest rata-rata dengan skor 7 dan hasil post test rata-rata skor 9,5. Hasil ini menunjukkan bahwa ada pengaruh pelatihan kader tentang manajemen laktasi pada kader terhadap pengetahuan kader tentang manajemen laktasi. Selain itu dari kegiatan home visit bersama kader terlihat bahwa kader terampil dalam skill keterampilan laktasi saat pendampingan pada ibu menyusui.
