Abstract

Abstract: In science learning, low student learning achievement is caused by negative factors that reduce the motivation and enthusiasm for learning of grade IV students of SD Swasta Arisa Medan Deli School Year 2022/2023, especially in student psychological factors. The negative factor observed in this study is that student learning saturation results in low achievement in science learning subjects. The study was conducted to determine the factors causing learning saturation experienced by grade IV elementary school students.  This research is a descriptive qualitative research.   The subjects in this study were grade IV elementary school students who numbered 30 students and those who experienced learning saturation, namely students who had KKM scores that did not meet the number of 20 students. Data collection in this study was carried out by interviews, observations and documentation.   Based on the results of research and discussions that have been presented about the boredom of student learning in science learning subjects in grade IV SD Swasta Arisa Medan Deli School Year 2022/2023 shows that from the results of interviews and observations there are still many students who are not interested in learning science because students have difficulty in understanding concepts, language difficulties and are not accompanied by supporting media,   low student concentration, lack of study habits, low intelligence and lack of motivation given by parents, to overcome such things, teachers use concrete media to increase student motivation and morale. Keywodrs: low student learning achievement, learning saturation

Abstract

This study intends to explain learning boredom and ways to overcome it to students in Grade VI at SDS IT Al-Fauzi Medan Amplas. The type of study used is a qualitative descriptive study where all data has been collected by selecting data to obtain quality data, the data collection techniques used are observation and interviews. The results are (1) Efforts to overcome student learning saturation in class VI SDS IT Al-Fauzi Medan Amplas are to make various ways, such as varied learning methods, make the same approach as students and make evaluations at the end of learning activities where it is feedback on the KBM process , which is used as a reference to improve and increase interest in learning (2) The link in how to overcome boredom can be seen from students when studying, because the methods used when teaching are varied and are not fixed on lectures, especially on globalization material which is considered quite important in social studies learning.

Abstract

This research intends to shape the national character through Pancasila education, this is done because the current national character, especially millennials, is increasingly being eroded and eroded by technological developments and the times, so that the national character, especially millennials, is very far from what is contained in the 1945 Constitution, so the presence of civics education is needed in order to shape the character of the nation in accordance with the 1945 Constitution. This research uses literature studies or qualitative research methods with literature studies, in which this study intends to present research results with descriptions or descriptions to answer research problems, and the results of the research show that citizenship education is needed not only in the world of education but also in everyday life in order to form a national character that is in line with the 1945 Constitution.

Abstract

This study aims to develop teaching materials in the form of posters in learning mathematics flat shapes for grade IV students in elementary schools. This poster teaching material is also validated by material and design experts, then tested in practice and effectiveness. The study was conducted at SD Swasta Arisa Medan Deli with a study subject of 10 fourth grade students. This study used the development model by Thiagarajan and Sammel (1974), which has four stages: define, design, development, and dissemination. The instruments used in this study are material validation questionnaires, designs, practitioners, student responses, and pretest-posttest questions to determine the effectiveness of poster teaching materials. The results of the study explained that the poster teaching materials had gone through the assessment stage by material experts, design experts, practitioners, and field trials. The overall assessment average gets a final score of 90% with a very feasible category. In line with the results of the assessment, the teaching materials in the form of posters that have been developed are suitable for use.

Abstract

Nowadays, education is a challenge that cannot be avoided by any organization, including schools. One of the schools facing this challenge is SD Swasta Arisa Medan Deli. In addition to maintaining its existence, the school must also revolutionize the view of leadership styles that are aligned with the goals of national education as well as building a solid team of teachers, in harmony, in harmony, and in the same direction. Facing these challenges requires a lot of thought and intervention from all solid aspects. A leadership model that expands the mix of personnel in the school is the key to building a solid team of teachers. Thus, this study intends to explain the collaboration leadership skills in building a solid team that can meet the expectations of the community. This study uses a qualitative approach with a literature method. The collaborative leadership style of the school principal refers to the leadership model needed by the school in building solid teamwork.
