<![CDATA[AbstrakNasionaliasi industri pertahanan melalui perwujudan kemandirian industri pertahanan diidentifikasikan dengan kemampuan suatu negara untuk memproduksi alpalhankam beserta komponen-komponen utama atau pendukungnya sendiri dalam memenuhi kebutuhan kekuatan militer ataupun non-militer dalam Negeri, dengan kata lain Industri pertahanan yang kuat tercermin dalam ketersediaan pasokan kebutuhan pertahanan dan fasilitas pertahanan yang terjamin secara berkelanjutan dan memadai. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode pendekatan yuridis untuk mengkaji atau menganalisis data sekunder yang berupa bahan-bahan hukum, buku dan hasil penelitian sebelumnya. Serta deskriptif analitis dengan pengumpulan data melalui studi pustaka, dokumen, dan studi arsip. Berdasarkan penelitian ini, nasionalisasi industri, pertahanan perlu dicapai melalui penerapan strategi yang komprehensif dan sporadis, yakni penguasaan terhadap pengembangan teknologi diiringi dengan kepastian hukum yang komprehensif melalui pembumian amanat UU Nomor 16 tahun 2012 tentang Industri Pertahanan dan UU Nomor 11 Tahun 2020 tentang Cipta Kerja (Omnibus Law), serta peran pemerintah yang menyeluruh terhadap setiap aspek pergerakan produksi industri pertahanan.Kata Kunci : Industri Pertahanan, Nasionalisasi Industri, Omnibus Law AbstractThe nationalization of the defense industry through the realization of the independence of the defense industry is identified by the ability of a country to produce defense and security equipment tools along with its own main or supporting components in meeting the needs of domestic military or non-military forces, in other words A strong defense industry is reflected in the availability of a supply of defense needs and defense facilities that are guaranteed in a sustainable and adequate manner.
