Abstract

Abstract: The teaching of God's promises comes from the Bible. God's promise is something that cannot be separated from the identity of God. God's promise is very important for the Israelites as evidence of the revelation of faith from Abraham, Isaac and Jacob who is known as the living God. God's promise is a manifestation of absolute truth because once God promises then He will fulfill His promise. If God's promise is not fulfilled, it can be said that God's promise is relatively changing according to the situation and this is one proof that it is not God. Children must believe in God's promises in life as a provision for their faith in the future. The future generations of this nation must have coverage under any circumstances God is still with His children. Parents have a role in explaining and providing children with evidence from the Bible for God's fulfillment for the Israelites and believers today. God this is so important because it was commanded by Moses to be delivered to the Israelites. The Israelites were to teach all the statutes and promises of God to their children from generation to generation day and night. All of this is intended so that they know their identity as children of God. The results of this study provide evidence that God's promise is the realization of absolute truth. God's promises are absolute truths that every human of His choice must believe.Abstrak: Pengajaran tentang janji Allah murni bersumber dari Alkitab. Janji Allah merupakan hal yang tidak dapat dipisahkan dari jati Diri Allah. Janji Allah sangat penting bagi umat Israel sebagai bukti penyataan iman dari Abraham, Ishak dan Yakub yang dikenal sebagai Allah yang hidup. Janji Allah merupakan wujud kebenaran absolut karena sekali Allah berjanji maka Ia akan menggenapi janjiNya. Jika janji Allah tidak digenapi maka dapat dikatakan bahwa janji Allah itu sifatnya relative karena berubah sesuai situasi dan ini salah satu bukti bukan Allah.  Anak-anak harus menyakini janji-janji Allah dalam hidup sebagai bekal imannya di masa depan. Generasi masa depan bangsa ini harus memiliki pengharapan bahwa dalam situasi apapun Allah tetap menyertai anak-anakNya. Orang tua memiliki peran untuk menjelaskan dan memberikan bukti-bukti dari Alkitab kepada anak-anak penggenapan Allah bagi umat Israel dan orang percaya masa kini. Allah melihat hal ini sangat penting karena itu diperintahkan kepada Musa untuk disampaikan kepada orang Israel. Orang Israel harus mengajarkan semua ketetapan dan janji-janji Allah kepada anak-anak mereka turun temurun siang dan malam. Semua ini bertujuan agar mereka mengetahui identitasnya sebagai anak-anak Allah. Hasil penelitian ini memberikan bukti bahwa janji Allah merupakan realisasi kebenaran absolut. Janji Allah adalah kebenaran absolut yang harus dipercayai oleh setiap manusia pilihanNya.

Abstract

Learning mentoring is an activity to provide assistance by a companion to individuals or groups who need help. The children on Semukit Island are the focus of this activity, children are lagging behind in reading, writing, and arithmetic. This is evidenced by the presence of children who cannot distinguish letters, cannot write, and have difficulty working on addition problems that should be done in a short time. When carrying out calistung learning mentoring, the community service team uses a mentoring strategy with an individual approach, namely one teacher accompanies a minimum of 1 child and a maximum of 3 children. This activity aims to help children catch up on lessons due to the pandemic period, where children miss lessons that are held online. Thus, children will be able to improve learning achievement. This writing uses participatory action research, where this research is to examine the educational process carried out in the community, namely Semukit Island located in Galang, Riau Islands. As a result of this assistance, children are able to recognize letters, read, write, do math, read and memorize English vocabulary.Keywords: children; study; calistung; accompaniment; semukit island AbstrakPendampingan belajar merupakan kegiatan memberikan pertolongan oleh seorang pendamping kepada individu ataupun kelompok yang membutuhkan pertolongan. Anak-anak di Pulau Semukit menjadi fokus kegiatan ini, anak-anak mengalami ketertinggalan dalam membaca, menulis, dan berhitung. Hal tersebut dibuktikan dengan adanya anak-anak yang belum bisa membedakan huruf, tidak bisa menulis, dan kesulitan untuk mengerjakan soal penjumlahan yang seharusnya bisa dikerjakan dalam waktu singkat. Saat melaksanakan pendampingan belajar calistung, tim PkM menggunakan strategi pendampingan dengan pendekatan individual, yakni satu pengajar mendampingi minimal 1 anak dan maksimal 3 anak. Kegiatan ini bertujuan untuk menolong anak-anak dalam mengejar ketertinggalan pelajaran akibat masa pandemi, di mana anak-anak ketinggalan pelajaran yang dilaksanakan secara online. Dengan demikian, anak-anak akan mampu meningkatkan prestasi belajar. Penulisan ini menggunakan penelitian participatory action reseach, di mana penelitian ini adalah untuk meneliti proses pendidikan yang dilaksanakan di tengah masyarakat, yakni Pulau Semukit yang terdapat di Galang Kepualauan Riau. Hasil dari pendampingan ini, anak-anak sudah bisa mengenal huruf, membaca, menulis, mengerjakan matematika, membaca dan menghafal kosakata Bahasa Inggris.Kata kunci: anak; belajar; calistung; pendampingan; pulau semukit

Abstract

Research on Christian education strategies in the era of disruption really needs to be done as the church's readiness to face the challenges of this era. The church needs to base its teaching on the teachings and actions of the Lord Jesus through His words in the Bible. Christian education today faces many challenges, with the ease of accessing any information, everyone tends to have an interest in being alone, because they are too preoccupied with online media that they access and have quite a negative influence. This study aims to find the challenges of Christian education in the era of disruption, opportunities and strategies for Christian education in the era of disruption. The research method used in this study is a qualitative approach with a descriptive method. Through research, it was found that the rapid development of technology has become a challenge for Christian education during the period of disruption. In addition, by utilizing existing technology, it is an opportunity for Christian education to be more easily conveyed to the wider community without limits. The strategy that can be done is that Christian education must be delivered with technology that is currently being developed and used by the wider community.

Abstract

As social beings, women need affection, love and attention. Lesbians are a serious problem in some workplaces where employees have to live in dormitories. The dormitories filled by most women in Batam are inseparable from lesbian behavior. Deviations in the sexual behavior of lesbian women also occur to Christian women. This research uses a literature study with a descriptive qualitative approach to obtain data. Data were obtained using sources such as books and journal articles. First, the discussion and results of this study, the researcher suggests about the basis of pastoral care for deviations in the sexual behavior of lesbian women. The biblical basis is the standard for knowing the truth about sex. Second, an understanding of the purpose of pastoral care for deviant lesbian sex behavior for Christians today. The purpose of pastoral care against lesbian sexual deviation is based on God's love. Third, in collecting data, the authors used open interviews for 6 lesbian women. Finally, the results of this study will conclude that Christians must have strategies that are adapted to the times in serving deviant lesbian sex behavior.   Abstrak Sebagai makhluk sosial wanita membutuhkan kasih sayang, cinta dan perhatian. Lesbian menjadi masalah serius di beberapa tempat kerja yang menerapkan karyawan harus tinggal di dormitori. Dormitori yang diisi oleh sebagian besar wanita di Batam tidak terlepas dari perilaku lesbian. Penyimpangan perilaku seks wanita lesbian juga terjadi kepada wanita-wanita Kristen. Dalam penelitian ini menggunakan studi literatur dengan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif untuk memperoleh data. Data diperoleh dengan menggunakan sumber-sumber seperti buku dan artikel jurnal. Pembahasan dan hasil penelitian ini pertama, peneliti mengemukakan tentang dasar pelayanan pastoral terhadap penyimpangan perilaku seks wanita lesbian. Dasar yang alkitabiah menjadi standar untuk mengetahui kebenaran tentang hubungan seks. Kedua, pemahaman tentang tujuan pelayanan pastoral terhadap penyimpangan perilaku seks lesbian bagi orang Kristen masa kini. Tujuan pelayanan pastoral terhadap penyimpangan perilaku seks lesbian didasarkan kepada kasih Allah. Ketiga, dalam mengumpulkan data, penulis menggunakan wawancara terbuka bagi 6 orang wanita lesbian. Terakhir hasil penelitian ini akan menyimpulkan bahwa orang Kristen harus memiliki strategi yang disesuaikan dengan perkembangan zaman dalam melayani penyimpangan perilaku seks lesbian.

Abstract

Generation Z lives in a digital age, which is selfish and forgets the great task that God has given to believers. The Church is responsible and has an important role to play in preparing Generation Z for the implementation of this great mandate. The purpose of this research is to find out the needs of youth in carrying out the great mandate. This article was written using qualitative research methods with a literature study approach, by describing the concept of theological studies of the role of the church in equipping Generation Z in defending the faith for the implementation of the great mandate. it was found that teenagers in this era need the role of the church to form them into disciples who can make disciples, the church must equip Generation Z to carry out Jesus' commands to non-believers.
