Abstract

A research on the effect of the number of leaves on cuttings and kinds planting media on the growth of lime (Citrus aurantifolia Swingle), conducted in July to November 2014.The research location is at Kaliboto Village, District Bener, Purworejo. The altitude is150, the soil is regosol soil and soil pH is 6.0. The method used is a factorial experiment (3x4) arranged in complete randomized block design with 3 replications. The first factor is the number of leaf on cuttings 0, 2, 4 leaves. The second factor is planting media: soil; soil added cocopeat; soil added husk; soil added cow manure (1: 1). The analysis showedcuttingswithtwoleavesare able to providethe highest parameter son shoots length, number of leaves, root length, buds fresh weight, buds dry weight, root fresh weight and dry weight of root cuttings. Media of soil added husk isable to increase shoots length, number of leaves, buds fresh weight, bud dry weight, root fresh weight and dry weight of root cuttings. The different number of leaves on different kinds planting media indicate different growthon all parameters observed exceptroot length.

Abstract

Research on the response of sorts and kinds of organic fertilizer mulch on crop yields caisim mustard (Brassica juncea L.) var. Tosakan been conducted from October to December 2014 in the hamlet Paingan, Mangunrejo Village, District Tegalrejo, Magelang. Altitude of 800 m above sea level studies and types of soil with a pH of 6.5 latosol. The method used was factorial with complete randomized block design consisting of two factors. The first factor is the kind of organic fertilizer (P), consisting of no fertilizer (Po), cow manure (P1) and manure goat (P2), the second factor is the kind of mulch (M) consisting of mulch black silver (M1), straw mulch (M2) and bamboo leaf mulch (M3).The results showed that the effect on the kinds of organic fertilizer plant height, number of leaves per plant, leaf weight per plant consumption, heavy consumption of leaves per plot and leaf area per plant, but has no effect on the weight of fresh roots per plant. Kind of care mulch affect plant height, number of leaves and leaf weight per plant consumption, but has no effect on the weight of leaf consumption per plot, leaf area per plant and fresh weight of roots per plant. There is no interaction between the kinds of organic fertilizers and mulch sorts against the weight of leaves per plant consumption.

Abstract

Research on the Effect of Various Manure and concentration of Pseudomonas fluorescens on Crop Onion (Allium cepa fa. ascalonicum L.) Varietiy Crok Yellow, was conducted from November 2015 until January 2016 Kaliboto Village, District Bener, Purworejo. The Altitude is 190 m, the soil regosol, the average temperature - daily average 23.15 - 27.2 Ā° C. Rainfall of 2000 - 3000 mm / year. The method used was factorial (4x3) are arranged in a complete randomized block design with three replications. The first factor is kind of manure without manure, cow manure, chicken manure and manure goat. The second factor is the concentration of Pseudomonas fuorescens 0, 10, 20 ml/l. The analysis showed a wide manure can improve of plant height, leaf number, number of cloves per hill, cloves fresh weight per hill, weight savings per hill of dried cloves and cloves per hill diameter onion. The higher the concentration of Pseudomonas fluorescens to 20 ml/l increased plant height, leaf number, number of cloves per hill, cloves fresh weight per hill and tuber dry weight savings per hill of red onion. Different kinds of manure at different concentrations of Pseudomonas fluorescens give the same results on all parametersĀ  observed.

Abstract

Research on the Effect of Kinds Organic Mulch and Prunning on Crop Cucumber (Cucumis sativus, L.).) Variety Or Green 51, was conducted from September until December 2016 Kebumen Village, District Pringsurat, Temanggung. The Altitude is 550 m, the soil pH 6. The method used was factorial (4x3) ware arranged in a complete randomized design with three replications. The first factor has kind of organic mulch with bamboo leaf litter mulch, straw mulch and rice husk mulch. The second factor has the pruning with the remaining 8 sections, 12 sections, and 12 main stem sections. The analysis showed wide organic mulch can improved of fresh weight per fruit, fresh weight per plant, volume fruit, dry weight of shoots and dry weight of roots. Pruning the main stem, leaving 12 sections increased fresh weight per fruit, fresh weight per plant and volume fruit. Different kinds of organic mulch at different pruning the main stem gave the same results on all parametersĀ  observed.

Abstract

Research on the effects of fertilization Phonska time and number of fruits per plant on yield of melon (Cucumis melo L.) var. Glamour conducted from May to July 2015 in the greenhouse Agriculture Department Magelang, jl. Cempaka no. 6 Magelang. Altitude of 360 m above sea level and type of latosol soil with a pH of 6. The experiment was conducted using a factorial design (3 x 3) are arranged in a complete randomized block design, repeated three times. The first factor is the time of fertilization Phonska: 7 days before planting, 0 days before planting (planting time), and 7 days after planting. The second factor is the number of fruits per plant: 1, 2, and 3 fruit / plant. The results showed that the time of fertilization Phonska not accelerate flowering age, harvesting age, and does not increase the weight, volume, diameter, thick fruit pulp and sugar melons. Treatment of the number of fruits per plant showed one fruit crop harvesting produce faster and per fruit weight, diameter, volume, thick flesh and blood sugar levels are higher than other treatments. While on treatment two fruits per plant produces fruit weight per plant were highest.
