Abstract

The quality of the environment is the most important part of human life in dignity and humility. In practice, ecocide are mostly committed by corporations, both national and transnational. Environmental crimes that are structured and systematic or often called ecocide do not concern as an extraordinary crimes. The International Criminal Court (ICC) has proposed to several countries such as Fiji, Vanuatu, and the Maldives that the need to add elements as international criminal crimes categorized as extra ordinary crimes in the Rome Statute and recognized as the fifth type of crime that becomes the jurisdiction of the International Criminal Court for trial. The purpose of this research is as a contribution to answer question. First, to analyze and to understand in developing extraordinary law enforcement against the crime of ecocide as extraordinary crime. Second, law enforcement review against ecocides in various regulations and various court decisions in Indonesia Third, to analyze the concept of international environmental law in the extraordinary enforcement law against ecocide crimes (Extra ordinary Crime) The research method used by researchers is normative juridical approach. This means that the legal material used as a study is secondary data. In this normative legal research it is not closed the possibility that empirical data (field) is also presented as an option to support and sharpen the study

Abstract

Tujuan dan target khusus yang ingin dicapai dalam pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini adalah diharapkan dengan adanya diseminasi hukum ini warga di Kelurahan Padang Bulan Selayang I, Kecamatan Medan Selayang, dapat mengetahui dan memahami penyebab dampak terjadinya perubahan iklim dan pemanasan global juga upaya-upaya dalam menangani perubahan iklim dan pemanasan global serta kesadaran akan pentingnya mencegah terjadinya perubahan iklim dan pemanasan global. Metode yang dipakai dalam mencapai tujuan dalam kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini adalah dengan metode observasi, pemaparan, diskusi, dan kuesioner. Rencana kegiatan dalam pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini adalah dimulai dengan melihat situasi dan kondisi lapangan lokasi mitra di Kelurahan Padang Bulan Selayang I, kemudian mendatangi Kantor Kelurahan Padang Bulan Selayang I, kemudian berdiskusi dan meminta data informasi kepada mitra terkait permasalahan yang dihadapi oleh warga Kelurahan Padang Bulan Selayang I melalui mitra. Kemudian dari hasil evaluasi dan penelaahan atas situasi dan kondisi awal dan permasalahan yang dihadapi oleh warga melalui mitra diberikan diseminasi hukum penanganan perubahan iklim dan pemanasan global ditinjau berdasarkan perspektif hukum lingkungan internasional terhadap warga Kelurahan Padang Bulan Selayang I, Kecamatan Medan Selayang, agar warga dapat memahami penyampaian materi dan substansi yang diberikan oleh tim pengabdian kepada masyarakat dalam kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini.

Abstract

Social media is a gathering place for people using internet networks, not infrequently even on social media people who have the same mutual interests and form a community. The presence of these community groups can certainly be a target for business people to promote their products, including products from MSMEs. Promotion through the community on social media can be done through soft selling. Effective and efficient use of social media by business actors as a means of trade promotion requires guidance and direction through training. Therefore, in this community service activity, training was carried out on improving and developing business opportunities for Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) through online promotions on social media to MSMEs located in Kelurahan Gedung Johor. The method of implementing activities is carried out in the form of counseling and interactive dialogue with participants. The use of social media is carried out effectively by providing the best service to consumers by conveying honestly and in good faith, about the merchandise being promoted, there are no things to hide, this is useful for building the seller's reputation and maintaining the trust given by consumers so that consumers remain loyal to the merchandise products of these MSME entrepreneurs.
