Hotspot networking SMKMuhammadiyah2Malang do not have a good security system that can be used by unauthorized users. With the issue of the security system research and design that has a hotspot networks security level better than before. The purpose of this study is to secure hotspot network of ilegal users by adding a captcha in the authentication process using MikroTik hotspot. Data collection methods used to analyze the data and make the information that will be used to determine the problems faced. System development method using the waterfall method. The use of captcha on the authentication process hotspot login page in SMK Muhammadiyah 2 Malang using Mikrotik has not been able to provide evidence of the power system network security hotspot. This is evidenced by the test using a brute force attack techniques. The testing process using the same time frame with the type of passwords that are very weak and not obtained differences of the results achieved. Hotpsot proxy authentication security system based captive portal using only user and password as the authentication process already has a good level of security even without using captcha. The different of variable from the result of profit estimation. Profit function analysis on group system showed that manpower pay, animal age, lactation period, lactation month and farmer education have a significant influence on the profit. Whereas, on individual system influence of manpower pay, animal age and lactation month were significant on the profit. Dummy variable showed that group system has more profit than individual system, it was because on group system; (1) has cheaper price on forage and concentrate cost, (2) has higher average of production result, and (3) has higher price of  milk per unit. Sencoric data of SUSENAS were analyzed by using Tobit model, estimating method of maximum likelihood estimation (MLE) was applied. That was concluded that consumption of evaporated milk were influenced by its own price, price of milk powder, education of the mother, family income, place the family live, and environmental factor. Abstract

Optimum development of beef cattle is feasible in the potential area with effective strategies. This research was conducted in Banyumas regency. The purpose of this study was to describe the potential of Banyumas Regency in developing beef cattle farming as the basis for its development strategy. A survey method was conducted to obtain the secondary data supported by primary data subjected to simple descriptive statistical analysis consisting of mean values, distribution frequency, cross-tabulation and trend analysis. Ruminant potentials were investigated using LQ analysis, and developmental strategies were formulated using a SWOT analysis. The result showed a fluctuated but positive improvement trend of beef cattle population in Banyumas. Sub-districts potentially developed for beef cattle centres (LQ>1) included Kembaran, Sokaraja, Kalibagor, Kedungbanteng, Karanglewas, Sumbang and Baturraden. A quantitative SWOT matrix analysis showed that the internal factor was 0.0298 (X-axis), and the external factor was – 0.2941 (Y-axis). Conclusively, The key strategy to develop beef cattle in Banyumas was a differential strategy.
