Abstract

Education is a human right that must be fully protected and considered, starting from educational institutions and education policy makers. Because of the importance of an education, it is necessary to have a special education service management, so that the implementation of education at the educational institution is in accordance with the objectives of education, so that the process of providing services to all students is an important part of school-based management (SBM) to support learning activities run smoothly. efficient and effective. Amalia (2018). Services that generally exist in schools consist of educational services, library services, counseling guidance services, cafeteria services, dormitory services, transportation services, cooperative services, and student council services. In this study, three indicators will be discussed, namely concepts, principles and techniques of special education service management. This study uses a qualitative approach with the type of literature study. Data were collected from various journals according to the research topic through descriptive analysis. The results of this study, special education service management part of school-based management is able to provide the best service to students from all services, in order to achieve the goals of education.

Abstract

The term leadership in Islam has four words, namely caliph, imam, guardian, and ulul amri. From that word, meanings will be found that will provide an understanding that a leader is a must for every human civilization. With changing times and the advancement of science, an Islamic leadership must be able to hone its abilities according to the development of the times it faces. The 21st century makes a leader have multiple characters that are in line with advances in science and technology, but that progress does not change the foundation of his footing, namely the Koran and Sunnah. Times may change, but Islamic leadership skills must be imprinted in him, namely correct knowledge, safe aqidah and fixed faith, three skills as Islamic leaders in the 21st century must be guarded and maintained.

Abstract

Al-Quran Hadith is one of the subjects in the Islamic Religious Education (PAI) and Arabic language, this subject is important to learn without reducing the importance of other subjects that are still in the same family or other general subjects being taught. This article aims to provide strategies for finding appropriate and relevant patterns related to the development of science and technology, times have changed towards the era of society 5.0. Change is a strategy used by the tutors of Al-Quran Hadith subjects while continuing to update their knowledge to deal with changes, which changes cannot be restrained and inhibited. So that students have the stimulation to study the Al-Quran Hadith to make them become people who give benefit to themselves, their families, and society at large, case by case in this country can be minimized through students' understanding of the Koran and Hadith. The research is in the form of library research using a descriptive qualitative approach, and techniques for collecting data through various articles and relevant books. then a descriptive analysis is carried out, and finally, conclusions are made. The result of this article is a strategy that must be owned by educators that is adapted to the times they are facing, especially the subjects of the Koran Hadith as the main guideline for Muslims.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui tentang manajemen pemasaran pendidikan yang dilakukan oleh MTs Al-Ikhlas, serta faktor yang mempengaruhinya. Metode penelitian ini adalah metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Informan kunci dalam penelitian ini adalah kepala sekolah, dan informan pendukungnya adalah tenaga pendidik, tenaga kependidikan, siswa dan masyarakat sekitar sekolah MTs Al-Ikhlas. Hasil peneltian ini menujukan bahwa MTs Al-Ikhlas telah menerapkan manajemen pemasaran pendidikan yang cukup baik, yaitu 1) beberapa program dan pelayanan yang ditawarkan dapat menarik minat masyarakat; 2) kegiatan promosi yang dilakukan sekolah cukup baik dan dibentuk tim khusus untuk mempromosikan pendidikan; dan 3) Kegiatan promosi yang dilakukan sekolah yaitu memasang spanduk, menyebar brosur, memasang iklan dan sosialisai ke sekolahan lain. Faktor pendukung pemasaran pendidikan, yaitu 1) memiliki biaya yang terjangkau; 2) kualitas tenaga pendidik dan kependidikan yang baik; dan 3) Lokasi yang strategis. Faktor penghambatnya, yaitu 1) ketatnya persaingan; dan 2) kurangnya dana untuk promosi pendidikan.
