Abstract

Abstract. In order to improve the reading and writing skills of the Qur’an through the school program for students in Elementary School, an effort is needed, especially here is the effort of PAI teachers. Because students at the elementary level there are still students who have not correctly read the Qur’an when school takes place. Kordon 02 Public Elementary School is one of the public elementary schools in the cimenyan sub-district which aims to enable students who are Muslims to read, write, and memorize the Qur’an. The results showed that: 1) planning of Al-Qur’an reading and writing learners through the school program, guided by the rules that have been set in the school program handbook; 2) the process of implementing Al-Qur’an reading and writing learning through the school program, referring to the stages that have been set in the school program; 3) supporting factors and inhibiting factors in learning the school program, parents who lack understanding of science and children play more often than students; 4) evaluation and results obtained through daily evaluation, evalution of iqro’ increase, and final evaluation. Abstrak. Dalam rangka meningkatkan kemampuan baca tulis Al-Qur’an melalui program sekolah mengaji pada siswa di Sekolah Dasar, diperlukan upaya-upaya guru khususnya disini adalah upaya guru PAI. Karena siswa pada tingkat SD masih ada siswa yang belum benar membaca Al-Qur’annya ketika sekolah mengaji berlangsung. Sekolah Dasar Negeri Kordon 02 merupakan salah satu sekolah dasar negeri di kecamatan cimenyan yang memiliki tujuan agar para siswanya yang beragama Islam mampu membaca, menulis dan menghafal Al-Qur’an. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa 1) perencanaan pembelajaran baca tulis al-qur’an melalui program sekolah mengaji, berpedoman pada aturan-aturan yang telah ditetapkan buku panduan program sekolah mengaji; 2) proses pelaksanaan pembelajaran baca tulis al-qur’an melalui program sekolah mengaji, merujuk kepada tahapan-tahapan yang telah ditetapkan program sekolah mengaji; 3) faktor pendukung dan faktor penghambat dalam pembelajaran program sekolah mengaji, orang tua yang kurang pemahaman tentang ilmu tajwid dan anak lebih sering bermain dibandingkan mengaji; 4) evaluasi dan hasil yang didapatkan yaitu melalui evaluasi harian, evaluasi kenaikan iqro’ dan evaluasi akhir.
