<![CDATA[Abstract. Morals are a system that requires methods to determine effective and efficient learning. With this research, the researcher will examine the court method in the moral education of students. This study aims to determine the basis for the application of the court method to students, the implementation of the court method in student moral education and educational analysis of the implementation of the court method. This research uses qualitative research with descriptive method. The court method itself is a method that emphasizes punishment to students with the aim that students can obey school rules and develop into better individuals. The Court itself is held once a week, precisely on Friday. In its implementation, the Supreme Court itself is divided into 3 sessions, namely; student reporting, student reporting to students and student reporting to students led by Kodi and Kodiah. Abstrak. Akhlak merupakan sebuah sistem yang memerlukan metode sehingga menentukan pembelajaran yang berjalan efektif dan efisen. Dengan adanya penelitian ini maka peneliti akan mengkaji tentang metode mahkamah dalam pendidikan akhlak siswa. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui landasan penerapan metode mahkamah pada siswa, implementasi metode mahkamah dalam pendidikan akhlak siswa dan analasis pendidikan terhadap implementasi metode mahkamah. Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian kualitatif dengan metode deskriptif. Metode mahkamah sendiri merupakan metode yang mengedepankan hukuman kepada siswa dengan tujuan agar para siswa dapat taat terhadap aturan sekolah dan berkembang menjadi pribadi yang lebih baik. Mahkamah sendiri dilasanakan 1kali disetiap minggunya tepatnya di hari jum’at. Dalam pelaksanaannya mahakamah sendiri terbagi menjadi 3 sesi yaitu; pengakuan siswa, pelaporan siswa terhadap siswa dan pelaporan siswa terhadap siswa dengan dipimpin oleh kodi dan kodiah.]]>
