Abstract

Strategic management is a series of processes to organize and manage strategies that will be carried out in a business with certain goals and long-term goals through the processes of planning, organizing, actuating and organizing. Meanwhile, Islamic strategic management is managing a business that is run by remaining in the pleasure of Allah and free from the prohibition of usury. The management strategy referred to here is seen as necessary to apply in public markets as well as to maintain the existence of traditional markets in the midst of the rise of modern markets. The strategy taken at the Asembagus public market is in addition to making voices, rearranging the stalls and stalls, and preparing trolleys and baskets at the market door to make it easier for buyers. In addition, an Islamic market management system is also applied, namely by holding prayers and reciting the Koran together regularly every month every Maghrib prayer and every Legi Thursday night. The results of this study prove that by using strategic management in an Islamic way, it will further launch a business and the business that is run will be free from usury so that the results obtained are more blessed and beneficial.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the difference of investors' reaction between before and after the announcement of sukuk or syariah bond by some enterprises which listed in Indonesian Stock Exchange. Based on the observation, there are 34 enterprises which announce sukuk emission, but only 14 enterprises which are decided to become samples in this research. Data of stock price is collected from website of Indonesian Stock Exchange then analyzed by paired sample t-test technique. The result indicates that there is no difference of investors' respond between before and after issuing sukuk. Based on the result, it can be understood that investors do not consider the sukuk emission as crucial issue, so they do not take decision to buy or sell shares in hurry that cause abnormal gain or loss. Suggestion for next research is to expand samples in order to get more robust result.

Abstract

Kapitalisme merupakan orde pergaulan hidup yang hadir dari sistem produksi, memisahkan pegawai rendahan dan alat-alat produksi. Dengan demikian, kapitalisme lebih mengemuka dari cara-cara produksi dan menjadi penyebab nilai lebih, karena tidak jatuh ke tangan kaum buruh, melainkan jatuh ke tangan kaum majikan. Karena itu pula, kapitalisme menyebabkan akumulasi kapital, konsentrasi kapital dan sentralisasi kapital. Tidak terbantahkan bahwa kapitalisme merupakan sebuah sistem ekonomi yang berorientasi pada pemenuhan kebutuhan ekonomi secara individual. Kendati demikian, orientasi individu merupakan tahap awal bagi kepentingan publik atau sosial. Dengan kata lain, sebuah sistem pemaksimalan keuntungan individu melalui kegiatan ekonomi yang dimaksudkan membantu kepentingan publik. Adam Smith sebagai bapak kapitalisme menyatakan bahwa teori dasar kapitalisme adalah dengan mengetahui ciri dasar sistem tersebut.

Abstract

Dana non halal merupakan dana yang berasal dari penerimaan bunga atau jasa giro bank konvensional yang dikirimkan oleh muzakki. Dana yang dikirimkan oleh muzakki berupa dana zakat dan dana infak/sedekah yang dikirimkan melalui rekening bank konvensional sehingga ketika menghimpun dana tersebut pengelola memperoleh bunga atau jasa giro. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui alur dari segi pelaporan dana non halal yang ada di BAZNAS Banyuwangi. Proses pelaporan disini dimulai dari proses penerimaan dan penyaluran, pengukuran dan pengakuan, pengungkapan dan penyajian atas laporan keuangan berdasarkan dengan PSAK 109. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif. Data diperoleh dengan observasi, wawancara, wawancara yang tidak terstruktur dan dokumentasi. Kemudian dari tiga proses tahapan yakni reduksi data, penyajian data samapai dengan penarikan kesimpulan. Keabsahan data dilakukan dengan triangulasi yang meliputi triangulasi metode, triangulasi waktu, dan triangulasi sumber. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa BAZNAS Banyuwangi dalam segi pelaporan dana non halal telah sesuai dengan standar keuangan berdasarkan PSAK 109 baik dari segi pengakuan dan pengukuran serta penyajian dan pengungkapan. Namun, Dana non halal yang ada di BAZNAS Banyuwangi belum tersalurkan sesuai dengan ketentuan syariah Islam karena dana tersebut bukan diperuntukkan untuk kepentingan sosial.

Abstract

Indonesian Sharia banks have an important role in society because their activities refer to Islamic law. One of the existing products was the BSI Griya Hasanah product using a murabahah (sale and purchase) contract to make it easy for people (customers) to own their dream home. The method in this research used field research and the approach used was qualitative. The results of this research showed that the murabahah contract used at BSI KCP Basuki Rahmat Situbondo has several stages, namely: BSI and the customer enter into a usury-free murabahah contract, the goods being bought and sold were not prohibited by Islamic sharia. In addition, BSI finances part or all of the purchase price of goods whose qualifications have been agreed upon and BSI purchases goods required by customers on behalf of BSI. Apart from that, BSI conveys all matters relating to purchasing and then selling the goods to customers, customers fill out the agreement and pay the instalments.

Abstract

This research explores the intricate dynamics influencing the success of start-up ventures, focusing on the interactions between external environmental factors, entrepreneurial motivation, social support, and business knowledge. Through a quantitative approach and employing Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS SEM), data from a diverse sample of 170 participants in Indonesia were analyzed. The results unveil significant positive relationships between sustainable marketing strategies, environmental awareness, and consumer preferences for eco-friendly products, highlighting the pivotal role of external factors and intrinsic drivers in shaping entrepreneurial endeavors. Additionally, the findings underscore the mediating role of environmental awareness in the relationship between sustainable marketing strategies and consumer preferences, emphasizing the importance of integrating sustainability principles into marketing strategies. These insights contribute to a deeper understanding of the multifaceted determinants of start-up success and offer actionable recommendations for fostering a conducive ecosystem for entrepreneurial growth and innovation in Indonesia.
