Abstract

Penelitian ini didasarkan atas asumsi pendekatan humanistik yang memandang bahwa peserta didik sebagai individu yang utuh dan memiliki keunikan tersendiri. Pendekatan humanistik berusaha untuk memanusiakan manusia dan membantu mengaktualisasi diri melalui berbagai metode dan strategi pembelajaran yang humanis. Penelitian ini dilakukan di SMA Muhammadiyah 11 Jakarta dengan tujuan untuk menganalisis kebijakan, proses pembelajaran, dan problematika pembelajaran humanistik. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kualitatif deskriptif, perolehan data dilakukan melalui wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Berdasarkan penelitian yang dilakukan pelaksanaan pembelajaran Humanistik dalam kurikulum merdeka yang berpusat pada peserta didik sudah terlaksana cukup baik, walaupun masih ada kekurangan. Namun, dengan proses belajar yang terus menerus, pelaksanaan kurikulum merdeka yang humanis dapat terwujud secara optimal. Sementara layanan BK juga sudah berpusat pada peserta didik, harapannya hal tersebut selalu dipertahankan dan dikembangkan lebih baik lagi agar semakin optimal dengan memperhatikan perbedaan kultur budaya yang sangat beragam

Abstract

The method used in this research is a literature study by collecting several sources of previous research that discuss the same topic as the research to be conducted, namely from 6 journals. The purpose of this research is to describe how the implementation and benefits of the application of web-based guidance and counseling at the SMK level and to determine the effectiveness of using the application of website-based guidance and counseling at the SMK level. Based on the findings from 6 journals, it shows that the application of website-based guidance and counseling applications at the SMK level is very effective and good for application to students, because there are many conveniences for counseling teachers at school.

Abstract

BK teachers have an important role in developing guidance and counseling programs for students. Based on the results of the need assessment of SMPN 3 Kragilan students, it shows that the main problems occur in the personal sector, so the purpose of this study is to find out how the success of the counseling program is designed in accordance with the need assessment, evaluation and follow-up of the counseling program that has been implemented, as well as obstacles in implementation of the BK program in schools. The method used in this study is a naturalistic qualitative approach, data collection is done through observation, interviews and documentation.
