Abstract

Abstract. This study aims to determine of the effect employee engagement and job satisfaction on employee performance at PT. Chitose Internasional Tbk. The research method used in this study is a survey method with causal associative research and uses quantitative data and descriptive and verification approaches. The test was carried out using the SPSS version 25 data processing method. The variables in this study were Employee Engagement, Job Satisfaction and Employee Performance. The population in this study were all permanent employees of PT. Chitose Internasional Tbk with a total of 476 employees. The sample used in this research is simple random sampling with probability sampling technique. Then the sample taken amounted to 83 respondents. Collecting data obtained through questionnaires, observations, and interviews. The results of this study conclude that there is a positive and significant influence between employee engagement and job satisfaction on the performance of employees who are included in the good category. Abstrak. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh employee engagement dan kepuasan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT. Chitose Internasional Tbk. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu metode survey dengan jenis penelitian asosiatif kausal serta menggunakan data kuantitatif dan pendekatan deskriptif dan verifikatif. Pengujian dilakukan menggunakan metode pengolahan data SPSS versi 25. Variabel dalam penelitian ini yaitu employee engagement, kepuasan kerja dan kinerja karyawan. Populasi dalam penelitian ini seluruh karyawan tetap PT. Chitose Internasional Tbk yang berjumlah 476 karyawan. Sampel yang digunakan yaitu simple random sampling dengan teknik probability sampling. Maka sampel yang diambil berjumlah 83 responden. Pengumpulan data yang diperoleh yakni melalui kuesioner, observasi dan wawancara. Hasil penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan antara employee engagement dan kepuasan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan yang termasuk ke dalam kategori baik.
