Abstract

Abstract. Engagement pegawai merupakan komponen paling penting yang harus dimiliki oleh pegawai akan keterikatan dengan perusahaan. Melalui kemampuan adaptasi dan organizational citizenship behavioryang baik akan meningkatkan Engagementpegawai. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis tentang 1) Gambaran Kemampuan Adaptasi, Organizational citizenship behaviordan EngagementPegawai Di Bank Negara Indonesia KCU Asia Afrika.2) Pengaruh kemampuan adaptasi terhadap Engagementpegawai non manajer di Bank Negara Indonesia KCU Asia Afrika.3) Pengaruh organizational citizenship behaviorterhadap Engagementpegawai non manajer di Bank Negara Indonesia KCU Asia Afrika.4) Pengaruh kemampuan adaptasi dan organizational citizenship behaviorterhadap Engagementpegawai di Bank Negara Indonesia KCU Asia Afrika. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah analisis deskriptif dan verifikatif dan mengoperasikan perhitungannya menggunakan program SPSS 26.0. Variabel dalam penelitian ini Kemampuan Adaptasi Dan Organizational citizenship behaviorTerhadap EngagementPegawai. Pengumpulan data yang diperoleh melalui kuesioner, observasi, wawancara, dan studi pustaka. Jumlah populasi relatif kecil atau penelitian yang ingin membuat generalisasi dengan kesalahan yang sangat kecil. Istilah lain sampel jenuh adalah sensus, dimana semua anggota populasi dijadikan sampel, yang dijadikan sampel adalah 72 Pegawai Bank Negara Indonesia KCU Asia Afrika. Hasil penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwasecara parsial kemampuan adaptasi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Engagementpegawai, secara parsial organizational citizenship behaviorberpengaruh signifikan terhadap Engagementpegawai dan secara simultan kemampuan adaptasi dan organizational citizenship behaviorberpengaruh signifikan terhadap Engagementpegawai. ABSTRACT. Employee engagement is the most important component that must be owned by employees regarding engagement with the company. Through the ability to adapt and good organizational citizenship behavior will increase employee engagement. This study aims to determine and analyze 1) Overview of Adaptability, Organizational citizenship behavior and Employee Engagement at Bank Negara Indonesia KCU Asia Afrika. 2) The effect of adaptability on the Engagement of non-manager employees at Bank Negara Indonesia KCU Asia Afrika. 3) The effect of organizational citizenship behavior on the Engagement of non-manager employees at Bank Negara Indonesia KCU Asia Afrika. 4) The effect of adaptability and organizational citizenship behavior on employee Engagement at Bank Negara Indonesia KCU Asia Afrika. The research method used is descriptive and verification analysis and operates the calculations using the SPSS 26.0 program. The variables in this study are Adaptability and Organizational citizenship behavior on Employee Engagement. Collecting data obtained through questionnaires, observations, interviews, and literature studies. The number of the population is relatively small or the study wants to make generalizations with very small errors. Another term for saturated sample is census, where all members of the population are sampled. The sample is 72 Bank Negara Indonesia employees, KCU Asia Afrika. The results of this study conclude that partially adaptability has a significant effect on employee Engagement, partially organizational citizenship behavior has a significant effect on employee Engagement and simultaneously adaptability and organizational citizenship behavior have a significant effect on employee Engagement.
