<![CDATA[ABSTRACT Schizophrenia is a form of functional psychosis with major disturbances in thought processes and disharmony (cracks, divisions) between thought processes, affect/emotions, volition and psychomotor accompanied by distortion of reality, mainly due to delusions and hallucinations; The association is fragmented, resulting in incoherence, affect and emotions of bizarre behavior. Patients with hallucinatory disorders receive various pharmacological and non-pharmacological therapies. One of the therapies given is occupational therapy or occupational therapy. To Know The Effectiveness Of Drawing Occupational Therapy In Schizophrenic Patients On Reducing Schizophrenic Symptoms At Klender Islamic Hospital, East Jakarta In 2020. Pre-experimental with a one group pretest-posttest research design, by taking samples using the non-probability sampling method through purposive sampling technique. The sample is 10 respondents. The results of the Wilcoxon paired test obtained an average value of pre-test 5.50 and post-test 0.00. get the value of sig. (2-tailed) is 0.004 < 0.05, it can be concluded that Ha is accepted and Ho is rejected, which means that there is a significant effect between the effectiveness of occupational therapy drawing on the reduction of schizophrenia symptoms. There is an Effectiveness of Drawing Occupational Therapy in Schizophrenic Patients on Reducing Schizophrenia Symptoms at the Klender Islamic Hospital, East Jakarta in 2022. Keywords: ODGJ, Schizophrenia, Occupational Therapy Drawing ABSTRAK Skizofrenia adalah suatu bentuk psikosa fungsional dengan gangguan utama pada proses fikir serta disharmoni (keretakan, perpecahan) antara proses pikir, afek/emosi, kamauan dan psikomotor disertai distorsi kenyataan, terutama karena waham dan halusinasi; asoisasi terbagi-bagi sehingga timbul inkoherensi, afek dan emosi perilaku bizar. Pasien dengan gangguan halusinasi mendapatkan fasilitas berbagai terapi farmakologis dan terapi non farmakologis. Salah satu terapi yang diberikan yaitu terapi okupasi atau terapi kerja. Diketahuinya Efektivitas Terapi Okupasi Menggambar Pada Pasien Skizofrenia Terhadap Penurunan Gejala Skizofrenia Di RSJ Islam Klender Jakarta Timur Tahun 2020.Pre eksperimental dengan rancangan penelitian one group pretest-posttest, Dengan cara pengambilan sample menggunkan metode non-probability sampling melalui teknik purposive sampling. Sample sebanyak 10 responden.Hasil uji paired Wilcoxon di dapat nilai rata-rata pre-test 5.50 dan post-test 0.00. di dapatkan nilai sig. (2-tailed) adalah 0.004 < 0.05 maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa Ha diterima dan Ho ditolak yang artinya ada pengaruh yang signifikan antara efektivitas terapi okupasi menggambar terhadap penurunan gejala skizofrenia.
