Abstract

The Covid 19 pandemic has changed many things, including human resources. Human Resources are the prime mover and become an important element in achieving the success of a company. The existence of reliable and competent human resources will make it easier for the company to achieve its goals. One of the efforts to achieve the success of an organization is through employee performance. According to Rahmawati (2019), performance is the work achieved by employees both in quality and quantity in carrying out tasks in accordance with the responsibilities given. Therefore, to improve the performance of its employees, Bank Nagari Syariah Branch of Padang continues to evaluate the factors that affect performance such as job satisfaction and organizational commitment. This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of job satisfaction and organizational commitment on the performance of employees of Bank Nagari Syariah, Padang branch. The method used in this research is quantitative method, by distributing questionnaires to all employees of Bank Nagari Syariah Branch of Padang, totaling 38 people. The sampling technique used was total sampling technique, namely the census method. The results obtained are job satisfaction and organizational commitment simultaneously affect employee performance. ABSTRAK Pandemi covid 19 banyak mengubah banyak hal termasuk pada sumber daya manusia. Sumber Daya Manusia merupakan penggerak utama serta menjadi elemen penting dalam mencapai keberhasilan sebuah perusahaan. Dengan adanya sumber daya manusia yang handal dan berkompeten akan mempermudah perusahaan dalam mencapai tujuan. Salah satu upaya dalam mencapai keberhasilan sebuah organisasi yaitu melalui kinerja karyawan. Menurut Rahmawati (2019), Kinerja adalah hasil kerja yang dicapai oleh karyawan baik secara kualitas maupun kuantitas dalam melaksanakan tugas sesuai dengan tanggung jawab yang diberikan. Oleh karena itu untuk meningkatkan kinerja karyawannya, Bank Nagari Syariah Cabang Padang terus mengevaluasi faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi kinerja seperti kepuasan kerja dan komitmen organisasi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh kepuasan kerja dan komitmen organisasi terhadap kinerja karyawan Bank Nagari Syariah cabang Padang. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kuantitatif, dengan menyebarkan kuesioner kepada seluruh karyawan Bank Nagari Syariah Cabang Padang yang berjumlah 38 orang. Teknik pengambilan sampel yaitu menggunakan teknik total sampling, yakni dengan metode sensus. Hasil yang didapat kepuasan kerja dan komitmen organisasi secara simultan berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan.

Abstract

Entrepreneurship is a universal thing that can be done, including MSMEs, MSMEs should receive tips for good entrepreneurship from an early age. Entrepreneurship certainly does not only talk about theoretical matters but also the application of the knowledge of entrepreneurship that has been studied. Some MSMEs currently have entrepreneurial knowledge in their business processes, but this process has not been able to optimally encourage MSMEs to create a business idea that is poured into a business proposal. The purpose of this activity is to equip MSMEs in Nagari Gasan, Padang Pariaman Regency, who have an entrepreneurial spirit so they can understand and apply their business ideas using the right methods. The debriefing is carried out by introducing a business planning method, namely the Business Model Canvas (BMC). The Business Model Canvas as a strategy in management in the form of a visual chart consisting of 9 elements can provide a more comprehensive picture of business planning but is relatively easier to understand and apply. Through the introduction of the Business Model Canvas, it is hoped that MSMEs can translate and apply their business ideas into these 9 elements in a more structured and detailed manner, thus facilitating the process of preparing the right business proposals for MSMEs.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of online learning and discipline on student achievemSent at SMK Kartika I-1 Padang during the COVID-19 pandemic. The population in this study were all students at SMK Kartika I-1 Padang totaling 186 respondents and the sample taken was the entire population of 186. The method used in sampling was using the total sampling method (census). Data collection methods used are interviews and questionnaires. The data analysis method used is descriptive analysis and multiple linear regression, to test the hypothesis using the t test, F test and multiple determination test (R²) with the help of SPSS version 21 program. The data collection instrument used a questionnaire with a Likert scale. Each has been tested and has met the validity and reliability requirements. The results obtained from this study indicate that online learning variables (X1) and discipline (X2) simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on learning achievement (Y). While partially the online learning variable (X1) has a positive and significant effect on learning achievement (Y) and the discipline variable (X2) has a positive and significant effect on learning achievement (Y). ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pembelajaran daring dan kedisiplinan terhadap prestasi belajar siswa di SMK Kartika I-1 Padang pada masa pandemi COVID-19. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh siswa SMK Kartika I-1 Padang yang berjumlah 186 responden dan sampel yang diambil adalah seluruh populasi yang berjumlah 186. Metode pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah dengan menggunakan metode total sampling (sensus). Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah wawancara dan kuesioner. Metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis deskriptif dan regresi linier berganda, untuk menguji hipotesis menggunakan uji t, uji F dan uji determinasi berganda (R²) dengan bantuan program SPSS. Instrumen pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner dengan skala Likert. Masing-masing telah diuji dan telah memenuhi persyaratan validitas dan reliabilitas. Hasil yang diperoleh dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa variabel pembelajaran online (X1) dan kedisiplinan (X2) secara simultan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap prestasi belajar (Y). Sedangkan secara parsial variabel pembelajaran daring (X1) berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap prestasi belajar (Y) dan variabel disiplin (X2) berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap prestasi belajar (Y).
