This study aims to determine the effect of creativity and business motivation on business success in culinary businesses in East Baturaja District. The sample is 34 restaurant business units. The results showed that there was an influence of creativity (X1) and business motivation (X2) on business success (Y) either partially or simultaneously. The results of the simultaneous hypothesis test or f test can be that creativity has a greater influence on business success so that the most influential variable on business success is creativity. The results of the analysis of all indicators on the creativity variable there are indicators that have high values, namely being challenged to existing conditions, always curious, and having high self-motivation, while from the indicators of business motivation variables that there are indicators that have high values, namely material motivation.

This study discusses the effect of financing risk and liquidity risk on the financial performance of three Islamic banks listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2015 to 2015. 2019, namely BRI Syariah Bank, Syariah National Pension Savings Bank and Panin Dubai Syariah Bank. Variables in the study. The analysis used is panel data regression analysis. The selection of the best model between the fixed effect method and the common effect method is carried out using the Chow test. If the fixed effect is selected as the best method, then the Hausman test is carried out to choose between the fixed effect method and the random effect method. The test results show a probability value > 0.05, so Ho is accepted. The panel regression estimation model in this study is the Common Effect Model. The results showed that simultaneously the two variables had an effect on banking performance. Partially, the financing risk (NPF) and liquidity risk (FDR) variables had no significant effect on ROA.

The aim of this research is to analize the influence of service quality and price to inpatient’s satisfaction. The research was conducted by distributing questionnaires to 166 responden taken by using purposive sampling technic. This research analyzed by using multiple linear regresion analysis method. The result of this research indicates that service quality and price have positive and significant influence to satisfaction with price as the dominant variable.

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of work discipline, work motivation and organizational commitment on employee performance through employee job satisfaction at the Agency for Personnel and Human Resources Development (BKPSDM) Ogan Komering Ulu Regency. This type of research is Explanatory Research with the data used in this study is primary data obtained by using questionnaires and literature study. Data analysis used simple linear regression and multiple regression test with SPSS 26. Meanwhile, hypothesis testing used t test, f test, correlation coefficient, and coefficient of determination. Based on the results of the analysis, it can be concluded that there is a positive and significant influence between work discipline on satisfaction; positive and significant influence between work motivation on satisfaction; positive and significant influence between organizational commitment to satisfaction; positive and significant influence between work discipline, work motivation and organizational commitment to satisfaction; positive and significant influence between work discipline on loyalty; positive and significant influence between work motivation on loyalty; there is a positive and significant effect between organizational commitment to loyalty; there is a positive and significant influence between work discipline, work motivation and organizational commitment to loyalty; and the positive and significant influence between work discipline, work motivation and organizational commitment on employee loyalty through employee job satisfaction.

This study discusses the relationship between leadership style, work stress and employees’ engagement on employees’ performance at the Fire and Rescue Service Oku District. The total population in this study were 43 people. The analytical method used is quantitative method using Multiple Linear Correlation analysis tool. In this study between leadership style (X1), work stress (X2) has a relationship with employees’ performance (Y) with a calculated F value (173.154) > F-table (3.24), then Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted, this means that the variables of Leadership Style, Work Stress and Employees’ Engagement together are significantly related to Employees’ Performance at the Fire and Rescue Service Oku District.

This study discusses the analysis of the factors that influence the performance of employees of the cooperative, small and medium enterprises in East Ogan Komering Ulu Regency. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression. The data used uses primary data. The results showed that partially analysis has a significant influence on the performance of employees of the union, Small and Medium Enterprises Office, meaning that the workload has a significant influence on the performance of the employees of the union, Small and Medium Enterprises Office. The results showed that simultaneously all independent variables Analysis (X1) and Workload (X2) jointly have a significant influence on the performance of the union Office employees, Small and Medium Enterprises. The job analysis variable (X1) and the workload variable (X2) are strategic factors for improving the performance of cooperative, small and medium enterprise employees, this is because the results of this study have a significant effect. This research is expected to be useful for the cooperative, small and medium enterprises in East Ogan Komering Ulu Regency in making decisions regarding employee performance issues. Penelitian ini membahas pengaruh kualitas kehidupan kerja dan kompetensi terhadap kinerja karyawan PT. Sembaja Lampung. Taknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini melalui pengebaran kuesioner. Jumlah populasi sebanyak 30 orang. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah Regresi Linear Berganda. Berdasarkan hasil analisis secara parsial ada pengaruh kualitas kehidupan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan PT. Sembaja Lampung dengan nilai t hitung sebesar 3,382. Variabel kompetensi ada pengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan PT. Sembaja Lampung dengan nilai t hitung sebesar 7,109. Secara simultan didapatkan ada pengaruh kualitas kehidupan kerja dan kompetensi terhadap kinerja karyawan PT. Sembaja Lampung. Koefisien determinasi (R2) yang diperoleh sebesar 0.930. Hal ini menunjukkan berarti sumbangan pengaruh kualitas kehidupan kerja dan kompetensi terhadap kinerja sebesar 93% sedangkan sisanya 7% dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain diluar penelitian ini yaitu pengetahuan, motivasi kerja, dan kepuasan kerja.

Abstract. Field research revealed that students frequently struggled to comprehend the data they used for their studies. This is due to the misconception that statistics are challenging among students and their lack of understanding of how SPSS Statistics is applied. Also, the majority of students lack research experience and are unable to use the program. The SPSS application is the data processing tool that is frequently employed in academic research. The goal of this training is to inspire and motivate students by demonstrating that using SPSS to analyze research data is not as challenging as it first appears, and by giving them the knowledge and skills necessary to process data using SPSS apps to complete their final assignments. In this training exercise, counseling, workshops, and conversations are employed as tactics. The goal of this activity's implementation is to assist students get better at performing data analysis using the SPSS program. Also, as a result of their training, participants should be able to use the SPSS program to create thesis and study that can be uploaded. There were 30 students enrolled in the training. According to the training's outcomes, 80% of students no longer felt that processing data was challenging, indicating that they were already familiar with how to use the SPSS program. Also, students' skills are improving compared to before the training was done, making them more useful and provisional for creating the final product. Abstrak. Penelitian lapangan mengungkapkan bahwa mahasiswa sering berjuang untuk memahami data yang mereka gunakan untuk studi mereka. Hal ini disebabkan miskonsepsi bahwa statistika merupakan tantangan di kalangan mahasiswa dan kurangnya pemahaman mereka tentang bagaimana SPSS Statistik diterapkan. Selain itu, sebagian besar mahasiswa tidak memiliki pengalaman penelitian dan tidak dapat menggunakan program tersebut. Aplikasi SPSS adalah alat pengolah data yang sering digunakan dalam penelitian akademik. Tujuan dari pelatihan ini adalah untuk menginspirasi dan memotivasi mahasiswa dengan mendemonstrasikan bahwa menggunakan SPSS untuk menganalisis data penelitian tidak sesulit kelihatannya, dan dengan memberi mereka pengetahuan dan keterampilan yang diperlukan untuk mengolah data menggunakan aplikasi SPSS untuk menyelesaikan tugas akhir mereka. Dalam latihan ini, konseling, lokakarya, dan percakapan digunakan sebagai taktik. Tujuan pelaksanaan kegiatan ini adalah untuk membantu mahasiswa menjadi lebih baik dalam melakukan analisis data dengan menggunakan program SPSS. Selain itu, sebagai hasil pelatihan, peserta diharapkan dapat menggunakan program SPSS untuk membuat skripsi dan kajian yang dapat diunggah. Ada 30 siswa yang terdaftar dalam pelatihan tersebut. Menurut hasil pelatihan, 80% mahasiswa tidak lagi merasa bahwa pengolahan data itu sulit, yang menunjukkan bahwa mereka sudah terbiasa menggunakan program SPSS. Juga, keterampilan mahasiswa meningkat dibandingkan sebelum pelatihan dilakukan, membuat mereka lebih berguna dan bekal untuk membuat laporan akhir.

This research was conducted by analyzing the effect of service, price, and location on business success for all culinary entrepreneurs in Batumarta II Village. We used the saturated sample method for all the population as a sample, namely as many as 25 culinary business owners in Batumarta II. The location of this research is in Batumarta II Village espesially in the area of Block P, Block O, Block D, and Baturaden Gotong Royong Market, Lubuk Raja District, Ogan Komering Ulu Regency, South Sumatra Province. The results showed that service, price, and location simultaneously or partially influence business success. Service quality positively influences business success which means that better service received by consumers will increase business success. Price also positively affects business success. That means profits will increase if the price increases. Otherwise, profit is an indicator of business success. The location has a positive influence on business success. It means a good place makes consumers could access products easily. Keywords: service, price, location, business success Abstrak Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menganalisis pengaruh pelayanan, harga dan lokasi terhadap keberhasilan usaha pada seluruh pengusaha kuliner di Desa Batumarta II. Metode sampel jenuh diterapkan pada penelitian ini dimana semua populasi digunakan menjadi sampel yaitu sebanyak 25 pemilik usaha kuliner di Batumarta II. Lokasi penelitian ini diambil di Desa Batumarta II diantaranya meliputi wilayah blok P, Blok O, Blok D dan Pasar Gotong Royong Baturaden Kecamatan Lubuk Raja Kabupaten Ogan Komering Ulu Provinsi Sumatera Selatan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa variabel pelayanan, harga dan lokasi terhadap keberhasilan usaha baik secara simultan maupun parsial. Variabel pelayanan memiliki pengaruh positif terhadap keberhasilan usaha. Semakin baik pelayanan yang diterima konsumen akan meningkatkan keberhasilan usaha. Variabel harga memiliki pengaruh positif terhadap keberhasilan usaha. Kenaikan harga akan menaikkan harga jual sehingga akan membuat laba meningkat. Laba yang meningkat merupakan indikator dari suatu keberhasilan usaha. Variabel lokasi memiliki pengaruh positif terhadap keberhasilan usaha. Lokasi yang strategis memudahkan konsumen dalam melakukan akses pembelian terhadap sutu produk. Kata kunci: pelayanan, harga, lokasi, keberhasilan usaha
