Abstract

This research has purposed to discover the legal protection for a customers which is using ATM card in Indonesia banking systems and to discover the dispute resolution against skimming system in banking sector. This research used normative research method. The conclusion from this study that is the legal protection for customers who is using ATM cards is based Act Number 8 of 1999 concerning Customer Protections and Act Number 21 of 1999 concerning Financial Services Authority especially on The regulation of Financial Services Authority Number 1/POJK.07/2013 concerning Customers Legal Protection on Financial Services. The dispute resolutions for skimming system problems can be resolved by litigation and non litigation.

Abstract

Tujuan-The purpose of this study was to how did the legal consequences of bankruptcy to creditors as holders of guaranty rights in executing guaranty rights of debitors. This was a descriptive and normative business law research.Metode-Data were collected from primary, secondary, and tertiary business law materials. Data were analyzed and discussed to draw conclusions qualitatively to answer the research problems.Results-showed that the causes why separate creditors had exclusive authorities upon bankruptcy was that to provide legal security upon guaranty to return credits had been granted to debtors, because without legal security on the credits, there would be no institutions (both individual or legal entity) willing to provide credits to debtors. Creditor rights as holders of guaranty rights were in form of parate eksekusi and execution based on execution power to the Certificate of Guaranty rights which was limited by Act of bankruptcy.Originality-Keywords: separate creditors, guaranty right, bankruptcy

Abstract

Abstract Based on the results of data analysis, there is a positive influence between the Delegation of Authority to Improve the Work Effectiveness of Employees at the Central Bureau of Statistics of East OKU Regency. This shows that with good delegation of authority, it will lead to work effectiveness and this has a positive impact on employees of the Central Bureau of Statistics of East OKU Regency. As for what has been described above, it is explained that the Delegation of Authority affects the effectiveness of the work of the Central Statistics Agency of East OKU Regency, it is proven by using the t test, the value of T_hitung 10,598 > T_table 2,059 means that the Delegation of Authority affects work Effectiveness. Abstract

Pasal 40 ayat (1) Undang –Undang Nomor 10 tahun 1998 Tentang perbankan memberikan suatu kewajiban bagi Bank untuk merahasiakan keterangan mengenai nasabah penyimpanan dan simpananya, kecuali dalam hal sebagaimana dimaksud dalam pasal 41, pasal 41 A, Pasal 42, pasal 43, pasal 44, dan pasal 44 A. Dengan berlakunya undang-undang tersebut, artinya tidak sembarangan orang yang dapat membuka rahasia bank tersebut seperti yang ditegaskan di dalam undang-undang perbankan. Bentuk dan batasan rahasia bank yang diatur di dalam undang-undang dan peraturan terkait dan sanksi-sanksi bagi pihak banyak yang melakukan pelanggaran terhadap ketentuan rahasia bank tersebut. Sudah banyak peraturan-peraturan baru yang memberikan penafsiran maupun peluasan arti terhadap rahasia bank, sehingga memerlukan perubahan terhadap pasal 40 Undang-Undang Perbankan tentang rahasia bank, sedangkan tanggung jawab pihak bank terhadap pelanggaran rahasia bank dapat saja melalui pidana, perdata, maupun administrasi.

Abstract

Pengembangan desa wisata dapat diwujudkan dengan memperkenalkan dan mengangkat potensi-potensi yang dimiliki oleh desa. Untuk itu pemerintah dan masyarakat harus memperhatikan dan memahami secara detail karakteristik, kelebihan dan kelemahan desa, sehingga pengembangan desa wisata dapat sesuai dengan potensi desa yang mereka miliki. Untuk itulah kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini dilakukan agar pemerintah dan masyarakat memiliki persepsi yang sama dalam mengembangkan potensi desa Batumarta II menjadi desa dengan potensi desa wisata. Metode yang digunakan dalam kegiatan pengabdian ini adalah penyuluhan, diskusi dan tanya jawab. Adapun hasil dari kegiatan pendampingan ini adalah terbukanya wawasan dan pemikiran warga serta pemerintah tentang karakteristik, kelebihan dan kelemahan yang dimiliki oleh desa mereka, sehingga kegiatan ini menimbulkan motivasi yang kuat dari warga dan pemerintah untuk lebih produktif dan bersemangat dalam mewujudkan desa batumarta unit II menjadi desa wisata berskala nasional.

Abstract

This study discusses the analysis of the factors that influence the performance of employees of the cooperative, small and medium enterprises in East Ogan Komering Ulu Regency. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression. The data used uses primary data. The results showed that partially analysis has a significant influence on the performance of employees of the union, Small and Medium Enterprises Office, meaning that the workload has a significant influence on the performance of the employees of the union, Small and Medium Enterprises Office. The results showed that simultaneously all independent variables Analysis (X1) and Workload (X2) jointly have a significant influence on the performance of the union Office employees, Small and Medium Enterprises. The job analysis variable (X1) and the workload variable (X2) are strategic factors for improving the performance of cooperative, small and medium enterprise employees, this is because the results of this study have a significant effect. This research is expected to be useful for the cooperative, small and medium enterprises in East Ogan Komering Ulu Regency in making decisions regarding employee performance issues. The research is expected to be useful in further research as a reference and to be able to develop more apart from these variables for example (competence, work motivation, empowerment of human resources, job satisfaction and others)Keywords: Job Analysis, Workload, Employees’ Performance

Abstract

his research haimed to find the influence of work ethic and work motivation onthe performance of employees at PT. Kirana Permata Lubai. The data collectiontechnique used in this research was through the distribution of questionnaires. Thetotal population was 60 employees at PT. Kirana Permata Lubai. The data analysistechnique used was Multiple Linear Regression. Based on the results of theresearch, the work ethic variable had a t-count (5.914) > t-table (2.00247) soHowas rejected and Ha was accepted. This meant that there was an influence ofworkethic on the performance of employees at Kirana Permata Lubai. Mean while,the work motivate on variablet-count (3.546)>t-table (2.00247) so Ho was rejectedand Ha was accepted. This meant that there was an influence of work motivationonthe performance of employees at Kirana Permata Lubai. Simultaneously, the Fcountobtained was 140.114 and F table was 3.16. So F count 140.114>F table 3.16then Ho was rejected and Ha was accepted, meaning simultaneously there was asignificant influence of work ethic and work motivation on the performance ofemployees at Kirana Permata Lubai.The coefficien t of determination (R2) obtainedwas 0.831.This meant that the contribution of th einfluence of work ethic and workmotivation on the performance of employees was 83.1%, while the remaining16.9% was influenced by other variables not included in this research modelsuchasability and expertise (Simamora cited in Budiasa, 2021,15).
