Abstract

This study aims to determine the Influence of Paedagogy Competence and Teacher Creativity at SMP Barunawati II. The research method used to analyze is a quantitative calculation method with an associative (correlation) approach, which is to find out the relationship between paedagogic competence and teacher creativity with student learning outcomes. The data collection methods used are questionnaires and interviews. The samples taken were 90 students of class IX and 1 principal. Based on the results of the calculation of the correlation coefficient r = 0.6419 which means that paedagogic competence and teacher creativity have a fairly strong relationship with student learning outcomes. Meanwhile, the results of the coefficient of determination of 41.2% so that it can be concluded that paedagogic competence and teacher creativity affect student learning outcomes by 41.2% and the remaining 58.8% is influenced by other factors. Furthermore, the hypothesis test obtained that the T hitung > T table, which was 7,853 > 1,662, so that Ho was rejected and Ha was accepted, it can be concluded that there is a significant influence between paedagogic competence and teacher creativity on student learning outcomes. From the results of the interview, I can conclude that the father and mother at SMP Barunawati II Jakarta still lack literacy habituation so that there is a lack of insight to develop the material to be taught but the school will continue to strive to accommodate activities that can develop paedagogic competence and teacher creativity at SMP Barunawati II Jakarta, one of which is the holding of technician guidance activities when carrying out the teaching and learning process with invited speakers from outside parties who are experts in their fields, and always opened a discussion room for teachers of SMP Barunawati II to share about the problems of developing paedagogic competencies and teacher creativity when teaching in class

Abstract

This study aims to determine the relationship between emotional intelligence and coping stress strategies in online learning. This research used quantitative research with correlational methods. The sample was 50 students. The results showed that a significant positive relationship between emotional intelligence and coping strategies, this was shown by a product moment correlation value of 0.816 with a significance level of 0.00. The results showed that the relationship between emotional intelligence and coping stress strategies was in the moderate category.

Abstract

Indonesia dalam literasi dapat dikatakan tertinggal jauh oleh negara-negara lain di dunia, tahun 1997, Program for International Students Assessment (PISA) menyebutkan bahwa Indonesia—menempati peringkat ke-40 dari 41 negara. Kementerian Pendidikan saat itu menerbitkan Permendikdud terkait gerakan literasi sekolah (GLS). GLS tidak hanya menyiapkan ruang baca saja, tapi juga perlu merancang dan mengondisikan situasinya agar tujuan dan manfaat GLS dapat terwujud. Saat ini, sekolah belum dapat melaksanakan GLS dengan optimal karena minimnya informasi GLS yang diketahui. Situasi tersebut juga dirasakan oleh guru di SMP Al Falah Jatirahayu, Pondok Melati, Bekasi. Para guru merasa perlu untuk diadakannya sosialisasi dan edukasi mengenai Optimaliasi Program GLS Melalui Program Inovatif Litergusi (Literasi Guru dan Siswa) agar dapat konsisten dan memahami dengan baik amanat dari permendikbud terkait GLS yang akan diterapkan di SMP Al Falah ini. Untuk itu, sosialisasi ini perlu dilakukan untuk meningkatkan kemajuan program GLS di SMP Al Falah Jatirahayu, Pondok Melati, Bekasi.

Abstract

Describe the Effect of Learning Interest on Social Science Learning Achievement in Grade VII Students at Yadika 2 Middle School, West Jakarta. The research method used is a quantitative research method. Data collection methods are carried out using questionnaires, documentation, interviews, and observation. Then the author performs data processing which can be concluded that based on the results of research conducted by researchers at YADIKA 2 Middle School, West Jakarta, the value of t count = 1.413 is obtained. In determining the t table, this study chose ???? = 0.05 so that for ???? = 77, the value of t table = 1.665. Because the value of t count = 1.413 <t table 1.665, so based on this conclusion it can be stated that there is no effect of interest in learning (variable x) on learning achievement (variable y) Social Studies in Class VII Students at SMP Yadika 2 West Jakarta.
