Abstract

The feedback review column on the TripAdvisor website can process the sentiment analysis by classifying the positive and negative impressions of the consumer using machine learning, namely text mining. This study analyzes consumer sentiment for hotel products and services in Labuan Bajo based on feedback review data on the TripAdvisor website. Meanwhile, the algorithm used is Nave Bayes Classifier (NBC), Support Vector Machine (SVM), also SMOTE Upsampling for the k-Nearest Neighbor (k-NN) algorithm. The classification result shows 702 negative feedback reviews and 2531 positive feedback reviews. The evaluation of algorithm performance shows the accuracy of SVM is 78,30% and NBC is 78,29% compared with k-NN with 85,24% accuracy, using SMOTE Upsampling with a class precision description of 100% prediction negative (1784 true Neg & 0 true Pos) and 77,21% prediction positive (747 true Neg & 2531 true Pos). The class recall description also shows 70,49% true Negative (1784 pred Neg & 747 pred Pos) and 100% true Positive (0 pred Neg & 2531 pred Pos). These findings indicate that the k-NN algorithm shows the best result instead of the SVM and NBC algorithm, according to the sentiment analysis result of customer feedback reviews on hotel products and services in Labuan Bajo through TripAdvisor website.

Abstract

In the era of digitalization, KAI finally transformed train ticket booking transactions by launching the KAI Access application. By applying the optimal strategy of Game Theory, KAI Access will be able to compete with marketplaces such as Traveloka to be able to represent itself to the community as a credible company. Game Theory was chosen to analyze the existing competition to find the optimum strategy. Because both applications sell the same product, the strategy will be seen from the services provided by both applications using the usability of HCI. The 5 strategies are Learnability, Efficiency, Memorability, Errors, and Satisfaction. The best strategy used by KAI Access to obtain maximum profit is the low error rate (errors) strategy, while for Traveloka the strategy used to minimize loss is the ease of application (learnability).

Abstract

Universities play an essential role in encouraging digital literacy as a form of support to accelerate digital transformation in Indonesia. One of the strategic steps to support the acceleration of digital transformation is to carry out organizational change in the academic scope. One of the innovative ideas to facilitate the thesis registration process, selection of supervisors, and thesis consultation is the existence of an integrated and accountable control system. This research proposes an idea to analyze and design the Information System for Thesis Consultation Process known as SIBIMA using the Software Life Cycle Development (SDLC) method according to the Waterfall model. SIBIMA is intended to support services in the education sector by adjusting the context of the values of the Atma Jaya Catholic University of Indonesia, namely Kristiani, Unggul, Peduli, and Profesional. Thus, students, lecturers, and academic staff complement each other in improving the quality of education. The case study of application design is adjusted to the registration process, selection of supervisors, and thesis consultation at the Head of Tourism Department, Faculty of Business Administration and Communication Sciences, Atma Jaya Catholic University of Indonesia.

Abstract

E-learning UAJ is a system provided by Unika Atma Jaya to facilitate the learning process for both students and lecturers. However, this system is still rarely used, especially among engineering faculties. This forms the basis for conducting the following analysis. The purpose of this research is to measure the level of usability of the UAJ e-learning system. Usability analysis is carried out using five components of usability outlined by Jakob Nielsen: Learnability, Efficiency, Memorability, Errors, and Satisfaction. The indicators within these five components are then compiled into a questionnaire, which will be distributed to active lecturers and students across all faculties who utilize the UAJ e-learning platform. This study employs a Likert scale with five categories, ranging from category 1 indicating "very bad" to category 5 indicating "very good." Among the five usability criteria assessed for both students and lecturers, the majority of responses fell within category 3, indicating sufficiency. The average scores ranged from 14.122 to 18.731 for lecturers and from 19.825 to 21.845 for students. Overall, the usability level of the UAJ e-learning platform is deemed satisfactory, enabling more effective utilization by both lecturers and students. Additionally, the study results propose several solutions for enhancing the development of the UAJ e-learning system.

Abstract

This research addresses the pressing need to enhance healthcare accessibility and efficiency, particularly in the context of increasing demands and challenges in the healthcare sector. The background problem lies in the limited accessibility and inefficiencies present in traditional healthcare systems, exacerbated by factors such as geographical constraints and resource limitations. To overcome these challenges, this study introduces MyClinic, an innovative application designed to streamline healthcare processes and improve access to clinic service. Utilizing structured methodologies including BPMN, ERD, Use Case Diagram, and Class Diagram, MyClinic is systematically developed to offer clear functionality. Through Black Box Testing, the application's functionality is rigorously validated, demonstrating compliance with specifications and ensuring user satisfaction. By addressing these issues, MyClinic aims to revolutionize healthcare delivery, offering a solution that is efficient, accessible, and user-friendly. This research highlights the critical role of technology in addressing healthcare challenges and underscores the potential of innovative solutions like MyClinic to transform healthcare delivery in the digital age
