Abstract

Research on farmer behavior in cultivating green leafy vegetables during the covid-19 in Mata Air Village Central Kupang District Kupang Regency was carried out in March 2022. The purpose of this study was to determine the behavior of farmers in cultivating green leafy vegetables during the covid-19 pandemic in Mata Air village and the factors that influence the behavior of farmers in cultivating green leafy vegetables during the covid-19 pandemic. The results showed that the behavior of farmers in cultivating green leafy vegetables during covid-19 pandemic was in the moderation, meaning that the behavior of farmers in carrying out a cultivation activity at the research 1 ovation was mediocre.. Factors that influence farmer behavior such as farmer satisfaction, government support, economic motivation, social motivation, environmental encouragement and the ease of obtaining innovation do not affect the behavior of fanners in Mata Air village in carrying out green leafy vegetables cultivation during the covid-19 pandemic.

Abstract

Beef is a red meat derived from cattle that can be in a few practical foods that are much liked by the community such as, shredded beef and beef jerky. One of the household industry that is engaged in the processing of beef into a practical food is the household industry "Tambers". A feasibility study is required to see an overview of whether or not an attempt is exercised. The research aims to analyse the financial feasibility of Tambers ' agro-industry. The study was conducted from November 2019 to December 2019. The data collection methods used are survey locations and direct interviews with respondents, while also using literature and documentation methods. Data analysis is conducted using financial feasibility analysis; NET Present Value (NPV), Internal Rate of Return (IRR), Net Benefit Cost Ratio (Net B/C), Payback Period (PBP), Break Event Point (BEP), and after financing analysis. Results of financial feasibility analysis IRT Tambers year 2015-2019 stated worthy of Net Present Value value of Rp. 361,339,588,-that is positive (NPV > 0), Internal Rate of Return (IRR) 56.73% where the IRR is greater than the prevailing interest rate of 12%, and Net B/C is 2.47 where Net B/C > 1. The results of an after financing analysis with a 9% interest rate which is the interest rate given for SMES to declare that assuming the loan capital up to 100%, IRT Tambers are still in the criteria worthy to be executed evidenced by the eligibility criteria that gave positive results.

Abstract

This research aims to; 1) What is the income of vegetable retailers in Desapa Village, Kelapa Lima District, Kupang City? 2) What is the feasibility of vegetable retailer in Oesapa Village, Kelapa Lima District, Kupang City. 3) How much is the contribution? What is the share of the vegetable retail trade in the family's total income? The determination of the sample in this study was made by an overall sample, where the population was also the sample in the study, since the number of vegetable retailers encountered was not too large, while the data collection was based on a survey method. The data collection took place from May 2022 to June 2022, whereby the collected data was primary data and secondary data and then a data analysis was carried out using qualitative descriptive analysis. The variables measured are costs, revenues, income, relative profits and their contribution to the traders' family income. The results of the study show that (1) the income from running a vegetable retail business is IDR 1,401,015/month. (2) In terms of economic value, the vegetable retailer's business is economically feasible by determining the R/C ratio of 1.5. The R/C ratio of merchants selling in Oesapa village ranges from 1.25 to 1.64(3). The contribution of the vegetable retail business is 53.11%. This shows that the vegetable retail business is a household income source for the vegetable retail business traders.

Abstract

This study aims to implement the Activity Based Costing (ABC) method in calculating production costs because it can provide more accurate cost-related information and become a reference for determining selling prices using the Cost Plus Pricing method and calculating profits in the "Dua Putri" Micro Business, Bakunase Village, Kupang City. The results of this study indicate that the calculation of production costs using the Activity Based Costing method includes the first stage of tracing costs to activities consisting of identifying activities, allocating costs to activities, determining homogeneous cost groups and determining group rates and the second stage tracing costs to products where factory overhead costs are assigned. using the cost driver of each product and producing production costs for January Rp.45.260.256, February Rp.40.997.256 and March Rp.35.153.256 then for determining the selling price of products using the Cost Plus Pricing method is greater than the determination of product selling prices by micro and small businesses The net profit earned by micro enterprises after deducting the cost of raw materials, labor costs, overhead costs and income tax for three months for January is Rp.9.643.844, February is Rp.8.593.544 and March is Rp.7.353.144.

Abstract

This study aims to determine 1.) the driving and inhibiting factors for the development of P4S Karya Agri fishing pound agrotourism, 2.) Karya Agri P4S fishing pond agrotourism development strategy. The method used in this study is a descriptive analysis method. The respondents in this study are the owners of the P4S Karya Agri fish ponds, the fish pond workers, the fish pond visitors from a total of 85 people obtained with the Slovin approach formula, the head of the departement of tourism destinasions of the Kupang City Tourism Bureau, the Head of the Tourism Destinasions Departement of the Kupang City Tourism Bureau, the area cultivation of the Kupang City Fisheries Service. Data analysis tools used in this study 1.) IFAS and EFAS analysis 2.) SWOT analysis. This research is qualitative, the results show that 1.) the driving factors for the development from within (strengths), wich receive the highest category, are beautiful, cool and untouched natural panorama with an average of 3.76, inhibiting factors for the development from within (weaknesses) the highest category is given to the tourism development program, which is still simple 1.64, the driving factor for external development (opportunity) the highest category is a given to the area that offers the flexibility to develop tourism potential 3.68, the inhibiting factor for development of outside (threats) which received the highest category, was the 1.45 implementation of restrictions on community activities. 2.) Karya Agri P4S fishing pond agrotourism development strategy based on SWOT analysis is an SO strategy, as the cut – off point in quadrant (2.23 : 1.68) is in a growth position that has the strengths should make optimal use of it and it has possibilities.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the number of marketing channels for the corn chips agroindustry business, the marketing margin of the corn chips agro-industry business, and the marketing efficiency of the corn chips agro-industry business in Sakura SMEs, Kupang City. Data collection was obtained by means of direct interviews and questionnaires with respondents and observations made by researchers were activities in the corn chips marketing channel. The data analysis used in this research is descriptive analysis. The results of this study indicate that the marketing channel of corn chips uses two marketing channels, namely marketing channel I, producers selling products directly to consumers, and marketing channel II, producers selling products to retailers, then retailers selling products to consumers. The marketing margin for channel level I is Rp.0, - while in channel level II, the marketing margin generated by retailers is Rp.5,000. The marketing efficiency in channel I is 2.5 percent and in channel II the marketing efficiency is 2.30 percent.
