Abstract

The new policy initiated by Minister of Education and Culture Nadiem Makarim during his early tenure caused perceptions in all circles of society, especially in the field of education, therefore researchers wanted to raise and find out about the problem at one of the educational institutions located at Ar-Rahman High School Medan Helvetia to find out the views of PAI teachers on the concept of Independent Learning of the Minister of Education and Culture. Merdeka Belajar is the freedom of thought, which starts and ends from the teacher, he invites educational elements to participate in advancing education in Indonesia. This study aims to determine the perception and implementation of teachers about the concept of Independent Learning Minister of Education and Culture Nadiem Makarim in Islamic religious education at Ar-Rahman High School Medan Helvetia.  This research is a type of qualitative research that aims to describe the phenomenon of a condition in the field, Informal this research uses Purposive sampling techniques, and data collection techniques, namely observation, interviews and documentation. The results of this study are: 1) PAI teachers at Ar-Rahman High School Medan Helvetia, have a positive perception of the concept of Merdeka Belajar Mendikbud Nadiem Makarim which is reflected in the willingness to follow existing policies, 2) Making a Learning Implementation Plan (RPP) with the concept of Independent Learning Minister Nadiem Makarim is carried out with steps such as holding a Workshop, 3) The implementation of active learning online is carried out by multiplying interactive learning techniques  and communicative, using learning media.

Abstract

This study aims to determine efforts to improve school culture, inhibiting and supporting factors at MAS Tarbiyah Islamiyah Hamparan Perak, Deli Serdang. The research uses a narrative descriptive qualitative approach. The data sources are (1) primary data, obtained from school principals, teachers/homeroom teachers and students, (2) secondary data, obtained from literature, relevant research, and documents. Data collection by observation, interviews, documentation, and field notes. Data analysis by reducing data, displaying data/presenting data, and verifying/drawing conclusions. The results of the analysis of research data: (1) work programs in an effort to improve school culture: short, medium and long term by applying high dedication, modesty, greeting each other, sincere, mutual cooperation, religious, preserving the environment, cleanliness, tolerance, cooperation, innovate, creative, hospitality, noble character, personality. Efforts to improve school culture at MAS Tarbiyah Islamiyah Hamparan Perak, Deli Serdang have shown significant, accountable results. effective and efficient, (2) Strengthening the behavior and personality, morals and commendable attitudes of students, teachers and stake holders.

Abstract

This research aims to find out the relevance of Jamal Al-Banna's Islamic Legal Thought with Religious Moderation in Indonesia. This research is a doctrinal Islamic legal research using historical approach method (content analysis). The primary data source of this research is Jamal al-Banna's own work, namely Nahwa Fiqh Jadîd and the book Religious Moderation written by the Balitbang Team of the Indonesian Ministry of Religion. This research is also supported by secondary sources in the form of works related to the topic of study. The result of this research is that the Relevance of Jamal Al-Banna's Islamic Legal Thought with Religious Moderation in Indonesia. textually there are 2 (two), namely: justice and tolerance. As for substantially there are also 2 (two), namely: the value of the principle of "convenience" is the same as tawassuṭ and compassion is the same as the principle of equality (musawah/egalitarian).

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi pendekatan dan metode yang digunakan guru akidah akhlak untuk menumbuhkan karakter religius siswa MTs. Mohd Hatta Stabat. Penelitian ini dilakukan secara deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif dan peneliti sebagai instrumen utama pengumpulan data. Peneliti menggunakan berbagai teknik, termasuk observasi, wawancara, dan catatan. Guru menggunakan strategi untuk memberikan model dan contoh kepada siswa. Contoh-contoh tersebut bisa berupa cerita tentang para nabi dan tokoh masa lalu, maupun contoh nyata dalam kehidupan sehari-hari. Penilaian kepribadian religius siswa dilakukan dengan mengamati sikap dan perilakunya dalam kehidupan sehari-hari di sekolah. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa strategi ini efektif membantu meningkatkan etika siswa dan membentuk kepribadian yang sesuai dengan nilai-nilai agama.

Abstract

Model pembelajaran jigsaw yang digunakan berhasil membuat siswa aktif dalam kelas saat belajar. meliputi pertama, guru membagi siswa dalam 5 kelompok setelah itu siswa disuruh memilih ketua kelompok setelah itu setiap ketua kelomppok mengambil soal yang telah di siapkan guru dan setiap kelompok berdiskusi setela selesai salah stu berpindah kekelompok yang lain untuk memahami soal berikutnya, kedua siswa harus berpikir agar bsa menjelaskan apa maksud dari soal yang telah diberikan oleh guru, setelah itu setiap kelompok mempresentasikan hasil yang mereka dapatkan. Faktor pendukung adalah semua faktor yang sifatnya turut mendorong, menyokong, melancarkan, menunjang, membantu, mempercepat dan sebagainya terjadinya sesuatu. Adapun yang dimaksud dengan faktor penghambat adalah semua jenis faktor yang sifatnya menghambat (menjadikan lambat) atau bahkan menghalangi dan menahan terjadinya sesuatu. Selain itu juga siswa di dalam kelompok kurang aktif karena setiap orang yang diutus menjadi kelompok tim ahli hanya berpatokan kepada buku yang mereka pegang, jadi yang terlihat adalah siswa-siswa hanya menghafal dan bukan memahami, sehingga ketika kembali ke kelompok semula, dalam penyampaiannya hanya membacakan buku kembali.Selain adanya faktor pendukung dan penghambat dalam model pembelajaran Jigsaw.
