Abstract

The purpose of this study is to understand the effect of company growth and profitability on firm value with capital structure as a moderating variable in coal mining sub-sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2017-2020 period. This research method is descriptive quantitative. The population in this analysis are 25 coal mining companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The sampling technique chosen was by using a purposive sampling technique so that there were a sample of 22 companies that were in accordance with the established criteria. Analysis of the data used is Moderation Regression Analysis. The results showed, a) Company growth (AGR) has a positive influence on the company value (PBV), which is acceptable, the coefficient is 3.811 and Sig. 0.000 < = 0.05 the result is Significant (positive); b) Profitability (ROA) has a positive influence on Company Value (PBV) which is acceptable, the coefficient is 0.013 and Sig. 0.021 < = 0.05 the result is Significant (positive); c) Capital Structure (DER) moderating the effect of Firm Growth (AGR) on Firm Value (PBV) is unacceptable, the coefficient is 0.030 and Sig. 0.854 > = 0.05 the result is Non Significant (positive); d) Capital Structure (DER) moderating the effect of Profitability (ROA) on Firm Value (PBV) is unacceptable, the coefficient is -0.001 and Sig. 0.814 > = 0.05 the result is Non Significant (negative). In conclusion, company growth and profitability contribute to the value of Indonesian companies. Meanwhile, the capital structure cannot moderate the relationship between firm growth and profitability to firm value. Keywords: Firm Value, Company Growth, Profitability, Capital Structure

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze the value of retail companies on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX). The population in this study are 25 (twenty five) retail companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The sampling technique in this study was carried out by purposive sampling method. So that the final sample obtained was 22 retail sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) for the 2017-2020 period. The data analysis technique used is the classical assumption test and multiple linear regression analysis with the help of the SPSS 25 for windows application. The results of the analysis show that: solvency, profitability, and liquidity contribute to the company value of retail companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) for the 2017-2020 period. Abstract

Pendidikan adalah sesuatu yan penting dalam meningkatkan mutu SDM pada suatu negara untuk mewujudkan bangsa yang maju karena pada hakekatnya pendidikan adalah proses untuk meningkatkan kepribadian diri menjadi pribadi yang berilmu dan berkarakter. Timbulnya permasalahan terhadap kurangnya stimulus terhadap peningkatan siswa sejak dini dalam minat dan bakat serta maraknya kasus kekerasan yang terjadi pada pendidikan Indonesia memunculkan polemik yang berkelanjutan. Pengingikisan rasa solidaritas akibat dari kekerasan dan kurangnya pengetahuan atas minat bakat yang dimiliki berdampak efek samping yang berkepanjangan bagi keberlangsungan ekosistem generasi muda selanjutnya. Oleh sebab itu, perlunya pendampingan dalam menciptakan karakter generasi muda yang dimulai sejak dini untuk memunculkan kesadaran dalam bertindak, berekspresi dan berperilaku dengan proses pendampingan di SDN 011 Bontang Selatan, Kalimantan Timur.

Abstract

Persaingan bisnis yang ketat mewajibkan setiap usaha harus menerapkan strategi dalam pemasaran produk untuk memperoleh keunggulan kompetitif. Salah satu strategi untuk meningkatkan minat beli pada konsumen ialah penerapan branding pada produk. Branding adalah kegiatan untuk menciptakan image pada sebuah produk. UMKM Tape Pak Lan merupakan salah satu UMKM yang berada di dusun Semen Musir Kidul. Meskipun telah berdiri cukup lama, UMKM ini sama sekali belum memiliki logo pada usahanya. Melihat permasalahan tersebut, Kegiatan pengabdian ini bertujuan membuat identitas visual pada UMKM Tape Pak Lan melalui proses branding logo. Pembuatan logo dinilai tepat karena sesuai dengan kondisi usaha yang diperlukan oleh UMKM Tape Pak Lan. Metode yang dilakukan pada pengabdian ini yaitu dimulai dengan melakukan survey pada UMKM Tape Pak Lan dengan melakukan wawancara, analisis kebutuhan usaha, dan penyerahan hasil logo. Hasil dari kegiatan pengabdian ini adalah terdapatnya identitas visual melalui logo untuk kemasan produk tape.

Abstract

Property and real estate is a sector that has an important role in the economy in Indonesia. The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of the variables on profitability, leverage, and market ratio on stock prices in property and real estate companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX). The population of this study are property and real estate companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX), totaling 80 companies. The sampling technique chosen was by using a purposive sampling technique so that a sample of 50 companies was obtained. The data analysis method used is multiple linear regression analysis with the Statistical Package for the Social Sciences (SPSS) program. The results of the study show that a) Profitability has a significant positive effect on stock prices b) Leverage has no significant or negative effect on stock prices c) Market Ratio has a significant positive effect on changes in stock prices. Abstract

Riset ini bertujuan agar mengetahui dampak secara signifikansi profitabilitas, leverage, dan rasio aktivitas terhadap nilai perusahaan. Riset ini dilakukan pada perusahaan infrastruktur, utilitas, dan transportasi yang terdaftar pada Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) periode 2019-2021. Jumlah sampel penelitian ini adalah 50 perusahaan dengan metode purposive sampling yakni populasi diambil sebagai sampel dengan persyaratan tertentu.  Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan teknik dokumentasi, dimana teknik tersebut adalah salah satu metode pengumpulan data dengan melihat,analisis dan mengkaji dokumen laporan keuangan tahunan yang tertera pada website www.idx .co.id. Berdasarkan hasil analisa ditemukan bahwa profitabilitas, rasio aktivitas berpengaruh positif relevan terhadap nilai perusahaan, untuk leverage berpengaruh negatif relevan terhadap nilai perusahaan.

Abstract

Strict business competition requires that each business must implement a strategy in product marketing to gain competitive advantage. One of the strategies to increase purchasing interest in consumers is the application of branding to products. Branding is the activity of creating images on a product. MSMEs Tape Pak Lan is one of the MSMEs located in Semen Musir Kidul hamlet. Although it has been standing for quite a long time, this MSMMEs do not have a logo on their business at all. Looking at the problem, this devotion activity aims to create a visual identity on MSMMEs Tape Pak Lan through the logo branding process. The creation of the logo is considered appropriate because it is in accordance with the business conditions required by MSMM Tape Pak Lan. The method carried out in this service is to start by conducting a survey on MSMEs Tape Pak Lan by conducting interviews, analysis of business needs, and submission of logo results. The result of this devotion is the existence of a visual identity through the logo for tape product packaging.

Abstract

Bendogerit Village is one of the villages in the Sananwetan sub-district, Blitar City. In its development, UMKM experience problems in introducing these businesses to the wider community. The 30 KKN-Thematic group students in this case took the initiative to provide assistance to one UMKM that had just been established, namely the UMKM Sari Buah Maja. Branding assistance in the form of making logo and packaging designs to build a brand image, creating social media as a forum for these UMKM actors to market their products, creating content to attract consumer interest, and providing counseling regarding the importance of building a brand image for the products or services to be offered . Marketing activity assistance activities for UMKMs are very effective in increasing UMKM business capabilities. Assistance in building product branding makes the UMKM development process easier and UMKMs more confident in doing so.

Abstract

Recording of financial reports is a form of bookkeeping both manually and digitally for all financial activities in every business that is being carried out. Bookkeeping is the recording of financial transactions carried out during the business. Recording of financial reports is very important for MSME actors. One of the benefits of recording financial statements through simple bookkeeping for MSMEs is being able to find out the progress of the business or business being run so that they can control the costs incurred in operating the business and can find out the profit or loss earned while the business is running. The method used in this activity is the counseling method which is contained in socialization activities regarding procedures for recording financial reports through simple bookkeeping for MSMEs. The result of this activity is to provide new insights and knowledge for MSME actors in the Blitar Village regarding the importance of recording financial reports through simple bookkeeping and the stages in carrying out simple bookkeeping. After holding this socialization activity, it is hoped that it can provide benefits for MSME actors in the Blitar Village to make financial recording reports so that they can minimize losses in the businesses they run.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the effect of product quality on customer satisfaction in Asik Creative, Gresik, East Java. This research method uses quantitative research with the independent variable being product quality and the dependent variable being customer satisfaction. In this research, data was collected using questionnaires. The population in this research are clients of Asik Creative. The number of samples taken was 50 respondents. This research uses the SEM PLS method to conduct quantitative analysis. Each indicator is tested for validity and reliability, then continued with the coefficient of determination test, and continued with hypothesis testing using the t-test. This research produces a statement that product quality dimensions such as performance, features, reliability, conformity to specifications, durability, aesthetics, and impression of quality have a significant influence on customer satisfaction.
