Abstract

The observation and field notes on the process found that teachers lack guiding when students recognize and choose poetry to serve as a model. Teachers allow students to work on their own without direction and guidance. While there are some students who are not responsive, even tend to disregard the instructions and activities of the group. In general, they cleave to the work of a friend in the group. They do a lot of sideline activities that are not directly related to the teaching activities. For example, they talked about other things outside activities related to the manufacture of poetry. Meanwhile, when students do activities drafted more poetry teacher sitting at the teacher’s desk, students are left to work alone with a variety of problems and difficulties. From the results of the students’ learning achievement in writing poetry can be quite promising results. That is, the score obtained by the student assessment is not too bad, but it also cannot be said to be good. Average value at each grade range is 55% to 68%. Abstract

Ideas for starting a business or business begins with observing the environment. Usually new ideas emerge as a result of the process of one's interaction with the environment. Therefore the choice of environment and form of business must be observed carefully. Here an entrepreneur must be observant in assessing and handling various problems and opportunities that arise in the environment. For example, there are two prospective entrepreneurs coming to a community somewhere. These two people found the same fact that everyone in the community did not wear shoes or sandals. After studying and identifying the cause, prospective entrepreneur A concludes there is no point in starting a shoe business here because A believes that the behavior of people who are not shoes or sandals are ingrained and cannot be changed.Keywords:  Ideas, Observing, Forms of Business

Abstract

Kemampuan manajemen tata kelola dan pelayanan prima atau biasa disebut Service Excellent (SE) adalah hal yang sangat penting untuk diterapkan dalam suatu organisasi, terlebih organisasi ini merupakan pelayan publik atau masyarakat, tak urung halnya dengan Kantor Desa Tamansari, Ciapus, Bogor. Pengetahuan dan kemampuan tersebut sangat diperlukan sebagai penunjang kinerja pelayanan publik di Kantor Desa setempat. Pelayanan prima dimaksud adalah pelayanan yang mudah, cepat, dan cermat sehingga masyarakat dapat nyaman dalam berinteraksi. Untuk mendapatkan pemahaman keilmuan tentang hal itu diperlukan adanya pembinaan dan pendampingan dalam mempelajarinya. Untuk itu maka dibuatlah Bimbingan Teknis yang bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pemahaman keilmuan dan keterampilan khususnya tentang manajemen tata kelola dan pelayanan prima bagi Aparatur Desa Tamansari. Bimbingan teknis ini dilakukan dalam bentuk bimbingan teknis berkaitan dengan manajemen tata kelola dan pelayanan prima. Kegiatan tersebut dilakukan di Kantor Desa Tamansari dan diikuti oleh seluruh Aparatur Desa Tamansari, Ciapus, Bogor.

Abstract

Abstract The purpose of this study is to ascertain if the basic credit interest rate (SBDK) for corporate credit in banking businesses listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2018–2021 is influenced by the TPF composition, the BI-7 Day Reverse Repo Rate (BI Rate), and the size of the company. This study employed secondary data for its data collection. Publications representing the completed version of the data are acquired. Regression coefficient research indicates that the factors related to current accounts and business size are negative, but the variables related to savings, deposits, and BI Rate are positive. Joint hypothesis testing results indicate that the basic credit interest rate is influenced by the size of the company, the BI Rate, and the makeup of third-party funds. The basic credit interest rate is influenced by the BI Rate and company size, but not by the makeup of third-party funds. The value of R square is 0.271. This demonstrates how the BI Rate, the size of the company, and the makeup of third-party funds affect the basic credit interest rate by 27.1%, with other factors influencing the remaining amount. Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah komposisi DPK, BI-7 Day Reverse Repo Rate (BI Rate), dan ukuran perusahaan berpengaruh terhadap suku bunga dasar kredit (SBDK) kredit korporasi pada perusahaan perbankan yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia. pada tahun 2018 – 2021. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data sekunder. Data yang diperoleh sudah dalam bentuk jadi berupa publikasi. Hasil penelitian koefisien regresi variabel transaksi berjalan dan ukuran perusahaan bernilai negatif, sedangkan variabel tabungan, deposito dan BI Rate bernilai positif. Hasil pengujian hipotesis bersama menunjukkan bahwa komposisi dana pihak ketiga, BI Rate, dan ukuran perusahaan berpengaruh terhadap suku bunga dasar kredit. Secara parsial BI Rate dan ukuran perusahaan berpengaruh terhadap suku bunga dasar kredit, sedangkan komposisi dana pihak ketiga tidak berpengaruh. Nilai R square sebesar 0,271. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa komposisi dana pihak ketiga, BI Rate, dan ukuran perusahaan berpengaruh terhadap suku bunga dasar kredit sebesar 27,1% sedangkan sisanya dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain.

Abstract

Abstract The purpose of the study is to investigate how firm size and gender diversity affect financial performance. Return on Assets (ROA) is used to evaluate financial performance, total assets is used to measure firm size, and the ratio of female board members to male board members indicates gender diversity within the board of directors. The firms included in the LQ45 index and listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) between 2018 and 2022 make up the study population. With 45 firms monitored over a five-year period, 100 company-year observations make up the sample size. To examine the data, multiple linear regression analysis was done. The study's conclusions show that there is no discernible individual impact of gender diversity on financial performance within the board of directors. Keywords: Board directors gender diversity, firm size and financial performance Abstrak Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menguji dampak gender dan ukuran perusahaan terhadap kinerja keuangan. Keberagaman gender di tempat kerja diukur dengan membagi jumlah pekerja perempuan dengan jumlah seluruh pekerja di tempat kerja, mengukur ukuran perusahaan dengan volume neraca, dan mengukur efisiensi ekonomi dengan laba atas aset (ROA). Besar sampel penelitian ini adalah daftar perusahaan dalam indeks LQ45 yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) tahun 2018–2022. Besar sampel terdiri dari 45 perusahaan dengan rentang pengamatan lima tahun dan 100 sampel. Untuk menganalisis data dilakukan analisis regresi garis berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa keberagaman gender dewan direksi tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap partisipasi kinerja keuangan, ukuran organisasi mempunyai pengaruh signifikan terhadap partisipasi angkatan kerja. Sementara itu, perbedaan usia dan gender di tempat kerja tidak mempengaruhi kinerja keuangan perusahaan. Kata Kunci: Keberagaman gender dewan direksi, ukuran perusahaan dan kinerja keuangan

Abstract

Manajemen operasional adalah cabang dari manajemen yang berkaitan dengan desain, pengelolaan, dan pengendalian proses operasional dalam suatu organisasi. Ini mencakup berbagai kegiatan seperti pengadaan, produksi, distribusi, dan layanan pelanggan. Teknologi informasi (TI) memainkan peran penting dalam mendukung manajemen operasional karena banyaknya proses operasional yang dapat ditingkatkan melalui penerapan sistem dan aplikasi TI. Sebagai suatu institusi pendidikan maka IBI Kosgoro 1957 maka pengelola terkait pengadaan ATK bagian penting dari manajemen operasional perusahaan, dan biaya yang terkait dengan pengadaan ATK memiliki dampak yang signifikan dalam pengelolaan keuangan dan operasional perusahaan. Dengan memperhatikan dan mengelola beban biaya pengadaan ATK dengan cermat, manajemen operasional dapat memastikan kelancaran operasi sehari-hari, mengendalikan biaya. Hasil penelitian ini adalah Aplikasi Sistem Manajemen Operasional Dalam Proses Pengadaan ATK pada kampus IBI Kosgoro 1957 yang dapat memberikan kemudahan, kecepatan dan pengendalian proses tersebut.

Abstract

The objective of this study is to investigate the impact of the adoption of green accounting practices on the valuation of firms, specifically by analyzing its influence on profitability. This study assesses green accounting through the utilization of two sub-variables: environmental performance, which is evaluated based on the PROPER rating, and disclosure of environmental costs, which is measured using a dummy variable. Additionally, profitability is evaluated by means of Return on Assets (ROA), while company value is determined using Tobin's Q. The research methodology employed in this study is a quantitative approach utilizing an associative research design. The sample for this research comprises non-financial firms that are publicly listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) during the period from 2016 to 2020. The findings indicate that there was only a partial impact of environmental performance and disclosure of environmental costs on profitability. The environmental performance and disclosure of environmental costs have a partial impact on the valuation of firms. The impact of profitability on firm value is limited. There is no discernible impact on firm value through profitability as a result of environmental performance and the disclosure of environmental costs.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the community's response to the practice of cultural da'wah by Dai Muhammadiyah in Palembang City. The research approach used is qualitative, descriptive-exploratory. The informants were community leaders, religious leaders, Muhammadiyah members and Muhammadiyah leaders. Data collection methods use observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation. This research concludes that first, the concept of cultural da'wah from Muhammadiyah's perspective is none other than that Muhammadiyah uses culture as a medium for da'wah, thus the concept of cultural da'wah is based on: a) friendly, b) polite, c) courteous, d) civilized, e) tolerance, f) not hate, g) educate, and h) help. Second, the implementation of Dai Muhammadiyah's cultural da'wah is principally through existing local cultural forms such as kenduri culture, thanksgiving, recitation in the community, Islamic holidays, nasyid art, the art of reading the Koran, calligraphy, martial arts, and the art of archery. Third, the public's response to the cultural da'wah practices carried out by Dai Muhammadiyah, both from community leaders, religious leaders, Muhammadiyah residents and Muhammadiyah leaders, on average they responded quite well because Dai Muhammadiyah when giving his lectures did not touch on furu'iyah issues, did not demean the congregation and seeks to educate society and Dai Muhammadiyah gives lectures based on arguments and rationality. And fourth, the reason for acceptance is because Dai Muhammadiyah is rational in the material presented, it is also based on propositions and there is rhetoric, on average the material presented is actual. For those who reject it on the grounds that if culture and religion are mixed, they are worried that syncretism will occur because preaching is firm, straightforward and clearly does not need to compromise with the culture of society, saying that what is right is right and what is false is false.
