Abstract

Ideas for starting a business or business begins with observing the environment. Usually new ideas emerge as a result of the process of one's interaction with the environment. Therefore the choice of environment and form of business must be observed carefully. Here an entrepreneur must be observant in assessing and handling various problems and opportunities that arise in the environment. For example, there are two prospective entrepreneurs coming to a community somewhere. These two people found the same fact that everyone in the community did not wear shoes or sandals. After studying and identifying the cause, prospective entrepreneur A concludes there is no point in starting a shoe business here because A believes that the behavior of people who are not shoes or sandals are ingrained and cannot be changed.Keywords:  Ideas, Observing, Forms of Business

Abstract

The research objection are to obtain information about the relationship between the young generation lifestyle that related to the domestic food and beverage products consumption  (case of warteg).  The research methods was  descriptive method with 100 samples. The data analyzed by mutlivariance analysis with structural equation modeling.  The developed research model 70.7 percent is represented by exogenous variables.  Consumption motives in the form of economic and social motives that developed in the young generation, the pleasant experiences of domestic food products consumption, the consumers' perceptions about ethnocentrism and consumer attitudes that appreciate the domestic product are influencing factors for “love domestic product “ lifestyle among the young generation.

Abstract

This research was conducted to combine the potential ecological conditions with the business model of Taman Nasional Gunung Gede Pangrango (TNGGP). Objectives: The goal of this research is to recomend the ecotourism bussiness strategy that combines with principles of sustainable development in the TNGGP.  The research design was descriptive and analyzed by SWOT analysis. The recomended business strategies are strictly guardhouse supervision, for climbers are not allowed to cut, burn, move ar damage the natural beauty of TNGGP enviroment, vandalism and littering prohibited, camp in predetermined place and oriented  the visitor how do ecotourism properly and correctly. The strategy can be applied with maximize the efforts to prevent the natural ecology and aesthetics damage,  reduce water pollution around TNGGP, improve visitor behavior and their awareness not to damage the TNGGP area,  enhance the role of communities around TNGGP in order to improve community welfare.

Abstract

This program objection for assisting the government's efforts to reduce the plastics using in Indonesia, especially in South Jakarta. The expected benefit of the activity is the increasing of enviromental care insight by suppressing the plastic wrap using for small business unit in the Betawi Cultural Tourism Setu Babakan Village South Jakarta. The activity was counseling and discussion. The target audience was small and micro business units. The programme results are 92 percent of participants will suppress the use of plastic as a wrapper and 8 percent still do not have the desire to suppress the use of plastic wrap. 92 percent of them will try to apply the green marketing concept and there are still 8 percent who do not want to apply this concept. Ninety seven percent of participants stated that this activity provided benefits and increased understanding of reducing plastics using and the concept of green marketing.

Abstract

The Application of Entrepreneurial Concept Development Model For Student in Elementary School Number 11 Lenteng Agung, South Jakarta. The program objection embeded the entrepreneurial concept among elementary school students.The nature of the activity is the pioneering program. The programme was developed by a counseling activity using the playing and question/answer method. The program consists of seven main stages which are implemented by the storytelling method to students. The first stage explained the concept of the entrepreneurial profession, the second stage focused on increasing motivation to become a suscessfull entrepreneur, the third stage is focused on finding business ideas, the fourth stage is teached that getting capital is easy, the fifth stage focused to how to start production, the sixth stage is focused on managing marketing, and the seventh stage focused on the introduction of simple accounting and tax concepts. The advantage of these program was measured by changes of student aspiration. At the beginning, the students who want to become entrepreneurs are zero percent. At the end of the program, the number of students who wanted to become entrepreneurs increased to twenty percent.

Abstract

Siswa sekolah merupakan generasi penerus bangsa yang perlu dijaga, ditingkatkan dan dilindungi kesehatannya. meningkatkan pengetahuan tentang Perilaku Hidup Bersih dan Sehat Kegiatan program pengabdian masyarakat iini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kemandirian tentang kesadaran akan kebersihan dan kesehatan lingkungan bagi setiap peserta didik, guru, dan masyarakat lingkungan sekolah. Manfaat dari kegiatan yang diharapkan adalah meningkatkan kesehatan karena tidak mudah sakit, meningkatkan produktivitas belajar serta menciptakan lingkungan sekolah yang sehat yang dapat menjadi contoh perilaku hidup bersih dan sehat yang diterapkan oleh sekolah di kehidupan sehari-hari. Kegiatan ini dilaksanakan selama enam hari yang dimulai pada 8 januari 2020 hingga 13 januari 2020 yang berlokasi di Sekolah Dasar Negeri 11 Lenteng Agung yang terletak di Jalan Lenteng Agung Gang Waspada II, RT.12/RW.5, Lenteng Agung, Kec. Jagakarsa, Kota Jakarta Selatan, Daerah Khusus Ibukota Jakarta. Terdapat empat kegiatan yang dilakukan yaitu mencuci tangan dengan sabun dan air mengalir; berolahraga teratur; membuang sampah ke tempat sampah yang terpilah; danmemakai pakaian yang rapi dan bersih. Kemanfaatan program dapat diukur dengan perubahan sikap siswa yang mengindikasikan bahwa kepedulian siswa sekolah kini sudah dapat terlihat dapat menjadi kebiasaan baik bersama.

Abstract

Indonesia is a cocoa producer with potential to be developed. Cocoa that has been industrially processed into cocoa powder, dark chocolate and others. Chocolate-based cake business is very suitable to be developed because the raw materials are easy to obtain. In addition to the potential available raw materials, cocoa also contains good nutrition for the growth of the human body. The purpose of the training is to increase knowledge about entrepreneurship, improve welfare and improve nutrition for the community considering the current condition of the country which is being affected by the COVID-19 virus outbreak. The participants were attended by 20 people who were going to start a new cake business, especially cakes made from chocolate. The training material consists of theory and practice of making chocolate-based cakes. The results obtained from the technical guidance of this training are that the community has knowledge about the establishment of new businesses, especially the delicious, nutritious and hygienic chocolate cake business. All participants who take part in the training are willing to establish a new entrepreneur of chocolate-based cakes, either individually or in groups.

Abstract

Wirausaha merupakan penciptaan nilai baru untuk memperoleh nilai tambah. Kreatifitas dalam wirausaha tentutnya membutuhkan skill ilmu pengetahuan melalui pengalaman dan pelatihan. Trainer of Trainer (TOT) sangat tepat diikuti oleh calon wirausaha dan wirausahawan untuk pengembangan usaha yang akan dijalankan nantinya. Bubuk kakao dibuat dengan cara fermantasi biji kakao yang diolah dengan pemisahan lemak cokelat. Hingga saat ini kakao terkenal perannya dalam memproduksi kue bahan dasar cokelat. Hasil penelitian menemukan manfaat bubuk kakao untuk kesehatan tubuh seseorang. Cokelat merupakan makanan yang disukai dari anak-anak, remaja, dewasa dan orang tua. Cokelat mempunyai kandungan gizi yang cukup baik untuk pertmbuhan tubuh. Jiwa wirausaha pada seseorang biasanya didapat dari turun temurun dari orang tua pindah ke anak. Demikian pula jiwa wirausaha dapat pula diperoleh dari bangku pendidikan mulai dari Sekolah dasar hingga Perguruan Tinggi. Ada dua faktor yang turut memegang peranan penting terhadap perkembangan dan pengaruh wirausahawan yaitu faktor internal dan eksternal. Faktor internal adalah kecakapan pribadi, kemampuan mengelola sumber daya yang ada, kemampuan menajerial yang handal dan komunikatif dengan mitra. Kecakapan pribadi seseorang terdiri tiga unsur di antaranya jujur, pekerja ulet dan memiliki motivasi yang tinggi. Sedangkan faktor eksternal terdiri kerabat, teman dan lingkungan. Kecakapan sosial yang dimiliki seseorang dalam menangani kerjasama dengan orang lain di antaranya pengertian dan saling mendukung dalam segala hal yang bermanfaat dan baik. Demikian pula pembinaan terhadap Sumber Daya Manusia wirausahawan kue berbahan dasar cokelat sangat penting dilakukan untuk peningkatan soft skill. Supaya dapat memperoleh hasil usaha yang sangat memuaskan sehingga dapat menghasilkan frofit usaha sesuai yang telah ditargetkan.

Abstract

The purpose of this activity was to improve the competence of elementary school teachers related to the renewal of the entrepreneurial profession through the approach of student aspirations.This community service activity was implemented in collaboration between IBI Kosgoro 1957 Republic of Indonesia, Shinhan University Republic of Korea and SDN 11 Lenteng Agung Republic of Indonesia. The method of service activities consists of counselling and discussion activities. he programme had a good effect. It turned out that 22 per cent of students changed their aspirations to become entrepreneurs.The change of aspiration indicated the effect of the programme implementation.Based on the analysis of the teacher response questionnaire on the usefulness of the programme, one hundred percent stated that this service activity increased their knowledge. The success of the programme was driven by the open attitude of primary school teachers and students and the participation of all partners who were very supportive of the programme implementation.

Abstract

Salah satu tantangan pengembangan sumber daya manusia di pendidikan tinggi di Indonesia adalah kualitas sumber daya manusia dan kesejahteraannya. Penelitian ini memiliki tiga tujuan. Tujuan pertama adalah mengkonfirmasi hubungan antara quality of work life (QWL) terhadap kinerja karyawan perguruan tinggi di Jakarta, tujuan kedua adalah mengkonfirmasi hubungan antara organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) terhadap kinerja karyawan perguruan tinggi di Jakarta, dan tujuan ketiga adalah mengkonfirmasi hubungan antara quality of work life (QWL) terhadap kinerja karyawan perguruan tinggi di Jakarta yang dimediasi oleh organizational citizenship behavior (OCB). Penelitian dilakukan di wilayah DKI Jakarta dan dilakukan selama 6 bulan dari Februari 2022 hingga Juli 2022. Metode yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kuantitatif dengan analisis struktural. Sampel penelitian adalah staf dan dosen di 3 perguruan tinggi di DKI Jakarta, yaitu ISTN, IBI Kosgoro 1957 dan IKJ dengan jumlah responden sebanyak 73 orang. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa variabel quality of work life (QWL) tidak berpengaruh secara langsung terhadap kinerja karyawan perguruan tinggi di Jakarta. Terdapat hubungan langsung antara organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) terhadap kinerja karyawan perguruan tinggi di Jakarta. Variabel quality of work life (QWL) berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan perguruan tinggi di Jakarta dengan mediasi variabel organizational citizenship behavior (OCB).
