Abstract

Sumbawa Island is included in the Thousand Cow Village program because it has a high potential of cattle reaching more than 738,000 heads in 2020. However, the limited number of quality cattle feed producers in Sumbawa causes local farmers to rely heavily on expensive commercial feed. Alternative uses of forage and fresh grass are also commonly used, but they have the potential to pose a serious threat to the health of the digestive tract of cattle and become the largest contributor to methane gas in the atmosphere. The “SeafeedTM” innovation, is a functional feed product for ruminant livestock made from local Sumbawa sea lettuce from the Ulva lactuca species, a species of green algae with high nutrition which is very abundant in the northern waters of Sumbawa Island and its potential has not been utilized optimally. The protein content which reaches 14% and soluble fiber >45% in Ulva lactuca sea lettuce makes this species a very prospective candidate to be used as a high-quality feed source. The ingredients used are sea celery (Ulva lactuca), bran, premix-porbiotic & prebotik, and molasses. A simple method of manufacture with a mixed composition, namely 10% sea cress, premix-probiotics & prebiotics, 30% molasses and 60% bran. Seafeed is an innovative ruminant feed made from local seaweed from Sumbawa which has complete nutritional content to support the growth of livestock. The content of probiotics, prebiotics, and postbiotics makes this product into the category of functional feed that functions to increase immunity in livestock. It is hoped that this product can be developed commercially to support the ability of farmers on Sumbawa Island to utilize local biological natural resources as feed ingredients so that dependence on commercial feed supplies can be reduced.

Abstract

Buffalo (Bubalus bubalis) is one of the large ruminants that have an important contribution in the development of national livestock. Local buffalo has its own advantages to be developed because it can survive on low-quality feed, is tolerant of tropical parasites and its existence has been integrated with the life of farmers in rural areas. The research has been carried out for 8 months starting from July 16, 2015 to March 16, 2016, with an allocation of 240 days of data collection in the field to determine the BCS performance of male and female mud buffaloes fed corn waste extensively in Dompu Regency, NTB. The observed variable was the performance of BCS Buffalo Mud (Swamp Buffalo) male and female given extensive corn waste feed in Dompu Regency, West Nusa Tenggara. The results showed that in the age group of 7-12 months, there was a significant difference (p<0.05) between BCS of female buffalo in Dompu (4.80±0.45) compared to BCS of female buffalo in Manggelewa (4.10±0.66). However, in the age group 7-12 months, the BCS of male buffalo Doro Ncanga in Manggelewa (4.31±0.66) was greater (p<0.05) than the BCS of buffalo in Kempo (4.19±0.75) and Dompu (3.58±0.76).

Abstract

Abstrak: Penelitian mengenai sistem Boarding School untuk pengembangan karakter siswa di SMK Rahmatan Lil’Alamin. Dengan menggunakan metode ini, guru dan murid / siswa bertempat tinggal bersama-sama selama 24 Jam, dengan tujuan untuk mengembangkan karakter siswa selama berada dalam satu tempat bersam guru. Menggunakan sistem Boarding ini untuk mengetahui bagaimana pelaksanaanya serta unuk mengetahui perubahan prilaku peserta didik dengan menggunakan sistem Boarding School. Metode yang gunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kualitaif, adapun teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah Observasi, Wawancara atau Interview serta Dokumentasi. Untuk memperoleh dari hasil wawancara diperlukan analisis data secara kualitatif terdiri dari yakni Reduksi Data, Penyajian Data serta Verifikasi atau kesimpulan. Adapun subyek penelitiannya adalah siswa SMK Rahmatan Lil’Alamin Alas Barat Kabupaten Sumbawa semester ganjil tahun pelajaran 2022/2023. Pengembnagan karakter siswa terlihat setelah dilakukanuya sistem Boarding ini dengan adanya rasa tanggung jawab siswa terhadap tugas yang diberikan oleh guru, rasa saling membantu, saling menghargai dan terlebih adanya kebersamaan dalam setiap kegiatan seperti sholat berjamaah tepat waktu, sholat dhuha sebelum melakukan rutinitas serta adanya rasa nasionalismeAbstract:  Research on the Boarding School system for developing student character at Rahmatan Lil'Alamin Vocational School. By using this method, teachers and students live together for 24 hours, with the aim of developing student character while in the same place with the teacher. Using this Boarding system to find out how it is implemented and to find out changes in student behavior using the Boarding School system. The method used in this study is a qualitative method, while the data collection technique used is observation, interview or interview and documentation. To obtain the results of the interviews, it is necessary to analyze the data qualitatively, consisting of data reduction, data presentation and verification or conclusions. The research subjects were students of SMK Rahmatan Lil'Alamin Alas Barat, Sumbawa Regency, odd semester of the 2022/2023 academic year. The development of student character can be seen after carrying out this boarding system with a sense of student responsibility for the tasks given by the teacher, a sense of mutual assistance, mutual respect and especially the presence of togetherness in every activity such as congregational prayers on time, dhuha prayers before carrying out routines and a sense of nationalism

Abstract

The aims of this research are; 1) To identify the level of community compliance with regional regulations implemented by the Civil Service Police Unit Service, 2) To determine the public's perception of the operations of the Civil Service Police Unit Service in upholding order in the community. This research is a qualitative descriptive study. Data collection techniques use interviews, observation and documentation. Data were analyzed using a qualitative analysis approach. Based on the data obtained, the research results show; 1) The level of community compliance is quite good in complying with regional regulations. The community is always enthusiastic about participating in socialization and campaigns for regional regulations carried out by the civil service police unit. The public in general appears to comply with various regulations that have been implemented by this agency, both in terms of environmental management, public order and other regulations. 2) Public perception of the civil service police unit in carrying out its duties and responsibilities; They always prioritize a sense of justice and respond quickly to every problem reported by the public. The Civil Service Police Unit (Satpol PP) is committed to acting fairly and proportionally in upholding order in the community.
