Abstract

This study aims to produce an application prototype that utilizes mobile technology for family-based TB treatment in the Perkesmas effort. The method used is the SDLC approach with the PRISM framework model to identify problems with organizational, technical and behavioral factors that are all interrelated. The results showed that Puskesmas M and A nurses assessed a medium to high scale for the prototype utilization factor. The prototype can provide data on screening TB suspects in the family, monitoring the progress of TB treatment, medication adherence and re-control, and helpful information for TB research. In conclusion, the prototype produced can generally be accepted by Puskesmas nurses, especially in terms of the format and data variables provided. Abstract

The regulation of Nursing Practice increasingly encourages nurses to carry out independent practice legally. 447 practitioners in mid-2021 provide health care in Lampung, but there is no data about services available. This study aims to get an overview of the health problems served by practitioners. The research was held with a descriptive design. Data was collected by internet through a consecutive sampling of the population and gaining a sample of as many as 178 respondents. They were obtained and spread over 227 sub-districts throughout Lampung Province. The data is processed through cleaning and editing stages, equating terms, and then calculating the frequency. The results showed most cases are respiratory tract disorders (infections) with 167 cases. But non-communicable health problems become dominant such as gastrointestinal disorders and hypertension. Suggestions are given to professional organizations related to problem management in interprofessional collaboration, forming clinical pathways, and planning to increase understanding and application of standard diagnoses, outcomes, and interventions with a uniform nursing language in Indonesia.

Abstract

This study aims to produce paper-based forms that meet the needs of nurses in home care. The method is development research referring to the concept of the Technology Acceptance Model. The results of the analysis show the nurse's belief in the form: believes and feels its usefulness, thinks and feels the ease of use, has a positive attitude towards the form as evidenced by the appreciation conveyed, socialization and advocacy plans to professional organizations, great interest in using it in practice and actual positive behavior demonstrated by multiplying the forms, applying them in practice and using them at the puskesmas home visits. Practitioners expect improvements in column size, increased nursing care content, and standardization. In conclusion, the forms produced in this study can be accepted by independent practice nurses, are ready to be applied, and can be adapted into electronic systems. Nurses have felt its usefulness and ease of use and have continuously proven its use in practice. Keywords: Documentation, Forms, Acceptance, Independent Nursing Practice
