Abstract

Recording of business finances is very necessary in running a business. By not having a business financial record, you cannot know the profits or losses obtained. In addition, they cannot make good financial planning. Based on the results of interviews, it was found that most of the business actors did not understand how to record sales reports, were unable to calculate daily, weekly or monthly profits. Sales reports were not recorded in a consistent and structured manner. In addition, problems in the effectiveness of the use of raw materials, there is no solution for processing raw materials (bananas) that are too ripe other than being thrown away, causing waste.

Abstract

One way to produce good employee performance is to have adequate intellectual intelligence. Employee performance is influenced by ability. Ability is not only about knowledge but also skills. Ability in the form of knowledge can be formed through education and experience, while skills are formed from exercises. One of the skills that employees can manage themselves is emotional intelligence. EmotOne way to produce good employee performance is to have adequate intellectual intelligence. Employee performance is influenced by ability. Ability is not only about knowledge but also skills. Ability in the form of knowledge can be formed through education and experience, while skills are formed from exercises. One of the skills that employees can manage themselves is emotional intelligence. Emotional intelligence can help someone in using their cognitive abilities (knowledge) according to their maximum potential. Emotional intelligence needs to be developed in order to have a positive impact on improving employee performance. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of intellectual intelligence and emotional intelligence on employee performance either partially or simultaneously. The sample in this study were graduates of the Manado State Polytechnic Department of Business Administration which collected 114 respondent. The sampling technique used convenience sampling and data analysis with multiple regression using SPSS. The results showed that there was a significant influence between intellectual intelligence on employee performance and emotional intelligence on employee performance partially. In addition, intellectual intelligence and emotional intelligence simultaneously affect employee performanceional intelligence can help someone in using their cognitive abilities (knowledge) according to their maximum potential. Abstract

Empowerment is one of the development approaches in improving people's welfare. Economic empowerment through community service activities in the PKK group in Malalayang Dua subdistrict aims to motivate them to be creative in using materials that are no longer useful, especially banana peels to make crackers. Bananas are a fruit that has many benefits. Banana peels also contain sufficient nutritional content and also serotonin which is very vital for balancing mood. Through this community service activity, the Malalayang Dua Village PKK group will receive training on making crackers from banana peels so that unused banana peel waste can be reused and will have selling value if it continues to be developed. The aim of this activity is to provide an understanding of the use of banana peel waste into products that have value through training in making crackers using banana peel as the raw material.
