Abstract

ABSTRACT One of the factors that affect work discipline is because the organizational culture applied in the Civil Service Police Unit of Musi Banyuasin Regency is still relatively minimal so that the work discipline of the employees can be doubted, this has an impact on the performance of the employees in the Civil Service Police Unit of Musi Banyuasin Regency. This study uses quantitative methods, the technique used is observation, questionnaires and using the SPSS version 23 program. Results 1) Organizational Culture (X1) is 0.048 <0.05. Then it can be stated that the value of tcount is greater than ttable (2,006 > 1,984). Then H0 is rejected and H1 is accepted. So that the hypothesis which reads that there is an influence of Organizational Culture on employee performance is partially acceptable. 2) Work Discipline Variable (X2) has a positive and significant effect on employee performance (Y) at the Civil Service Police Unit (Satpol PP) Musi Banyuasin Regency. This can be seen that the significant value of Work Discipline is 0.000 <0.05. This shows that the value of tcount is greater than ttable (3.628>1.984), then H0 is rejected and H2 is accepted. So that the hypothesis which reads that there is an effect of Work Discipline on employee performance is partially acceptable. Keywords : Organizational Culture, Work Discipline, Performance  ABSTRAK Salah satu faktor yang mempengaruhi disiplin kerja dikarenakan budaya organisasi yang diterapkan di Satuan Polisi Pamong Praja Kabupaten Musi Banyuasin  masih terbilang minim sehingga disiplin kerja para pegawai dapat diragukan, hal ini berdampak terhadap kinerja para pegawai yang ada di Satuan Polisi Pamong Praja Kabupaten Musi Banyuasin. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif, teknik yang digunakan observasi, kuesioner dan menggunakan program SPSS versi 23. Hasil 1) Budaya Organisasi (X1) sebesar 0,048 < 0,05. Maka dapat dinyatakan bahwa nilai thitung lebih besar dari ttabel (2,006 > 1,984). Maka H0 ditolak dan H1 diterima. Sehingga hipotesis yang berbunyi terdapat pengaruh Budaya Organisasi terhadap kinerja pegawai secara parsial dapat diterima. 2) Variabel Disiplin Kerja (X2) berpengaruh secara positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai (Y) pada Satuan Polisi Pamong Praja (Satpol PP) Kabupaten Musi Banyuasin. Hal ini terlihat nilai signifikan dari Disiplin Kerja 0,000<0,05. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa nilai thitung  lebih besar dari ttabel (3,628>1,984), maka H0 ditolak dan H2 diterima. Sehingga hipotesis yang berbunyi terdapat pengaruh Disiplin Kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai secara parsial dapat diterima. Kata Kunci : Budaya Organisasi, Disiplin Kerja, Kinerja

Abstract

This study discusses the evaluation of political communication between the political elite and the community in 9 Ilir Village, Ilir Timur III District, Palembang City. In this study, the approach used is a qualitative approach, with 6 informants. This research was conducted in 9 Ilir Village, Ilir Timur III District, Palembang City. Data collection techniques using observation techniques, interviews and documentation. The data analysis technique used interactive analysis with steps of data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results showed that the evaluation of political communication between political elites and the community in 9 Ilir Village, Ilir Timur III District, Palembang City so far has gone well, this can be seen from the political communication process of the political elite, in simple terms, the communication process consists of several elements, namely: Communicate as a giver of information; Information, data, facts, or opinions as the message conveyed; and Communicators as recipients of information. In addition, communication will require media or means in the process of delivering information from the communicant to the communicator. After the delivery of information occurs, then there will be reciprocity of the communication process. Likewise, in political communication, in the process there is an exchange of political information from the communicant to the communicator.
