Abstract

The background of this research is that in Minangkabau, boys and girls must be good at reading the Koran. This is marked by the khatam of the Qur'an and the awarding of customary titles. but the granting of the customary title violates the general provisions. conception according to adat in Minangkabau. So the purpose of this research is to find out the process of giving customary titles to children, knowing the differences and the history of giving traditional titles to children khatam Al-Quran in Minangkabau. This research includes field research by gathering information through observation, in-depth interviews with predetermined informants. From the results of research on giving customary titles to children who graduate from the Qur'an by deliberation between mamak and bako. the title is announced or before or after the khatam qur'an celebration. the privilege of giving customary titles to them is to glorify children and is a form of traditional and religious ties. Abstract

Pre-employment program jockey is an agent who seeks a job for the community and obtains a fee from the services. The practice is particularly carried out related to the pre-employment card program launched by the government in 2020. This article describes the practice of pre-employment jockey and to analyze sharia economic law review on the profit. This article implemented qualitative research. The primary data were obtained through interview, observation and documentation, while the analysis was conducted descriptively. The research reveals that the jockey practice has assisted people to register pre-employment card program in 2020. The assistance consisted of account registration, training, and filling survey. The incentive given to the approved people is IDR 3.550.000 but the transparency about the exact number is not precisely informed to the account owner. It can be more than the said amount or, even worse, the jockey got more incentive. This is inappropriate in sharia economic law. Ijarah principles are not applied here because there is no transparency, the willingness of account owner and justice; instead, the service contains ghulûl (corruption) and gharâr (scam) done by the jockey since what they did can be included as treason.

Abstract

This study describes the description of Islamic law regarding transactions of exchanging points for money in the application by the way the user presses the point withdrawal button and selects the desired amount of exchange and merchandising. This type of research is qualitative-empirical, with data collection techniques in the form of observation, interviews, and documentation; and data analysis techniques used are data reduction, presentation, and conclusion. The study's results indicate that in the exchanging of coins for money and merchandise in its application, sighat (transaction) is not directly stated between the parties, but it appears in the deed. The transaction mechanism is described as exchanging intangible goods in the form of coins. The seller makes an exchange by pressing the withdraw money/balance button, and the buyer gives the money sent to the E-wallet Fund Balance and mercerize. In Islamic law, exchanging points for money in the application is allowed because it fulfils the conditions and pillars of buying and selling, illustrated by deeds. Coins are earned by doing missions watching 15-30 minute long videos, and inviting new users. Earning points using a sale and purchase agreement based on the Ju'alah concept remains valid if the commission/reward given is in the form of goods and not money so that the points become valid objects/goods in a sale and purchase transaction. Ijab qobul in transactions is illustrated based on the willingness between parties to exchange points for money. In addition, points exchange transactions for money are also mutually beneficial for both parties.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi dengan adanya grup facebook "Jasa Nikah Siri amanah Padang". pada grup tersebut sering menawarkan jasa pernikahan siri serta memberikan pelayanan bagi para pihak yang ingin melakukan pernikahan siri Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui proses nikah siri pada "Jasa Nikah Siri amanah Padang" serta perspektif fiqh munakahat. Penelitian ini termasuk penelitian lapangan dengan teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan wawancara dan dokumentasi. dengan analisis data reduksi data, penyajian data dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Praktik nikah siri melalui jasa penawaran “Jasa Nikah Siri amanah Padang” ini dianggap tidak sah karena  wali yang digunakan dianggap wali hakim padahal wali tersebut adalah wali muhakkam dimana wali muhakkam tidak sah menjadi wali selagi wali hakim ada di daerah tersebut. sedangkan wali wakim merupakan wali yang ditunjuka oleh sultan (penguasa) menurut imam syaf’’iThis research is motivated by the existence of a facebook group "Jasa Siri Amanah Padang Marriage". in these groups often offer siri marriage services and provide services for parties who wish to carry out siri marriages. The purpose of this research is to find out the siri marriage process in "Siri Nikah Amanah Padang Services" as well as the munakahat fiqh perspective. This research includes field research with data collection techniques using interviews and documentation. with data analysis data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. The results of this study indicate that the practice of siri marriage through the offering service "Siri Nikah Siri amanah Padang" is considered invalid because the guardian used is considered the guardian of the judge even though the guardian is the guardian of the muhakkam where the guardian is muhakkam while the guardian of the wakim is the guardian appointed by the sultan (ruler). according to Imam Syaf''i.

Abstract

Indonesia has a diversity of customs, languages, arts, crafts and regional skills. In the current era of globalisation in Indonesia, information flowing from one place to another cannot be blocked. Therefore, character and culture-based learning such as PKBAM and PUPB are needed. This study aims to determine the implementation of the local content curriculum of PKBAM and PUPB in Bukittinggi City. This research uses the CIPP (Context, Input, Process, Product) evaluation model. The research subjects were principals and teachers. The results showed context evaluation that the PKBAM and PUPB programmes were implemented in all schools at the SD/MI/SDLB and SMP/MTs/SMPLB levels in Bukittinggi City, consisting of 80 schools. Input evaluation that the ESCAM and PUPB programmes are implemented by students who are taught by guest teachers who are appointed directly specifically to teach ESCAM and PUPB materials, teaching materials are prepared in accordance with learning objectives and workshops are held to prepare and revise teaching materials by teachers, ESCAM curriculum is related to minangkabau culture and customs, while for PUPB consists of fiqh, aqidah akhlak, Arabic language, and sirah nabawiyyah, related to facilities and infrastructure for each school is considered appropriate. Evaluation of the learning process that the lesson hours for elementary / MI / SDLB classes I, II, III, are carried out 1 JP with separate methods, for classes IV, V, VI are carried out 1 JP with separate methods. Evaluation of the product that students in Bukittinggi city have begun to see changes in terms of attitude and evaluation of the PKBAM and PUPB programmes is considered to have run well and quite effectively

Abstract

This study aims to determine the motivation of teacher performance in increasing productivity in local content teachers in schools. Motivation is an encouragement that helps in achieving goals. In doing work, especially as a teacher, of course, requires motivation for himself to remain productive in doing work. The principal plays a very important role in helping to manage, create a comfortable and conducive environment at school. This research uses a descriptive qualitative approach. The data source was obtained from the principal and teachers. The procedures used in data collection are observation, interview, and documentation. The data analysis used the Miles and Huberman model which consists of data reduction, data presentation, and conclusions. Based on the results of research and discussion regarding the implementation of work motivation in improving the productivity of mulok teachers, it can be concluded as follows: (1) the work motivation of mulok teachers in schools can be seen from two motives, namely intrinsic and extrinsic motivation. (2) The principal is very instrumental in increasing teacher motivation, with the form of attention, praise and appreciation to each teacher, training, guidance. In general, it is known that the level of teacher work motivation is very high. (3) The impact of the work motivation of mulok teachers at school can be seen in two aspects, namely in terms of process and in terms of results. (4) Supporting factors that can improve teacher performance from internal and external elements, facilities and infrastructure, curriculum and methods, environment, teachers, and students. Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui motivasi kinerja guru dalam peningkatan produktivitas pada guru muatan lokal di sekolah. Motivasi merupakan dorongan yang membantu dalam tercapainya tujuan. Dalam melakukan pekerjaan khususnya sebagai seorang guru tentu membutuhkan motivasi bagi dirinya agar tetap produktif dalam melakukan pekerjaan. Kepala sekolah sangat berperan penting dalam membantu memanage, menciptakan lingkungan yang nyaman dan kondusif di sekolah. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif Sumber data diperoleh dari kepala sekolah dan guru. Prosedur yang digunakan dalam pengumpulan data adalah observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Adapun analisis data menggunakan model Miles dan Huberman yang terdiri dari reduksi data, penyajian data, dan kesimpulan. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dan pembahasan mengenai implementasi motivasi kerja dalam meningkatkan produktivitas guru mulok, maka dapat disimpulkan sebagai berikut: (1) motivasi kerja guru mulok di sekolah dapat dilihat dari dua motif yaitu motivasi intrinsik dan ekstrinsik. (2) Kepala sekolah sangat berperan dalam peningkatan motivasi guru, dengan bentuk perhatian, pujian dan penghargaan kepada setiap guru, pelatihan, bimbingan. Secara umum diketahui bahwa tingkat motivasi kerja guru sudah sangat tinggi. (3) Dampak dari adanya motivasi kerja guru mulok di sekolah dapat dilihat dari dua segi, yaitu dari segi proses dan segi hasil. (4) Faktor pendukung yang dapat meningkatkan kinerja guru dari unsur internal dan eksternal, sarana dan prasarana, kurikulum dan metode, lingkungan, guru, dan peserta didik.
